My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

Fint hotel med en god størrelse på værelserne. Hotellet ligger centralt og i kort gåafstand fra færge og centrum. Desværre ret lydt mellem værelserne, hvilken påvirkede søvnen den ene nat. Vi var også en anelse skuffede over udbuddet til morgenmaden. Maden smagte dog rigtigt fint.

A Equipe pode melhorar. Nos informaram errado o horário do café da manhã, que foi pago para ser adicionado à reserva. Com isso, perdemos o horário correto e foi necessário insistir para que nós servissem, com muita má vontade, uma mísera fatia de pão de forma com uma fina fatia de queijo e uma xícara de café.
Entendo que não foi proposital e que o recepcionista errou ao nos informar o horário, entretanto não é correto penalizar os hóspedes que pagaram por um café decente, oferecendo-lhes a solução da forma como fizeram conosco. O hotel também não é tão perto da estação central e eu não o recomendo para quem esteja com bagagem e queira ir a pé até uma hospedagem. Há outros hotéis exatamente em frente à estação, que são mais convenientes nesta situação.
