Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth.

The bottle of red wine & cheese. Very romantic and quiet. The surf and turf was the best. Very kind and friendly people, not only with the owners of the motel, but the guests that we had morning breakfast and a night cap. Clean towels and the bed was turned over even though we didn’t need them to be done. Great cable television, what else could I say. Just a great experience Carleton Circle Motel. Looking forward to seeing them again when we book our next Cape Cod holiday. Thank you again, Danni & Traci

Our room was in the far back of the property. I asked for a room closer to the front, as my wife has a disability. Owner claimed they were sold out. Clearly there were rooms in the front available and it was passed 9PM when most travelers would have already checked in. Furnishings were all worn out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

This place is run by a family with children, so I appreciated that aspect. The keeper was kind. The units are somewhat old and have unfinished renovations. We were comfortable enough. It was awkward at checkout because the office door was locked. I just threw the key into the mail slot not knowing what else to do. The yard and scenery was beautiful. I would have loved to sit on the patio in the morning, but the chairs were all dilapidated and couldn't be sat on. Big bummer for me. I

Very, very clean, great service, were able to get everything we needed easily, refigerator and microwave in good working order, bright lighting, bathroom VERY clean, and all room/bathroom accessories functioned well. Nice hot water shower. No frills but great place to sleep/rest comfortably in very clean room environment. Close access to many places with life necessities you might need. Close to restaurants open til midnight. Our family of 4, all adults, would rebook here. Was reasonably priced for overnight stay in area. Many tourist attractions close by. Ran high intensity ultraviolet light over beds-RESULT: CLEAN-NO BEDBUGS!

Had no problems at checking. The mattress and pillows were very old and uncomfortable sleeping. We asked if they’d give us a different motel and was told if we weren’t happy, we could find another place and money would be refunded. Stayed one night and left. No refund as we left after checkout. Not a place I’d recommend.

Staff was super nice. Room was clean and there was a kitchenette. There was room enough to bring two bikes inside. I would recommend bringing your own pillows or mattress pad because the bed was a bit hard. Overall, an inexpenive and pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They did knock on our door at 10:30 am on our last day to ask if we were leaving soon even though checkout wasn't until 11 am. The room was as expected for the price. However, the bed was not very clean. There were brown stains on the sheets and there was hair under the sheets. There were also stains on the comforter but they were harder to see because the comforter was a dark color. Just sitting on the bed, a green bug started crawling up my arm out of nowhere and then there was a spider on the pillow. We didn't sleep under the sheets and instead put our big beach towel on top of the bed and used our smaller beach towels as blankets. There were also a lot of wifi issues. We had to use data and hotspots for the entire stay because the wifi would not work. Besides those two (kinda big) issues, the stay was decent. If I were to stay again, I would bring my own bed sheets and pillows. They did have a microwave, minifridge, ice bucket (although I didn't see anywhere to fill up the ice bucket), and kitchen-type sink in the room.

I was a little afraid because some of the rough reviews, but it was overall a good stay. Affordable, but not raggedy. Each room is in a separate little mobile unit, which is nice because you get a little privacy (not hearing neighbors). Very clean bathroom and sheets. My room included a kitchen stove, sink and a dining table set, which I didn't use, but it was a nice touch! Lots of scuffs on the inside of the front door and the bathroom door. That's more of a cosmetic issue, though. It's a 20 minute drive from some of the tourist-y parts of the cape, so definitely bring a car.

Where to even start! The room was dirty, the floor clearly wasn't vacuumed, black mold in the a/c unit, the smell was awful and the bed of you can call it that was terrible. The pillows are a joke and honestly if I had been on my own I would have slept in the car instead. The sad thing is the location is great and the front of the building was not too bad. The office was not obvious and took me a few to find it, and it was just really bad. The front desk guy was good, he was helpful but I would never ever stay here again... Ever. Sketchy as heck and the sad thing is if they took care of it and maintained it this place would be a hot spot. Really run down! Can't add photos for whatever reason, but its bad.

My husband and I recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Martha’s Vineyard. Everything was booked on the island so we found this place at the last minute which was affordable. We were skeptical due to the negative reviews so we brought our own sheets and towels. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by the staff. The room was larger than expected. It was quiet and adequately served our needs for our four-day stay. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the Queen Island ferry which takes about 30 minutes to get to Martha’s Vineyard. Local shopping centers like Walmart, Shop-n-Stop and restaurants are within a 20 minute drive. This was very convenient for traveling back and forth to the island. Overall we had a good experience. I didn’t give the highest ratings due to the cleanliness of the room i.e. the window spaces were dirty and burnt food was left in the stove burners. When my husband turned on the stove, the fire alarm went off. This place is pleasant, affordable and convenient place to stay.

Quick overnight stay for the Falmouth Road Race. Easy check-in, and the owner was very helpful and accomodating for my needs. Queen size bedroom I stayed was cozy, but I had everything I needed. Room was clean and no issues of anything. There were fridge and microwave in the room, but no coffee maker or utensils. Shower only. Bathroom tiles were a bit moldy but clean enough. Overall I had a plesant stay.

The bathroom could use some updating as the drain plug was missing so I feared something would fall down the drain. The shower pressure was just a trickle but finally came on strong as the toilet had just been flushed. Some of the tiles had no grout and the shower door encasement was dirty with mold.
