Vi bokade ett dubbelrum med privat badrum. Vi anlände ett par minuter efter 19 o trots att receptionen var stängd öppnade receptionisten upp den och laddade våra kort med parkering.
Gemensamhetsutrymmena var rena, fina och fräscha. Trapphuset och korridoren var trist men där tillbringar man ingen tid. Rummet var över all förväntan. Helt, rent, trevligt med bra handdukar och väl städat. Minus för att det bara fanns handtvål vid handfatet och inget i duschen.
Även frukosten vsr fin och vi saknade inget.
Jag har bott på finare, väldigt mycket dyrare hotell som varit mycket sämre än detta. Kommer att boka detta igen.

Bra och billig, är man inte kräsen med toa och dusch så är det mycket bra alternativ, inga långa korridorer så 3 toaletter och 2 duschar på varje våning för några rum är ju inga problem och så nära.

Städpersonal bör vara mer noga med dammsugning runt sängen och ta bort smitta och fläckar på själva sängen och säng bottnar mm.

Vi trivs jättebra på Luxury Dreams. Det enda vi kan säga är att luften på rummet är kvav.
Vi vädrade men snart var det varmt igen, det var i början av augusti, skulle behövas lite aircondition. För övrigt är allt toppen. Lagom och jättegod frukost.

Vissa toaletter blev inte städade eller påfyllda med papper under hela helgen. Fanns ingen ventilation och blev väldigt varmt på rummen. Dubbelsängen var 120 cm och gick inte att dra isär. Väldigt missvisande bilder mot vad man fick. Men väldigt bra frukost och billigt boende trots högsäsong. Har bott här tidigare under lågsäsong och då var det mycket bättre rum samt bättre påfyllt och städat.

The location is good, close to the city center. Check-in was smooth.
We booked and paid for a parking spot in the garage, but when we went to park, there were no available spots and no staff at the reception. After a few phone calls, we were allowed to park in a spot that wasn't actually available.
The toilets and showers should be cleaned more often. They were a bit unhygienic.
Very good breakfast, but it can get crowded if there are many guests.
Overall, it was good accommodation, but a bit more expensive than the standard.

Overall a great stay, it was clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms were decent and private. Included breakfast was also great and had a large variety of options. Parking was convenient but a bit difficult to get big bags up from basement as no there was no elevator and direct connection with lobby. However it was cheap and as the name implies on the higher end. Would recommend and would stay all there again.

Mycket trevligt ”vandrarhem” som kändes precis som ett hotell (om det inte hade varit för de delade badrummen). Trevlig och serviceminded personal, god frukost med flera alternativ och ett supercentralt läge i Helsingborg. Vi är väldigt nöjda!

The best accommodation we had during our visit to Denmark - yes, I didn't mistake Sweden for Denmark - our accommodation in Copenhagen was cancelled in the last minute, so I found this \"hostel\" in the neighbouring Helsingborg by accident, but we're now so grateful that we found it.

Everything was great for the price except the temperature of the room. It was hot and humid. Opening the window helped but we had our window towards the road, train station and harbour so a lot of noice all night long.

Vi hade en helt ok upplevelse. Billigt och bekvämt. Rummet var litet men det visste vi om. Frukosten var mycket bra men jag uppskattade inte att frukost personalen la upp all mat med fingrarna. Inga redskap eller handskar. Kändes lite ofräscht även om hon säkert tvättade händerna då och då så tog hon i olika livsmedel samt behållare och dyl i direkt kontakt. Inte trevligt. Borde nog omses. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Tillmötesgående och omtänksam om sina kunder.

It was very clean, nice big room. There were three of us, all ha plenty of space. We got information that the hostel was fully booked, but there were never any queues to toilet or shower. Great breakfast in a cosy environment. Definitely worth the money! Oh, and only about 5 minute walk from the station.

Had a frustrating experience. We requested to Expedia to reach out to the property and asked if they could issue a refund as we will not be able to check-in as it was very far from Stockholm. We asked for flexibility, but since our booking was non-refundable and doesn’t allow any exceptions, they’re sticking with their strict cancellation policy and won’t issue a refund.

Personligen tyckte jag det var ett trevligt ställe. Bra frukost, tillgång till garage. Nackdelen som sonen hade var att lakanen var lite dammiga och sängen lite hård. Överlag är vi höjda med vistelsen.

The rooms looks great, modern and clean. Plenty of amenities. Bright lights. Good ambience. The cleanliness could be improve though. I saw some hair and tiny wraps in the shower room since day 1 and it was there till my end of day 4. One of the toilet run out of toilet paper that didn't get replace till the following day.
They also provided real cup which is great esp for coffee and tea lover, however, looks like the lady cleaner in my floor never bother to wash it properly because of the coffee stain. Its not a big deal because I just went down and asked for a clean cup from the kitchen. John and team are very professional and friendly.
Please also smell the pillow, if it smells like sweat from last guest please wash it. My pillow smells like an old man's sweat. Im glad I can sleep without pillow.
I want to mention they also have a great and fast wifi.

The place looks newer however the cleaning could be better job like replacing the stained coffe mug, replacing the toilet paper when it almost out and when it runs out. This way guest dont have to move to another toilet with toilet paper. The showers could be better. The receptionist mentioned that all the facilities are cleaned daily however, I noticed theres a bucnh of tiny dirt like hair, clothes tag and small piece of paper that were never pick up during my 4 days and 3 nights stayed there.
Overall its 3-4/5. Again it good place but cleaning could be improve. Thank you!

Good location close to city centre. We arrived late and had some trouble checking in, but staff sorted it out, very helpful. Left early in the morning. Rooms was alright, nothing special, but clean. Shared bathroom but close to the room so not much of an issue. Ok place to stay, and cheap when we stayed.

Perfect location and very reasonably priced, you would have to pay for the bed sheets (70 Kroner per person) but...rest of it was perfect. Parking is pin but it is typical issue in Europe. Shared bathrooms - wasn't issue at all. In sense we had more than one bathroom to use.
