We usually stay here when we visit family in Price. This last stay felt icky. The staff was rude. The room seemed dirty. The price was higher than what we usually pay. Overall, not great.

Some staff was excellent, others were extremely nosy and quite rude. We got rooms for my daughter's birthday party.. she's 11 years old now, and we chose this place because they have a beautiful indoor swimming pool that's open 24hours, and pretty decent rates on their basic rooms. We had a double queen for the girls slumber party and a single for the parental supervision. Party day arrived and the turnout was much higher than anticipated and more girls than was accounted for on the original booking. This was pointed out to us at check in that only the exact number of guests listed on the booking could utilize the pool.. and we couldn't just tell 6 kids to go home and forget the pool party. So we paid for another room. Plus being locals meant a pretty hefty deposit was kept till our check out. Even after purchasing a 3rd room, we still received a call from the front desk to remind us again that only the registered guests could be in the pool. So, future guests, don't plan to have any of your non guest-friends or family come by the hotel to swim with you! I could see if we were being disrespectful or causing problems.. but we were following rules to the T. And the kids were extremely well behaved for a large group of pre teen girls! In the end all girls piled into one room for the night to all be together, and the third room was just an extra 100 bucks to ensure 6 girls didn't have to be sent home. Pretty sad.

The room was generally clean but very dated and dusty. Furniture is very worn, especially the mattresses, they are worn out, lumpy and difficult to sleep on. Stayed two nights and won’t be staying there again.

There was not a breakfast included. Guests are given a 15% off coupon for the attached restaurant. The bed was not very comfortable & was very hard despite liking a firmer bed. Everything was very clean except the chairs were stained & gross looking. The furniture, such as the armoire the TV was in was really banged up. I was expecting more because of the super expensive prices I seen on-line. But I got the room for $46 & it was clean & safe so I was pleaded. The pool & hot tub looked amazing & is open 24/7.

I love it when I come across a motel that's clean and comfortable and quiet and well-appointed AND affordable, and that's not part of some national chain. I found all of that at the Greenwell Inn. Okay, the furniture may be a little worn in spots, but at least the original furnishings were quality, and it's been maintained pretty well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and welcoming. I liked that it's not one of those big-box motels. It's spread out, ranch-style, and it has a measure of character. I didn't get in the pool, but it's very impressive. It's clear that the Greenwell is not just another motel, but a gathering place. It would be great for a convention, for instance. At the same time, it still has a bit of that old-style motel charm. For a very pleasant and affordable stay, I give it a ten.

On the website the rooms looked really nice,but once there to check in, there were different areas away from the main hotel that we were put in,it was inconvenient to use or access any of the amenities in the main hotel due to having to walk a distance from where our room was located. I would have been more upset if i had actually planned on using the hot tub or pool due to access. The beds were comfortable, but where we were put was in an older hotel next to the main hotel.

Rooms could use a little updating and deep cleaning, but the property as a whole is a rare gem. Comfy bed, although the tub took forever to drain. I was standing in water by the time I was done with my shower.
The 24 hour pool thing is cool, I wish more hotels would offer such things.
All in all, I would rebook this hotel if I came back to the area.

Room was clean & bed was comfortable. It was a \"king deluxe\" but half the room was empty. Similar rooms in other hotels have usually provided another table and a couple of comfortable chairs. Roku was the only option for TV, and the World Series (on Fox) was not available. Person answering the front desk phone was nice but had no clue on how to watch it. The layout of the property is a little strange. It would have been a long cold walk from our room to the hot tub so we didn't use it. No free breakfast but the nearby restaurant was reasonably good.

Family friendly. My room was nice. One more blanket would have been nicer but I used a travel throw from the car. My son’s room was missing the clock radio and the carafe to the coffee maker. But he doesn’t drink coffee and has clocks on his electronics so maybe those amenities are redundant. Was our mid way point for three nights while we did day trips to Vernal and Goblin Valley.

This place was kind of odd. It calls itself a hotel/convention center, and although the lobby/pool area looks nice and new, the rooms feel very outdated. You get a %15 discount at the restaurant next door, but it is meh. Price is great if that is all you care about.

The gal at the front desk was good. The rooms are old and some worn but what made me lower stars is I pulled the covers back and the sheets had food crumbs and hair on them. Lucky the other bed was clean but the mattresses are very hard.

A nice surprise for the low cost

It was clean and I liked that there was an overhead light fixture...most hotels are so dark and this room had the ability to be bright but also soft lit. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was worn and needs to be updated to match the room. For the price, it was so much better than expected.

The hotel had a nice pool area, but the beds and bedding were very outdated and uncomfortable. Hard beds with old blankets & outdated comforters. Should’ve upgraded to a nice hotel for better sleep!

This property has obviously seen better days, however the receptionists were very friendly. There is no breakfast available at the hotel, but we received a discount to have breakfast at the Tangerine Eatery next door.
What bothered me most was finding a box with 2 muffins and a wrapper in the fridge in our room. The expiration date on the box was July 17. We checked in Aug. 15...

We loved location, and was a good midway stopping point in our travels. There was a working laundry mat in the center of the complex. Plenty of parking a large lot for over size vehicles. The room was dated but spacious. The air conditioning was noisy, but worked admirably.

Yes the price was great but it wasn’t worth it. The bed was so hard. Pillows were so lumpy and felt like they had been washed and dried and bunch of times. The towels were stiff. I felt so unsafe. The coffee pot was broken. No remote for television and couldn’t figure out how to turn it on without it. Barely any tp and wasn’t a spare roll left in case it ran out. Only one lamp was working. Was charged a $100 incidental charge and was told at check in that it would be refunded in the morning… only to be told in the morning that it would be 7-10 business days. There was wooden dowels in the windows to keep them from being pushed ppddiud

Right when we walked in there were rubber bands full of hair throughout the room. There were also floss picks for your teeth on the floor (clearly used). The bathroom was gross. The tub had a crack in it so that allowed water to seep under the tub flooring so when we showered we were sloshing water under our feet. I can only imagine what mold that is causing. We stayed in room 309.

Check in was great. Room was clean overall except for the tub which was filthy and full of hairs and a grime ring, so was obvious it had not been cleaned properly in quite a while. We wanted to use the hot tub and pool but didn’t because that would mean we needed to use the dirty shower afterwards. Beds were not very comfortable either.

Other reviews said this place needs an update. Sure, I agree. But for the price, it's awesome! The pool is big and indoors with a nice hot tub. There's also an exercise area (that could have used some fans). But it met our needs during a one-night stopover on a road trip. Our kids swam, I worked out in the morning. We didn't take advantage of the restaurant discount because of timing, but I would recommend this place to any budget traveler, for sure!
