First of all, someone gained access to my room after I checked in. Obviously the front desk had given a new guest a key to the wrong room #. Then the show head was spraying water all over the bathroom. the carpets were very stained from coke or something else. AC was very noisy and the wall control didn't work the AC. And only 1 elevator is working due to renovations, I was told.

Comfortable but poor working toilet.

Staff was nice and it was clean comfortable. Toilet did not flush well and was super loud not sure that can be fixed but never had such load flushing toilet entire hall can hear you flush. The air conditioner works great but also very loud. Hard to sleep if you light sleeper. Breakfast was mediocre but typical for free breakfast.

This is my third or fourth time here, property is going down hill. One elevator was not working, my first room was noisy with some fan type of noise that was vibrating the floor, and the bathroom stunk like sewage. I asked for another room and got one which was better but after a long day of travel was a hassle. I don’t understand why put someone in an uncomfortable room when another option is available.

Hotel is in very poor condition, needs a refurb. Lifts are slow and shaky, aircon far too noisy to actually use, fridge i my room similarly noisy & froze everything. Bed was OK, shower was OK, but the bathroom a bit smelly.
Breakfast was limited, but the ladies were very friendly.
Front desk staff generally spoke little or no English.

I arrived at the hotel only one hour before my check-in and I was denied access to my room since it was getting ready, however, when I finally entered, while clean, I didn't have all commodities. No water bottles, glasses, cups, etc., only one almost-finished toilet paper roll. No bucket for ice. I had to call reception and request those. I was denied a bucket and just received two plastic bags! Then, of course, I found the ice machine was busted so I had to go to another level to get ice, with my plastic bag.
I used to love staying at this hotel, but not anymore. Next time I'll go to another one for sure.

Personal in the breakfast was so rude when they picked up the food one minute before the 10, and they just did no more food, when I was there at 9:40 not enough food, many people were waiting for more food and they just didn’t prepare more they just closed the doors and I had to discuss with the woman in charge because they were closing some minutes before 10 am. Just for that I will not stay again here.

Este hotel tiene más de un año con un solo elevador es muy lento subir o bajar por ese motivo, le falta muchísima limpieza, en la habitación hay teléfono que ni siquiera está conectado no hay cable para eso y te dejan 1 solo toalla 👎 cada vez que reservo ahí, digo que es la última vez, y lo vuelvo a reservar pensando que ya hicieron cambios y sigue igual. No es digno de la cadena Holiday inn.
