Check in was different than what we are used to. Staff was not very friendly. We were given only one key. There was a coffee machine in the lobby that was out of service. Coffees were a little over a dollar. Lukewarm water instead of hot water. No usual coffee maker, cups or any of that stuff in the room. Only two large towels for a room with a double bed. The rooms were disgusting... My floor had long black gross hairs all over the place and also had a very unpleasant lingering oder that would not go away. They charge you to have complimentary coffee, not that we wanted any because that too looked disgusting. Won't be back

Good mid level hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and the water was hot. I liked the walk in shower. The mattress and pillows were adequate. No coffee pot or plastic cups, you need to bring your own. Also, no free coffee in the lobby.

It felt like a lower end hotel, even if it has the full kitchen which is why I booked the stay there. The entrance is secure I guess, because I ringed and nobody answered. I had to wait for somebody to exit until I could enter. Then I asked the attendant why he didn't open the door and he told me he was in the restroom. I guess it's correct, but it didn't set a good tone for the stay. So, no frills, and customer service is on the low end of the priorities.

Its the first time that we stayed in the first floor in any hotel and I noticed some drainage smell while showering. I don't know if that is common or not.
Other thing is that there was not help with our luggage, I had to do 2 trips to bring my stuff from the car even though I used their dolly to help me to move my luggage.
It's not bad hotel, just those 2 things that I think they could improve.

There were no towels except a dirty floor towel, no hot water, a dirty sink area, the sink was clogged, water escaped from below the sink and smelled like sewer water. Air escaped from the shower and smelled like sewer water and the building smelled like a gas leak. You can hear every noise through the doors and into other rooms even downstairs in reception. DO NOT STAY HERE.

What i like no isdues in requesting clean towels or toiletries... what i dont like is that e erytime i stay there they disconnect the key at 11am during checkout day and checkout us at 12pm.. I have to go to the lobby and have the key card reactivated... also they have a swimming pool but its always cold. They should add heated lamps to heat uo the pool. Ive been staying at this place for over a year. And I can hardly ever use the pool. Its always cold...

This is a good business hotel for longer stays. I really appreciate the fact that each room has it's own kitchen. The beds are pretty confortable and each room has heater/AC.
The only thing I feel that this hotel needs to improve is the cleanliness of the rooms when you check in. The room was pretty dirty when I checked in and I had to clean it myself.
The only thing I feel that this hotel needs to improve is the cleanliness of the rooms when you check in. The room was pretty dirty when I checked in and I had to clean it myself.

The hotel was semi clean and the staff was okay. We asked repeatedly to have our room cleaned due to other guests food smelled horribly into our room and floor, the staff would reassure someone would change the linens and spray aroma to lessen the smell and didn’t do it until the following day. We were then disturbed in our room because they there was a noise complaint about furniture being moved, but it wasn’t us, it was the next room.

La ubicación del hotel fue lo que nos convenció a reservarlo, sin embargo el hotel NO está sobre la avenida principal lo cual hace un poco incómodo su acceso por auto o caminando, además de que no hay señalamiento para la entrada.

One specific employee was VERY rude and would respond sarcastically to anything we would say... Beds were the only thing done in the rooms, restroom and floors were never cleaned... We had to go down to desk daily to request toilet paper and the last day we came down for toilet paper and the rude employee said he would send it up and he never did... Finally, the rude employee was slamming doors in the 4th floor going in and out of room 417 after midnight.

Upon arrival a long line of people waiting to be checked in. Personally I waited 1 hour. They were seriously understaffed with only one person attending the impatient crowd that kept growing. The parking lot is small in capacity but can accommodate a full size pickup or SUV. You can only access the hotel through the lobby as far as I could tell. I would definitely not stay here again. There are many other options that are a little bit more expensive and have better service.
