Nice staff

Room was small and hot. My room facing the street was very noisy. The windows had no screen to get fresh air and had pigeons flying and hovering outside of window .

I stayed here for one week as a sole female traveller and felt very safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. The hotel is only a short walk to the centre of Prato and the Textile museum, which has a fabulous gift shop. There is also a supermarket across the road with everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel as my experience was fantastic.

Stayed here for 1 night and was a great hotel . The lady in reception was very helpful in a commodating me and my long wheel bas sprinter in there free carpark . The room was spotless and roomy and because we was in superior rooms the mini fridge was complimentary which was a nice touch . Sparkling amd still water , 2 cans of coke , 2 bottles of beer , and 2 bittles of frsh fryit juice for in the morning . Cant fault it to be hinest

Pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay. The location is good and is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. The breakfast has plenty of fruits and salad and drinks.

The location is closed to Florence and the train ride is only 20-25 minutes away. The walk from the station to the hotel is about 10 minutes along a main road which feels safe. The breakfast was very good with lots of fruits and vegetables. Good cappuccino.

Excellent stay in a clean hotel. I liked the restaurant that was open for breakfast and dinner. The sign at breakfast saying don’t carry anything out as you leave was shocking and frankly very rudely stated. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels around the world and have never had one care if I took a banana with me.

All was kindly well, but the rooms were so dirty full of dust in unreachable areas like behind the tv set inside closet although the bathroom was very nice and big, the room walls were not clean and inside the closet was worst ive seen. The bed we asked was a queen bed and all we got was uncomfortable 2 small single beds attached to each other thanks ruining my valentine vacation!

Great President Hotel

First class service from the moment I arrived . Upgraded to a large bed . Very clean and comfortable . Breakfast was ok , if a little basic . Didn’t eat any other meals in the hotel. There is a garage underneath the hotel . You can store your case when you’ve checked out . I will definitely stay here again if I am come back on business .

Hotel president was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and roomy. Service was good, staff helpful. The room we had was advertised as sound proof, however, the lift was behind our room and was noisy 24/7. We could also hear people in their rooms singing in the shower and talking and banging around.

Hotel President is a nice hotel

Hotel President is a nice hotel with charming, helpful and cheerful staff. The only discomfort that I faced during my stay is the absence of the internet for two days which was maintained promptly.
This hotel also has a good buffet meals with uncountable items including the desserts.
Really I am grateful to the reception staff also and Ms. Mariangela in particular.

This hotel is good for a single budget traveller. Nasty carpet stains. Staff is awesome though. Shower is so small, you cant even bend to pick things up.

My stay in the hotel was really good - the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also liked to idea of not being in the center yet close enough to walk there. Highly recommended.

Presidental Hotel ?

This may have been a great hotel at one time but it was in need of clean carpets . They were really bad !! Also the room was in need of a coat of paint as well as throught out the hotel. It was once a beautiful hotel, I an sure , as the closets and headboard were made of lovely wood. A bit of loveing care would bring it back to a 3 star hotel. It was clean but the rest of the issues over stepped any good points of the hotel. It was very near the train station which was a plus

Ho prenotato due stanze (due matrimoniali, una uso singola). Le ho pagate lo stesso importo. Una era abbastanza ben tenuta (non eccezionale) - L'altra era piú piccola, tenuta abbastanza male ed il bagno piccolo non aveva il bidet!
Le due stanze dovevano avre prezzi diversi. Devo dire che la camera piú piccola non era da 4 stelle, ma appena un 3 stelle.
L'albergo é abbastanza trascurato nell'aspetto e nelle camere (la reception é OK). Il numero di posti macchina é piccolo, e rischi di non trovare posto. Davanto alla sbarra per l'ingresso al parcheggio c'é un ammasso di rifiuti (probabilmenti pezzi di mobili smontati).
La qualitá del Wi-Fi nelle camere non é buona, con segnale debole e connessione lenta.
Di positivo c'é la posizione, molto centrale, ma dalle finestre si affaccia solo in altri uffici/appartamenti o sui cassonetti degli altri.

Ekstremt varmt værelse

Aircondition var stadig umulig at slukke - præcis som for ca. 1 år siden - så værelset var 28c varmt. Ved henvendelse til receptionen fik vi at vide, at det er jo varmt i Italien i oktober!!!
Bestilte ved ankomsten parkering i p-kælderen til to nætter. Da vi ankom sidste aften, blev vi smidt ud, da alt var optaget!!!
Efter rengøring af værelset manglede alle håndklæder samt absolut ingen toiletpapir.
Vi leder stadig efter den 4. stjerne som dette hotel skulle være udstyret med, men det er endnu ikke lykkedes os at finde den.

Nel centro nevralgico business di Prato e non lontano a piedi del centro storico. 8min a piedi dalla stazione.

