The restaurant hours showed closing at 11pm on Sundays. We arrived after 8 hours of travel at 7:30pm on a Sunday and the kitchen was already closed for dine in and room service! We were told to check uber eats or another app.

The location is some diatance to restaurants and if you dont have a car, this is very difficult. The area around the hotel is industrial, so no food options without driving.

We stayed here last month as we drove through and the staff was very helpful, the food was superb and this time we were surprised at the \"ok\" quality of breakfast. Clearly something has changed. Dont know if we will stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff in both the hotel and the attached restaurant were amazing: very helpful and professional. The room was very clean, with comfy bed linens and a robust AC system.

The hotel is on a busy road, but we were toward the back of the propery and it was very quiet. There were no security concerns, and we were parked very close to our room.

Overall, I felt this was a great value for the price.

We have stayed at this hotel many times as we travel from USA to San Miguel de Allende. It always seems to be “under renovation”. No rooms available on first floor, no lift to second floor. Hallway carpeting is in bad condition.

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly! Some work needs to be done on the hotel but they are in the middle of renovating. Inside the rooms are nice and clean, the hallways need to be updated- which I think they are working on. The hotel is located on a very busy intersection so be prepared for that when getting in and out. However, it’s quiet and clean.

Restaurant food was sh*t...But at least I could bring my cat into the restaurant! LOL...The building is an older refurbished motel...Noisy as hell. 2 star at best. Give this one a pass.

Terrible condition. Parts of the hotel were under renovation and frankly the whole place needs it desperately. Supposed to be kitchen facilities in the room - tap in the sink wouldn’t turn off. Microwave switch broken. Water leaked all over the floor from the shower. Light switches in the room intermittently didn’t work. Thank heavens the bed was comfortable. But really not worth the cost.

Hallway is very bumpy, bathroom shower do not drain very well all the water came out of the shower we informed the front counter but no one care, The room to dark poor illumination. The only thing good was the bed and water shower pressure. Four Points/ Sheraton is just the name we are not going to stay there next trip.

Marriot's Noise/Party is inexistent. The room next door hosted a \"Team Party\" and had well over 6 people who continuously kept slamming the room's door, shouting, and dribbling balls through 1:00am. We had to call the hotel's lobby/helpdesk 3 times with no resolution.

Good location, pet friendly, great breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Facility in poor condition. Wallpaper bubbling off the walls poorly installed around outlets, sprinklers, etc. would have been much better just to paint. Hallways dimly lit, shabby and smelly. Sheraton should be ashamed of this property. This facility could be so much better!

The rooms are nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The bed is awesome as well as the bathroom. The quality is a cut above the rest. I love that they offer room service so you don't have to leave your room once you get in - especially nice after a long day of driving. Small but sufficient areas to walk your dogs. This hotel is my go to stay in Saltillo. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. The safety is remarkable. The only negative is this is a dated property and could use some maintenance. But everything works, the room is very clean, and the amenities are excellent. Don't forget to get your free beer.

Hotel is run down, dingy and uncomfortable

Stayed here for 1 night with 2 small dogs (miniature poodle and a bichon). I was given a room very far in the back, The hallway to the room is dingy, dark, old. The room had 2 midiocre double beds and bad pillows. The room was dirty, dark, very old. The bathroom had almost no water pressure.
The restaurant was way over priced with limited menu our waiter spent most of his time staring at his phone.
The only good thing is the fairly secure parking.
