On the exterior, The Comwell looked excellent, with a supposed state of the art spa facilities, high quality restaurant and a friendly smile on arrival by the staff.
In reality, what I was met with was a lot of hidden costs for facilities that barely worked. I paid for access to the spa facilities, however, saunas were not functional, there was little direction in terms of what was available for me to use and what I couldn't. Staff were inattentive. I was seemingly ignored by the front of house restaurant staff as I waited to be seated, with several different members of staff walking straight past me without acknowledgement. I gave up and went to the supermarket instead. The next day I visited the restaurant again and wasn't impressed by the limited menu. There were no vegetarian options, little diversity and the food wasn't that great.
When reporting spa facilities that were not working, members of staff did nothing to rectify the issue or inform me of whether it was being seen to or not.
My room had an insect infestation which made it very difficult to relax and settle down. The bedsheets were not fitted to the bed very well, and I found myself tangled in the middle of the night.
The bathroom was poor, with a sink that doesn't plug in, a shower that sprays all over the floor and a toilet that had a particularly bad smell throughout my week.
I left the Comwell with a bad taste in my mouth. I felt disappointed and let down by what could have been a very lovely stay.

The hotel is very cozy, excellent breakfast, comfy beds. There was a few things we hope will improve the next time we stay: we were informed it was not possible to book the spa after the quite early checkout time of 10am. The bedside tables in our room hadn’t been cleaned and had sticky stains on them. The walls in the bathroom also needed some attention. The rooms were beautiful and big. We had a nice stay and would recommend the hotel.

Super skønt sted; dog trænger værelserne til en brush-up, med slidte armaturer og dårlig, slidt og forkalket bruser på badeværelse - og slidt gulvtæppe på værelset.

Hotellet påstår at være familievenligt, tja jeg ved ikke hvad det er som er familievenligt, der påstås at være indendørs pool, dette gælder dog kun hvis man er 12 år, og så fremgår det ikke tydeligt at man så også skal betale 400kr pr. Mand, dvs. 1200-1600kr for en almindelig dansk familie for at komme i en indendørs pool. Det koster pt. 90kr for 1 voksen og 2 børn at komme i Solrød svømmehal. Så hvad der er specielt familievenligt er jeg inden grad i tvivl om.
Morgenmaden var dog rigtig lækkert og wifi virkede også godt.

Kjempefint hotell med gratis parkering og supergod frokost. Hotellet ligger kjempefint og idyllisk til med matbutikk og pizza/take-away restaurant rett ved. Hotellet har en spaavdelingen som vi ikke benyttet oss av. Det eneste som føltes litt rart, var hvordan gjester derfor kunne gå og sitte i slåbrok i lobbyen pga dette. I tillegg var lobbyen ekstremt varmt som også fungerer som bar. Veldig rar kombinasjon, men alt i alt fornøyd! Ville absolutt bodd her igjen.

Dejligt hotel med god morgenmad, venligt personale, men vores ophold var lidt påvirket af kurser, der holdes på hotellet. Vores værelse var blandt de gamle, og det var slidt og gammeldags. Der manglede det sidste finish på toilettet bl. andet at sætte shampo/sabe dunkerne faste, der manglede en gulvmåtte, og gulvet var koldt.

Morgenmaden var yderst lækker med udvalg for enhver smag. Middag i restauranten var fremragende. Vi er så afslappede og ikke mindst så rene vi kan blive efter 1,5 døgn i spa og wellness hvor området var virkelig forkælende og med bredt udvalg af alt hvad hjertet begærer for at blive forkælet. Back Stone massage den første dag var en anbefalelsesværdig oplevelse. Vi er blevet mødt af smilende og serviceminded personale overalt hvor vi kom. Absolut værd at prøve.

Bokade sviten och den var fin i planlösningen! Liten köksdel men som helt saknade utrustning såsom tallrikar och bestick så fick ringa och be dem komma med det. Det fanns matplats och soffgrupp.

Aldrig har jeg oplevet så dårlig rengøring på et hotel. Der var pletter fra flasker/glas på bordet, der var tandpasta \"sprøjt\" på væggen i badeværelset. Brusehovedet så decideret ulækkert ud og vasken var ikke rengjort. Derudover var det ene hængsel til brusedøre ved at falde ud af væggen så døren skrabede hen af gulvet.
