Breakfast was great. Amazing central location without being in the craziness of Temple Bar. Good luggage storage and easy walk to the express bus to the airport. Loved that we had a view of the cathedral and a room that accommodated two adults and a child comfortably.

The temperature was too hot in the room. Seems like the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Told the staff 3 different times however it wasn’t fixed. Also the breakfast buffet that costs extra was average. Should have opted out of that and found a breakfast spot in the area.

The only complaint I have is that there was not very much light in the room. Just two wall lights by the beds and one in the hall. There was no floor lamp to have light enough to read in the chair. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was top notch.

Excellent location, helpful professional staff, clean and modern decor, hard bed and pillows, no water pressure in shower resulting in never feeling clean, very dimly lit lavatory making it difficult to even select toilet buttons, and only back lighting in the room resulting in it being dim. Also, no ability to control room temperature with thermostat. It could only be controlled from a remote location.

A great location, rooms need updating, mainly bathrooms. TVs not smart, so if you are sitting in, can't connect to Netflix.

Room was nice with a great view of Christchurch. Room was clean. Air conditioning was broken and wasnt told until the 3rd day of our stay that it could not be fixed. They did provide us with a fan, but it was still very stuffy. We were on the street side, so leaving the window open all the time was not going to work with the busy traffic and church bells ringing all night.

Breakfast menu was fine, tasty. But never changed and we were here for a week. Rooms were clean, however, we were given an option to upgrade our room to get one with a view, when we arrived they said they couldn’t “honor” it because we were there for “so long”. No big deal. But that was the start of our experience.. keep reading!
When we took showers at the end of the day, the water pressure was so low, it barely came out as a sprinkle, and the water could barely get to lukewarm temp. It was maddening! Then to top it off, sleeping after that was almost impossible. The beds were as hard as rocks, and the sheets were rough, and the pillows felt like stacks of compressed cardboard with a rough pillow case covering it.
The next morning I asked the reception If someone could check why our shower wasn’t working. They said if they couldn’t fix it they’d move us into a new room.
End of day came, no one communicated to each other so when we asked about it, no one knew, but they ended moving our room to “one with a view” of Christ church cathedral. Lovely!
However, the water pressure was equally as weak, could barely rinse the soap off yourself or the shampoo out of your hair. I kindly asked the reception about this and I was told “Ireland has an issue with water pressure. It’s normal”.
So for 6 nights and $2,000 dollars, on Easter week, we dealt with miserable hard beds, hard as concrete pillows, no water pressure. Other hotels in Ireland we went to after had fabulous water pressure!

Hotel itself in a great location, easy access to Airport buses and short walk from everything. Hotel very clean, room itself spotless, staff are very nice. No smart TV options- No Netflix etc. Worst pillows of any Hotel I have ever stayed at, they were like lumps of concrete. Breakfast was chaotic, food itself was good but service especially regarding seating was very poor overall. For reasons known only to the Hotel, I was charged again for the room and only discovered this when checking my bank account once home. Trying to contact the Hotel was not easy, to be fair once I spoke with them they apologised and arranged to refund the additional incorrect charge and a gesture for the inconvenience. Very disappointed, despite the room being prepaid through Expedia, that the Hotel was able to use different card details that I paid for breakfast with without my knowledge or authorisation to bill me again for the room, they took £110. I am still waiting for the refund to arrive in my account.

We stayed at 4 hotels while in Ireland/Northern Ireland. The Leonardo Christchurch was our first…and was the one we missed the rest of the trip. The location was ideal, and wow the view of the church from our wonderfully comfortable room! Bonus points for having the best Spanish wine in the downstairs bar. The hummus plate was also delectable. Raves all around.

I had checked in online. Check in is 3 pm and I arrived and my room was not ready. I stored my bags and went for a walk. I was supposed to get an email to tell me my room was ready but got nothing. I returned arroud 4 pm and got a room. Everything was good with my room. The bed was nice and there was a desk and a chair plus storage space and a safe. The bathroom was clean and had a nice toilet and shower. I liked my room and it was nice and roomy.
Then in my third morning there was a fire alarm in the morning that woke me and other people in the floor. People got out of their rooms trying to find out what it was. The alarm lasted for a while. Then it stopped. Nothing was said or anything. No sign at the lobby saying what happened. Later when I asked I was told that someone burned something in the kitchen. Other than that my stay was a pleasant one.

The hotel was nice, but basic. We felt safe, and it was within ample walking distance to local shops, the Temple Bar District, and other amenities.
The service staff and front desk went above and beyond when I left my headphones in the hotel room and called to see if they were there and could hold them for me until I returned the following week. They not only found my headphones, but saved them in their safe until our departure since we were traveling on the other side of the country. I would recommend based on convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We loved the location for a weeklong visit to Dublin for the NFL’s Dublin Game.

It was super convenient using the Dublin Express to go to and from the airport.

While in town, we were within a fifteen minutes walk of everything we wanted to see in an expansive list of things to see in the city (from Guinness to beyond trinity college on the east)

Our room was great for breaks after exploring.

The only issue we saw was no fan for the bathroom, so my spouse doing her makeup in the morning after a shower was challenging.

We stayed here twice (different room types). Both times were great - rooms were really clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Front desk helped us figure out how to get to the airport for our early flight back! The hotel itself is conveniently located - major things are walking distance, and you’re near Christ Church which is a monument of itself! For future visits to Dublin, I will definitely rebook with this hotel!

Wasnt told or pre warned before our trip that the hotel was having major renovations in the lobby area. Was very busy and crowded when we came to check in, this was reflected in the staffs attitude. We were checked in by Eric, he barely said anything to us as he checked us in and was very blunt. He gave no directions were the lifts or what floor our room number was on.

Location is okay, close to centre. Busy road outside so hard to cross.

Room was okay, but everytime toilet was flushed there was a very bad sewage smell that would make the whole room smell.

The staff were fine but it felt like they were busy and that we were interrupting when we came up to the desk.
We had a room with an adjoining door in it. We could hear the guests next door too well. It was quite loud at times with the blow dryer and conversations.
Location is really good. Walking distance to Temple Bar area with lots of bars and restaurants, Guinness storehouse, Trinity College and the Dublin Castle.

Front desk area was under a bit of construction. Regardless, the rest of the facility was perfect! Room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and had ample room to maneuver.

The staff were very friendly and personable. Helpful with directions and tips on the surrounding area.

Rye breakfast area was convenient and always had plenty of seating. The food was delicious, not just your standard continental breakfast fare. Plenty of choices.

The hotel was convenient to what we were interested in. Sites, restaurants, shops and pubs with local music. Darkey Kelly’s was our favorite!

We took a chance on this property, not really knowing how close it was to Temple bar and how noisy it might be. We were pleasantly surprised because it’s just across from Christchurch and away from any loud crowds (however close enough to walk to/from Temple bar). Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! We had a great stay.

Great hotel. Sadly under construction when we arrived. Hotel rooms are great. Service could be better. The bar is small. Not enough space for us to have a drink sadly. Bartender couldn’t make a basic drink.

Rooms are cleaned daily. Condiments provided. Sound proof rooms. Save and easy entrance and access. Staff is amazing they’ll help you with all your requests and stay professional.
