Very nice hotel in a great location short walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants and shopping. 10 min walk to the Temple Bar area.
Big shout out to the night time manager we had an issue with the room I was allocated we needed a room with bigger bathroom space she was so helpful and gracious upgraded us to a room that made us very happy. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We will stay there again highly recommended.

Hotel is very central to all the marvellous places in Dublin. Car park is expensive do not leave anything on show within the car as our car was broken into in the car park.

The overall experience was excellent. All staff from front of desk, housekeeping and restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms have been renovated to a very high standard. Very clean and with all the little added luxuries included. The hotel is ideally located and is only a short walk to grafton street, yet it is quiet and relaxing. Will definitely return.

Had a really lovely stay. Good check-in experience, very easy and welcoming. Room was spotless, great bed and nice amenities including bath robes and slippers. Bathroom was not large but clean and modern. I struggled with the air conditioning so the room felt a bit stuffy and opening the window wasn't an option street noise

Room was beautiful and spotless! The bathroom felt like being in a spa with the plump towels and dressing gown and eucalyptus body wash. I requested a quiet room as I am staying for work and the team kindly organised this and even upgraded my stay. Staff were more than happy to help with any and all requests including booking taxis etc. The hotel is gorgeous and I’d definitely stay again next time I am in Dublin.

The room was spotless and the staff with whom we interacted friendly, helpful and warm, nothing less than we would expect from an Irish hotel, even though some of the staff are of different ethnic backgrounds, as it is everywhere in the world now. Roger, the bartender, as his older compatriot, are fantastic, as are all the people at the front desk.

The Brooks hotel is so conveniently located for dining and shopping. Loved the super comfy bed with top notch linens, duvet, and pillows. The bathrobe was so plush, I ended up buying one so that I could bring it home. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Brooks hotel is a fabulous location even with all the pub traffic walking around. Excellent food choices near by and at the hotel. The breakfast there was reasonably priced, fresh, and well prepared. Great shower, very comfortable bed, European size room that was as expected on size but very well planned out for outlets for the tech heavy travelers.

Our first room was very small and very noisy at night. We asked to be moved and they readily changed us to a larger quieter room. The hotel is in a great location and staff are amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and we had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was perfect.

Could do with some non-caffein options with the tea and coffee machine, such as peppermint or camomile tea, though the Irish Breakfast Tea was very good, and cups lovely. Some early morning noise outside, perhaps from street cleaning, but that probably goes with central location, and clean streets. Convenient for the part of town I needed and for places to eat. Staff friendly and efficient with no fuss.

All around wonderful hotel. Cozy room with comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffett is 100% worth it, phenomenal Full Irish Breakfast. Front desk staff (particularly Anton) very pleasant and helpful. Great location with bambino pizza around the corner and great pubs in the Temple Bar district just steps away. Another plus, with this spot being in a busy district, the room was still quiet and peaceful to get rest

Buyer beware - rooms are minuscule. It was out last of 10 nights across Ireland and we had stellar hotel and castle experiences throughout this amazing country.

We booked a contemporary king room that looked much larger than it is in reality. I suspect the photo is of an executive king room which was the only size larger than the contemporary king.

The initial room we were placed in looked over an alley with pallets, trash bins and AC units | motors. We could not fit our bodies in the room and open the luggage at the same time. It was ridiculous. Smallest room I’ve ever been in across the EU, APAC and US.

And, don’t even consider the possibility of getting a balcony room. They only have 2 in the hotel.

The manager, named Sincor (I’m certain I am misspelling) moved us across the hall so we didn’t have trash and AC units to look at - and it had a small bump out window that gave room for a suitcase. He gave us 2 drinks at the bar (1 for each of us) and took $35.78 off the the $460 room.

Such a lovely hotel with very comfortable amenities. Easy and convenient full breakfast buffet available. The hotel is also in a very cool, trendy area surrounded by bars, restaurants, shop and vintage stores. This means that the noise continued well into the night but it was great to be amongst so much happening every day.

Property is in a great location and presents well. Disappointed in hair products which made my hair super greasy and linen which smelled like it had not been changed for a very long time. Spoke to front desk who said would speak to management but heard nothing back. A clean smelling bed is fairly important for a week long stay. Had a great trip. Disappointed in the response from staff and of course the sleeping facility. Thank goodness for windows that open.

We notified the hotel that our air conditioning was not working after our 1st evening. They said they would charge our room upon our return. We changed rooms only to find out the air conditioning was not working. They said they didn’t have another room until the next day so they gave us a fan. They finally moved us to another floor with working air conditioner.
Because the hotel is in the heart of the city, it is too noisy to open a window.
We received our take away breakfast for an early tour that consisted of a packaged Pastry not a fresh pastry, juice box and a piece of fruit - what a let down for a 4 star hotel.
Since We paid for an executive king room with air conditioning and did not receive it until our 3rd night, I can only give the hotel a 3 star rating as there was no compensation or upgrade given for the convenience.

Book Brooks, its worth it.

Great central location off of the lively Drury Street. Newly remodeled property with very comfortable and luxurious finishes. The bar staff was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet in the morning was one of the best I experienced in Ireland.