第一次踏足佛羅倫斯

酒店職員非常樂於助人，因為遇到火車罷工，需要酒店幫忙搵車去佛羅倫斯火車站搭火車去威尼斯。
不過企缸位置太窄，沖涼時都會撞到玻璃。張床非常濶，沖涼水壓非常大。
酒店行2分鐘就有間超市，需然超市於晚上8:30關門。

Esperienza deludente

4 stelle immeritate, la posizione è buona, ma le camere, anche se recenti sono in pessime condizioni. Muri sporchi e con intonaco ammaccato, pulizia discutibile, asciugamani ingialliti, coperte vecchie, piatto doccia consumato, mancanza di aspirazione in bagno, pareti sottili quindi si sentono i vicini di camera, infissi non idonei a insonorizzare la camera anche se ero al terzo piano sentivo il traffico. Colazioni molto basica, volevo una spremuta ma le 4 arance rimaste erano marce, la cameriera è riuscita a recuperare le uniche due buone dalla cucina.
Non lo consiglio.

Trænger til en renovering

Har boet på dette hotel mange gange. Denne gang var værelset virkelig dårligt. Meget lille værelse, meget hård seng, løbende vand i toilettet, meget tilbehør på toilettet var virkelig i dårlig stand. Dette værelse trænger virkelig til en kærlig hånd.

A good option in Prato

Prato has few hotels and standards are not high. President is of the better choices. Very clean, new bathroom, spacious room with ok colors and furniture, minibar. Good breakfast and coffee but in a boring big room. Nice people and service. Lounge is huge and hold some nice furnitures, but everything is just randomly placed. The bar is not a bar, just a corner of the reception. The hotel lacks a touch of style and atmosphere. Still I would come back. Cause the options are worse.

Leider ist dieses Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und nun wird versucht ein Zimmer nach dem anderen zu renovieren. Unser Fenster hing nur noch an einem Hacken, so dass man es nicht offen stehen lassen konnte. Da die Klimaanlage heizte und noch nicht umgestellt war wollte wir die Misere mit dem Fenster lösen. Das Bad war nicht sauber, es befanden sich noch Haare in der Duschkabine. Das Personal war redlich bemüht die Situation gut zu lösen. Schlussendlich mussten wir Mitternacht in ein anders Zimmer umziehen.

Personnel extra aussi bien en réception qu’au petit déjeuner.
La chambre et les installations ne valent pas du tout le prix demandé.
La salle de bain n’était pas propre.
La chambre en elle même est très vielle et pas du tout rafraîchie.
Réveille à 3 heures du matin par les tallons de la voisine du dessus et du gros pipi de son compagnon...
De même à 7 heures quand tout le monde se réveille impossible de faire la grasse matinée.

Hotel President con il suo staff, non si smentisce mai.
La cortesia alla reception, la pulizia generale ottima e curata dalla camera e biancheria alle zone comuni, la gentilezza e la professionalità unita alla gentilezza del personale alla colazione (che è qui varia ed abbondante), contribuiscono a far si che noi si utilizzi per i vari soggiorni (che ci vedono per motivi personale a soggiornare nella città di Prato) a non cambiare mai la location.

Le camere sono belle e pulite. Il bagno era di dimensioni ridotte ma con una bella vasca che mi ha permesso di rigenerarmi dopo una lunga giornata sotto la pioggia. Il personale di grande gentilezza e disponibilità.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens à cet hôtel pour voir le GP Moto du Mugello, comme il faut se lever tôt pour s'y rendre de bonne heure, la seule chose que je pourrais leur conseiller, c'est d'ouvrir la cafétéria pour les petits déjeuners dès 6 heures au lieu de 7 heures du matin, au moins pour ce weekend car les 3/4 des clients vont au Mugello et dans mon cas on pas déjeuner car cela nous faisait partir trop tard....

Hotel veramente molto bello.

Hotel molto curato. Spettacolare la vasca con i due erogatori dell acqua differenti. Camera ottima. L unica pecca i cuscini, troppo bassi e un po scomodi. Ce n era solo uno in più, e visto che eravamo in dur a soggiornare era meglio se ne offrissero almeno uno per persona in più. Cmq tutto risolto richiedendolo alla reception che si è mostrata sempre gentile e disponibile. La colazione è ottima...con qualche prodotto in più per celiaci sarebbe stata il massimo. La consiglio.
Giusto per, se si sbaglia nel prendere la via a senso unico si rischia di dover girare per diversi minuti intorno: Prato è una sorta di labirinto. 😁

Tutto bene...pulito e accogliente.
Avevo capito fosse compreso il parcheggio..invece era pieno e ho dovuto lasciare l'auto in posteggio a pagamento.
Unica altra pecca: ambiente della colazione un poco caotico (bicchieri e stoviglie non facilmente disponibili)..Probabilmente anche a causa della grossa affluenza durante il nostro pernottamento.
