Staff was welcoming and very attentive. Food was wonderful. The ambiance of the main lobby, front desk, and bar is so splendid and comfortable. Really enjoyed my cozy room, which was clean, and I got a couple of great nights of sleep! I intend to return on my next visit.

Understanding that the hotel is a historic and very old building, I think they should put a lot of effort into cleaning it properly because everything is very old. The room they gave us was the smallest I've ever seen. It was also very hot even though it was cold outside. The bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship's. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it was very small for the number of people there, and it was difficult to serve oneself. Dinner wasn't bad. Sweden is a beautiful and vast country, with so much empty space that it's hard to spend a night in such a small place.

We arrive late at night. The staff was wonderful. Gave us the key to parking nearby. The room was very nice. The breakfast was amazing obviously known for its breakfast fresh bread and everything you can imagine it’s right in the center of town you can walk to the castle you can walk all over town so once you park your car, you really don’t need it Would definitely come back when we have more time. We were not able to join them for dinner and ficka which is also included a very nice hotel.

Home Hotel Grand, Helsingborg is an excellent choice for a very convenient (3 minutes from Central Station and Ferry to Denmark) and lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one night out of the three nights I booked, and had the MOST delicious dinner and breakfast that were free!!!! My room was perfect; clean and quiet with everything I needed. I most definitely will stay here again. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly - especially my new friend Andre. Thank you very much Home Hotel Grand - you made my stay absolutely wonderful.

We loved this hotel. A short 5 minute walk from train. Checkin early, front desk carried our luggage, room was big, large bedroom and separate room with sleeper sofa. Huge bathroom! In Europe, this is unusual. Breakfast buffet lovely, wish we could stay longer

Staff were friendly and breakfast great. Amazing old lift - clearly a lot of history. Convenient location. The room itself was a bit disappointing. We had a very small double bed. The mattress topper was too big for the bed itself and the mattress had failed springs down one side. The tabletop fan was broken. Cleanliness of the room was fine but had very grubby light switches and quite a few stains on the walls.

Personalen var trevlig och uppmärksamma samt överlag glada. Speciellt sticker portiern André ut som en riktigt frisk fläkt som gjorde vistelsen ännu lite bättre! Fler som han inom hotellbranschen!
Rummet var helt OK med plus i kanten men betyget blir inte riktigt full pott pga mediokert städat rum (papperskorg i tömd) och flera av borden i matsalen som var vingliga/rickiga samt att en hel del av frukostbesticken var väldigt dåligt diskade. Anmärkningarna anser jag vara helt klart undvikbara med lite extra processer på plats.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Hotel ist ein Altbau und liegt sehr zentral in guter Lage. Mein Zimmer war im obersten Stock mit eingeschränktem Blick; für eine Nacht ausreichend. Fika und Abendessen sind im Preis enthalten. Das Abendessen war ok und besteht aus Suppe, Salatbuffet und Hauptgericht.
