The personal need to be friendly and show excitement. The lady at from when we arrived was cold and before she finishes we us she took care other people. Hope this will help to improve the service. I would say that is very negative,for the hotel, even though everything else was exceptional!

Checking in was friendly and fast.

Our room was clean. PLEASE PROVIDE WASH CLOTHS. This is not a luxury amenity, people need them to clean themselves. Also, how are you stocking shower gel and no wash cloth to use it? Make it make sense.

The problem is the bathroom: no hand soap, not available in a dispenser neither a bar, you need to take it from the dispenser inside the shower.

The other fail: the faucet, is too small or wrong placed: you ended up or spilling around the water or hitting the nuckles against the sink.

Front desk needs training. had a hard time at check inn. Lady was busy would just look at his computer for at least 10 minutes before he helped me. Check out I left early had open voucher for an extra day. Front desk told me he did not know how to close voucher. He would email me receipt when the other employee showed up. Never got the email.

Hotel was under renovations and I was not aware of it. It was inconvenient to go in and out of the hotel and the parking was bad. Maybe the Holiday inn next door would have been better. And breakfast was terrible and it was in a congested room.

It's under construction and there is no infonwhen making the search of the gotel, theres no GYM, hammer noice, no main entrance, breakfast sux. No water for long periods even if you go to the bathroom....Awful at all!

They were remodelling. The first floor was in bad conditions, there was a leak right at the front desk. One of the rooms we were given had no sheets, a bucket in the middle of the floor, like if the maid suddenly left halfway her assignment. We were then assigned a room on the first floor, that was under remodellation and not in good condition

Very good service, old hotel under remodelación.

The front desk is very profesional! The room looks as photos, but the towels and sheets and pillows are very used and old. (They look dirty but are clean) it is necessary they changue the kind of laundry detergente because the odor is awful. The furniture in the entrance are tore, old and dirty.
The ceilings and carpets in the hallway looks very old. But happily the hotel is under remodelación, I really wish they will improve the building because the service is very good.

Got robbed in our room first day we were there they took money and clothing and did not get resolved I must’ve said oh well stuff happens like that they had major construction going on very dirty and a lot of noise very disappointed they should’ve taken off some thing off our bill for the inconvenience that we had

Please do a better job. Your name is a stake

So, first of all. There was no water, i mean zero water Monday-Friday after 9pm. I asked for a couple extra cloth hangers, it took them 2 days to give me some. After i made a phone call and spoke with the same house keeper twice. Also, because i stayed 4 nights, i ran out of toilet paper. I asked one of the house keepers for 2 rolls, she said i can only have 1. Because we were 2 people, we ran out again, i mean the rolls were small. So, i sent my friend to the desk to ask for 2 rolls, they said, we already gave you one, so we can't give two, here's one...By the way, I was OMG. Same thing with the towels. The hotel is under construction, yea, there was all kinds of noises, day and night. However, they didn't post that when i booked the hotel. It would been nice to know, about the water. For a Hampton hotel, idk. The mustiness and the smell because of that, it was uncomfortable. I travel a lot in the US and latin America. I have stayed in unpleasant places. At end of the day, it is what it is. However, again for a Hampton hotel and their reputation, it's disappointing. Im sorry to say this. A month ago, i went to the same region, i stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next to it, wow, a world of a difference. Way better. Im not picking on you guys. Please listen to this: \"My worst critics, have been my best teachers\" That quote, has help me to improve my life in every way.

Hampton in Saltillo was a great choice for us

We were very pleased with out stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Saltillo. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and complimentary coffee was great. The location was excellent near downtown and on the freeway. The only complaint was the toilet did not flush well and the water pressure was very low.

The bad:
Room Keys are horrible, every day had to doublecheck they worked, day 1 and 2 had to go back to lobby to reprogram keys, day 4 the door lock wasnt programmed at all.
Frist room we got was dirty and smelly, requested a room change and second room was better.
Elevator 2 wouldnt open doors in 4th floor every other day.

Run down conditions, friendly staff make up for it

The place is old and worn, the elevators screech and move in slo mo. The breakfast is ok, the beds also ok, not many amenities, the “business center” has nothing in working conditions, but friendly staff at the front desk make up for it. DO NOT EAT or order from the restaurant next door, absolutely AWFUL.

OK for a weekend - not longer

The hotel was comfortable but really is in need of maintenance... noticed rusty door frames, and aging carpets.
The toilet was partially clogged and low water pressure in the toilet, so we had to flush multiple times to clear it.
Breakfast eggs were luke warm.
The hotel is bearable but would not like staying more than 2 days like we did.

This is the worst Hampton inn hotel that I have ever stayed. From the lobby entrance, it had a bad odor, the hotel is old and needs to be updated. I will not recommend this to anyone. There is a Holiday Inn Express right behind and is much newer and in better condition

Filthy hotel

This hotel is outdated. The rooms are filthy. I stayed in this hotel because of the reviews but was very disappointed. Front desk was not welcoming. Moved rooms because of cleanliness and maintenance issues. 2nd room not much better. It was too late to move again so just dealt with the one night. Breakfast was only decent part of stay.

This hotel was ok. Felt safe and near the airport and convenient to get too. The pillows were uncomfortable and there were minor maintenance issues like the toilet not flushing well. Also, it smelled like cigarettes even though the rooms were non-smoking. Overall ok though.

Not to standard won’t stay here again.

This property is very disappointing. It doesn’t keep the same high standards oh other Hampton property.
It appears the management does not manage or supervise the people.
We found socks in the bed left from a the person previous occupant. Also the drains in the showers don’t drain very well.
This is the second time we have reported issues but they didn’t seem to care. Very bad management it appears to us.
We travel through Saltillo often but I think this will be the last time we stay here.

Second Amazing Stay

Great Mexican Stay

This was one of the most pleasant stays. The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The room was very clean. They took extra measures due to Covid. I will stay here again despite the relatively inconvenient way to get to the hotel. It is worth the extra effort.
