A great property but unfortunately lacks in convenient parking as the tower is shared with several businesses. The parking available at the nearby rail station makes up for it but it seems they should not advertise parking if it’s always full. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was better than expected for a hotel restaurant. Regardless of if your room has a view of the port or not, it’s relaxing to watch the ferries and ships go by.

Hotellet ligger med perfekt utsikt och läge vid vattnet. Det finns en bro att gå över för att enkelt ta sig in till ett levande city.
Personalen är oerhört lyhörd, hjälpsam och trevlig (vi undrade om man fick möjlighet att nyttja gymmet 2h innan de ordinarie öppnas - inga problem.
Sängarna är riktigt sköna, svalt rum ocg tyngdtäcke.
Frukostbuffén har inte allt men något för alla, påfylls regelbundet och blev aldrig \"stökigt\".
Vi anlände även en dryg timme för tidigt till hotellet och verkligen inga konstigheter att få tillgång till rummet direkt.
Här kommer vi bo igen 👍

Fantastisk utsikt från rummet! Genuint trevligt bemötande av personalen i receptionen vid in och utcheckning! Ett litet minus får frukostrestaurangen. Utbudet var mycket bra och vällagat och fint upplagt, men det finns potential när det gäller layout och placering av bord, ljudnivå mm. Kommer dock inte hindra mig att bo på hotellet igen!

Förutom en trevlig peomenad över bron ut till Oceanhamnen var rummen väldigt fina. Frukostbuffen hade allt man kan önska och i relaxen på 12e våningen var en fantastisk utsikt. Litet minus för att barnen tyckte att vacuumtoaletterna var läskiga och att man hörde de andras toaletter på morgonen.

Værelset var virkelig småt til 4 personer (kan ikke anbefales hvis man rejser med større børn) og der var dårlig ventilation. Det var umuligt at gøre rummet koldere, hvilket betød at vi alle svedte en del om natten. Morgenmaden så ved første øjekast god ud, men var ikke velsmagende. Der rendt små børn rundt og larmede i deres \"Relax - område\", som egentlig er for 16+

Härlig vy från hotellrummet, skön säng. Rummet var lite kallt och jag kunde inte höja värmen men frågade inte heller receptionen. Bra frukost (som Scandic brukar vara), Saknade lite mer frukt kanske. Mycket trevligt läge och trevlig personal.

Alldeles för mycket folk vid frukosten. Man skulle boka tid och då utgår jag ifrån att alla ska få plats om man har en tid avsatt. Vi fick sitta i ett konferensrum och äta en bit bort från buffén. Vi var bara två i sällskapet.

Fick först ett familjerum där det var stopp i duschavloppet, vilket resulterade i översvämning i badrummet. Fanns heller ingen duschskrapa. Fick nytt rum eftersom vaktmästaren gått för dagen. I det nya rummet var det stopp i handfatet...

I somras när vi skulle bo på hotellet fungerade inga (!) toaletter på hotellet så vi fick avboka på plats och leta nytt hotell. Enligt personalen är det vanligt förekommande med avloppsproblem, så vi hade inte bara otur. Blev heller inte erbjuden någon kompensation.

Rummet var fint men saknade kaffe och hade väldigt få TV-kanaler. Inte så bra för ett familjerum. Frukosten var en besvikelse när det kommer till utbudet, inte alls som andra Scandic-hotell.

Nä, överlag en dålig upplevelse.

Generelt et fint hotel, med gode værelser og morgenmad. Udsigten fra morgenmaden udover havn og lige ved færgeindsejling var hyggeligt med børn. Parkeringen er for dyr hvis du skal holde tæt på hotellet, hvor der ikke er mange pladser. Selvom hotellet ikke var proppet oplevede vi mangel på pladser. Alternativt kan man holde langt væk på en jord plads, hvor prisen er lavere. Her er der ikke overvågning eller port, det er åbent.

När vi checkade in var våningssängarna på familjerummet inte bäddade. Vi fick byta rum pga det.

Rent værelse, nem indtjekning og god morgenmad. Parkering i kælderen er skidt. Privat parkering og hotel parkering har samme nr, så vi måtte afbryde aftenens restaurantbesøg for komme tilbage og flytte bilen.
Få sat skum på bagerste stolper i parkeringskælderen, som der er på de forreste, der vil give lidt færre ridser på bilerne, som skal ind på meget smalle parkeringspladser.

Mycket fint och fräscht hotell med fin utsikt över havet! Känns som man bor på en färja och ligger i hamn fast 100 ggr bättre. Kort gångavstånd till stan och färjan. Trevligt att relaxavdelningen ingår. Där saknades dock handdukar allt för oftast. Fanns tyvärr inga muggar/glas för att dricka vatten.
