Let me start by saying - \"if you're expecting the Ritz - this ain't it - the furniture is old and the room could use updating.\"

However - if you're looking for a nice sized room - with a very comfortable bed - for an extremely quiet night's rest - then this is the place for you.

What my wife and I truly loved about this property is: 1) it's pet friendly. 2) it's gated with roving security - we felt very safe. 3) we had a little issue with the hot water - we called the front desk - and the issue was fixed within minutes - not hours. 4) there's a wonderful breakfast served in the morning from 7am to 11am (times may change in the future). The breakfast personnel were wonderful and very accommodating. The food was hot and plentiful. 5) The layout of the property was very easy to access and there were plenty of parking in front of our room.

Overall - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay here in our future travel while enroute to Mexico City - and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Great stay!

Super!!! Great overnight stay from San Antonio to Guadalajara. Secure parking. We traveled with 2 small chihuahuas and the hotel was accommodating. Breakfast was excellent!

We have stayed here four or more times. Once we asked for a new room. This time AC noisy, door missing screws and door seal at bottom half off other than that crew friendly. Seems it is getting more run down every time we stay. This may be the last time for here.

We like the fact that parking is right in front of the room for security. The breakfast is good if you like traditional Mexican, but I let the shower run for 25 minutes and still had no hot water. I will never stay here again.

El baño no estaba tan limpio, tampoco un par de almohadas se veían algo manchadas. El desayuno incluido estuvo bien. En si el hotel parece motel, muchísimo ruido de jóvenes a las 7 a.m. fuera de las habitaciones y de igual manera la noche anterior.

Showers need updating. Half of the shower head was clogged. Shower courtain had stains and hair in the drain. Not enough toilet paper it was less than half a roll with out a replacement no tissue by the sink and no hand towels either. Speed bump by cabana is way to tall for cars. pickup will be ok. Staff at breakfast don’t seem to have a watch or to know when they are supposed to be open

Awesome hotel! Very cozy! Super comfy bed! The AC in our room was very noisy and I informed the front desk upon departure. We were so tired that we didn't bother asking to change rooms.

Our first concern was for a secure place to park our truck and trailer. The guarded entrance and gate, large lot and accommodating staff were what we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable and buffet breakfast was good. No complaints.

Hotel close to Arteaga, Coahuila

Nice room, however there is not much privacy since the wall isolation is not good, people passing by the corridors make it a noisy place.
The air conditioning unit did not work properly and the temperature outside was around 85 degrees,
And finally, there was no hot water in the shower.
Would not stay in this hotel again.

Para empezar ha sido el único hotel en el que me han hecho esperar tanto, a pesar de que el check in es a las 3 pm; siempre han tenido la amabilidad de ofrecerme habitación antes de lo esperado, al arribar al hotel y en este caso no fue así. Seguido de esto al entrar a la habitación olía a humedad... tenía días cerrada, el papel sanitario ya estaba empezado lo cual me resultó bastante anti higiénico y la cereza del pastel fue que el restaurant NO TENÍA ALIMENTOS QUE OFRECER imagina vijar por horas y llegar a comer nada... pésimo servicio, poca amabilidad de los trabajadores y cero empatía para el viajero

Bien ubicada si vas de paso por la cd de Saltillo. Lo rescatable es el desayuno, muy completo y de buen sabor. El personal amable y servicial. Las condiciones de la habitación dejaron mucho que desear. Toallas limpias pero en condiciones de uso deprorables, igual las sábanas. La limpieza esta bien pero todo es viejo, Requiere una gran renovación. La relación de calidad precio no es corresponde.

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, baño con olor, ubicación y amenidades nada, toallas súper desgastadas, agua de cortesía sabe a plástico, no tienen una tienda ni máquina expendedora, el restaurante que abre a la tarde tiene solo alitas boneless… no volvería a ir.

La estancia estaba regular, sin embargo, el último día habían unos borrachos que tenían música fuerte, empezaron a discutir y todo este desde las 2 am hasta las 5am y el personal del hotel no hizo nada cuando se reportó, la alberca está muy sucia con riesgo a alguna bacteria o peor
Lo único que se puede rescatar es la comida de desayuno cuyo sabor es bueno (subjetivamente)

DESDE QUE LLEGAS LA PERSONA DE MA RECEPCIÓN NO ES CAPAZ DE SER AMABLE. LOS CUARTOS NO TENIAN TOALLA, AGUA O ALGÚNA LIGERA AMENIDAD QUE POR LO REGULAR TIENE LOS HOTELES. EL CUARTO TENÍA UN OLOR MUY DESAGRADABLE Y EL BAÑO NI SE DIGA, LA CORTINA HUMEDAD PURA. EL LAVABO TIRABA AGUA. DESPUÉS DE LLAMAR 13 VECES A RECEPCIÓN POR FIN ATENDIERON Y LLEVARON TOALLAS MÁS PERCUDIDAS QUE NADA. SI BIEN RESERVÉ CUATRO HABITACIONES, LA MÍA FUE LA ÚNICA QUE TUVO AGUA CALIENTE, LAS DEMÁS TUVIERON QUE SOLICITARLA EN RECEPCIÓN.
TUVE UNA ESTANCIA DE DOS DÍAS Y A LA HORA DE LA LIMPIEZA NO RECOGIERON LA BASURA DE LOS BOTES Y NINGUNA AMENIDAD NUEVAMENTE.
LO ÚNICO BUENO FUE EL DESAYUNO, ESE DI VALE LA PENA.
