Maten var nästintill oätlig, man kände att vår förutbestämda tre rätters alla hjärtans dag meny var tillagad på morgonen och sen uppvärmd i Micro eller liknande då allt var segt och smaklöst, för ett väldigt dyrt pris, vilket var mycket tråkigt. Förhoppningsvis var det bara en tillfällig svacka för jag har läst många andra positiva recensioner av restaurangen.

Very nice hotel, that gives a feeling of living in an old palace. Well designed and decorated. Very clean and comfortable. We were the only visitors in spa so enjoyed all of it fully. The food in Tai restaurant was the best I ever tried from the Asian places, that I visited before.

Our stay included breakfast which offered a delicious variety of food. The location is peaceful, with a nice park, kiosk serving refreshments, public toilet and beach nearby with lifeguards on duty near the pier. There were two restaurants attached to the hotel. Restaurang Tegel served breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Crazy Thai Tegel, very authentic I might add, was opened for dinner. The wait staff at both locations had were very polite and helpful. The hotel also featured a spa which we didn’t utilize.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel 1622. The accommodations were very nice, seemed newly renovated. We were impressed with the stylish and modern interior in this old structure. It was very quiet. We didn't have time to use the pool (for an extra cost) or we may have tried that. Would definitely recommend.

Väldigt mysigt och trevligt hotell, bra läge nära havet och smidigt med parkering. Fanns mer att önska av frukosten när priset var så pass högt. De mest negativa var badrumsbelysningen som inte gick att släcka, tydligen någon säkerhetsfunktion men de sipprade ut ljus runt hela dörren så vi fick tillslut dra ut strömkortet för att få de mörkt vilket gjorde att telefoner inte kunde laddas. Sen är personalen väldigt novis vilket tydligt märks. Men över de hela en väldigt trevlig visit.
