Great location - close to everything. We just had a bit of trouble with check-in because I didn't have wi-fi. Otherwise, it's a good deal for the price.

Self check in number did not work and only managed to get through front door because a staff member let us in but the code didn't work for room. Had to add credit to my phone to call hotel for a new code. Room was OK and location was good

The hotel is very basic. There is no concierge and so anyone can walk in and out of the building if they follow someone in. The work/dining area and the kitchen was not cleaned regularly and felt dirty. The rooms are cold and heating is not efficient. Limited services so if you run out of toilet tissue or towels or dirty sheets it takes a while to get them.

The house felt a bit run down... and there is a nightclub quite close... but we didn't notice it on our stay.

Proactively look out for building and room access
There was a slight mixup during check-in as we hadn't received the building access and room information. I called the hotel number but it went straight to voice mail. I then wrote to the hotel via their Facebook page and surprisingly we received a reply and access details within minutes. The person apologized and I believe it was a genuine mixup so all was well that ended well. Please double check to make sure you get room and access details on the same day of check-in otherwise do reach out to them.

Check in was not good, you're supposed to receive an email or SMS with the room number and door code, that never arrived. Luckily an employee was there to help (unmanned self check in property), but I had to wait for her to finish her cigarette break. The room was ok, none of the 3 beds were made, but sheets were provided, bathroom smelled of urine. Thin walls meant that we heard everything going on next door, and street noise meant we heard people fighting and throwing up at 3am. Not a great stay.

Great location, fabulous room but the thing that really made the stay stand out was the quality of the breakfast. There was a huge choice of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and hot food- Scandinavian specialities as well as generic European/ UK ones. And soy milk for my vegan friend

Jag har tidigare haft både positiva och negativa upplevelser av detta hotell.
Denna gången var tyvärr mycket negativ, mitt rum på översta våningen ut mot gatan var mycket lyhört, trasiga ventiler i fönstret så det var ett konstant kallt drag i rummet, trasiga persienner, inget wifi trots utlovat, så där var inget wifi på TVn och en dusch som tog lång tid innan man fick nåt varmvatten.

H5 är ett relativt enkelt hotell med hög grad av självbetjäning. Rummen är rena, fräscha och ganska rymliga. På minussidan finns framför allt bullerstörningar; hotellet ligger i samma huskropp som flera välbesökta nattklubbar. Både musik och stojande människor hörs oundvikligen, särskilt i rum som vetter ut mot gatan. Men totalt sett är H5 definitivt prisvärt.

Det låg perfekt för oss nära hamnen och fint centralt med nära till allt. Parker, restauranger och butiker.

Hotell utan personal vilket framgår av beskrivningen. Vi bodde i ett rum på plan 5 där det inte gick att öppna fönstret (vi vet inte om detta var avsiktligt eller handtaget trasigt) och det var varmt i rummet och luften dålig.

A comfortable week end stay!
A clean and very conveniently located little hotel. The train, ferry and main square is only a few steps away. On the bottom floor is a common area with kitchen, a seating area and a little courtyard. Our room on the second floor was spacious with a mini fridge, desk/table, and a cosy chair. Bigger and better than expected for the price we paid. The bathroom again clean and practical (except for shower curtain, with an hot shower the curtain always comes closer n closer) and seemed newly renovated. Highly recommend! Oh yes, the cafe that gives a breakfast discount with the hotel stay is absolutely brilliant, and healthy!

Vi var 2 personer som skulle bo i 2 nätter och fick en toalettrulle med ca 1 cm toalettpapper. Jag ringde första morgonen och bad om mer toalettpapper. Det fanns ingen personlig service så jag talade in ett meddelande på telefonsvararen på det nummer som anges på hemsidan. Det fanns inget toapapper när vi kom tillbaka till rummet på kvällen. Då ringde jag journummret och fick prata med någon som tyckte det var jättejobbigt att vi behövde toalettpapper. Efter mycket om och men så fick jag hämta en rulle på ett rum som inte var belagt.
