I am travelling with my motorcycle and my complete suit so i choose hôtels that have pools. I found it inconceivable that an hôtel, on the plateform hôtel.com don’t tell the clients when the pool in not in fonction. And I am talking a one Day incident, I mean there was no water in the pool so the problem was there for a long Time. Hôtel.com should be more restrictive with the hôtels to inform clients. Thank you

I have stayed here many times, and the last 2 have not been what it was before. I travel a lot for work and expect things to not always go smoothly. This trip just had some issues that would be easily resolved. I had to request towels, my toilet did not work and needed to get fixed, and the Wifi was not able to connect. Even with management helping me. I will unfortunately be looking at other hotels for my next stay in Saltillo in a couple of weeks.

Nice place to stay, we only had 1 issue with the breakfast due to covid we took breakfast inside our room. We paid for the breakfast that included fruit. Beverages were brought to our room not covered and we were missing the fruit. I called the room service, they brought it up but asked if it was true, they \"questioned\" if we were telling the truth for a cup of fruit. The next day, after we mentioned this issue in the Recpetion, they compensted with a free fruit. I wasnt about the free stuff but the questioning if we were saying the truth bothered us.

The stink of chemical cleaner in the room gave me a headache and I woke up dizzy. WORST point - no hot water in the shower so I left without taking one. The phone in the room didnt work so I could call front desk to get it fixed. The guy at front desk asked me what room then went back to talking on the phone without even an apology. The one bright spot was the waiter Alexi who took care of me so well when I arrived exhausted.

The hotel was very noisy and it was difficult to get a good night sleep. The fire alarm in our room went off in the middle of the night so we had to change rooms at 3 am in the morning. The hotel did nothing to try and make amends for a ruined night of rest. I would not stay there again.
