the location was very good. the staff was excellent.

there is literally no insulation in this hotel. Every conversation from next door could be heard, and they must have cooked with garlic, because our room smelled awful for quiet a while.

Very hospitable staff; nice heated outdoor swimming pool and well-appointed, clean room with great kitchenette. Also- a great location, walkable to marina, market, restaurants, etc. The one thing that was not so great for us was that there was a very strong and unpleasant odor of cleaning product, or something. It was also extremely moist in the room even with an attempt to dehumidify with the a/c on full throttle. Just had a feeling of dampness which we didn’t like much. We didn’t complain so it is possible they might have been able to do something. All told, the stay was ok

We stay in different areas of the cape throughout the summer. This was by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved having full size appliances. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The linens were amazing and the bed was comfortable.
The location is perfect. Everything we needed was in walking distance, including the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.
The property is well cared for and my son loved the warm pool.

This hotel was in a good location across from the harbor about a mile walk to Falmouth heights beach and town. Service was great they allowed for an early check in and a late check out. Very clean the room had everything we need. It was a great stay.

Overall would stay here again. It was right across the street from the MV ferry, walking distance so you don’t have to worry about paying for parking. Also walking distance to a few good restaurants on the water! Staff very friendly, rooms cleans. pool seemed decent even though we didn’t use it. Nice little
outdoor area to hang in, some ppl even used the bbq. Only down fall was someone was definitely smoking near our room bc our bathroom smelled every night and in the middle of the night of cigarette smoke. The staff seemed concerned and wanted to help and was going to fine the person.
Again, good cozy place for family of 3. would stay again.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom room, room was large, great furnishings and amenities, large bathroom. I was disappointed that the property only allotted 1 parking space per reservation. I flew into Boston the day of arrival and had a vehicle. My travel companion drove to the Innfrom RI. I was told I could leave my car at the local Walmart since they would not allow 2 vehicles! I was NOT going to leave my vehicle overnight at Walmart for 2 nights, which was 2 blocks from the inn. I instead paid $40 to park in the nearby Martha's Vineyard ferry parking lot for 2 nights. Of note, all of the parking spaces at the Inn were NOT all taken the 2 nights that I stayed.

Quick family weekend trip. Our room was perfect. Spacious, clean, and comfortable.
It had a full size fridge, stove and even a compact dishwasher. If we were staying more than a weekend this would be pefect to be able to cook meals. Staff were excellent!! Definately would stay again!

Overall our stay was excellent. We rented a 2 bedroom suite, and it was very clean. Staff was great. They don’t use the tap when checking in and the water took 1/2 hour to warm up, staff was very accommodating but the water never got hot enough. We enjoyed the area, space and location.

We stayed in a club room and the kitchenette was fully stocked with dinnerware, cutting board, bowls, pots and pans, anything you needed, it was there for easy and quick cooking. The view from the room was beautiful. The Island Queen ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is across the street however not open until May. The year round ferry was a 5-10 minute drive. Grocery stores and restaurants are a few streets away. Overall, the room was exceptionally clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, parking was easy, great location near ferries and downtown. We will definitely stay here again!

Have set my mother up here twice now, great service from staff and they were able to accommodate her for accessibility despite me forgetting to request it.

Kitchenette was well stocked, plenty of cutlery and very clean. Bed and pull out were both comfortable, rooms were spacious.

7-11 and windfall market are close by, Italian market further up the street and restaurants in walking distance. Walking distance to Island Queen and a quick ride to The Heights beach.

It is a nice property with horrible bed. When we told the front desk they asked if the mattress had an egg crate on it. When we said yes they said that is the best they could do. Worst bed I have ever slept in.
Had a funeral to go to on Sunday morning and there was no hot water to shower. The response was that the hotel was full and we were on the side where the laundry is located. Pretty

Sadly we didn’t have a good introduction to the property as Kayleigh, who was on reception, on our arrival was far from welcoming. The main problem seemed to be that her phone call had to be interrupted!
When my husband tried to check in on a booking in my name, Kayleigh insisted that I would need to be present. I went in, as instructed, but Kayleigh who was still on her phone call continued to be rather aggressive. Her closing line was: ‘some customers don’t want to hear the word no’.
Thankfully we had no further interaction with staff.
The studio apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.
We enjoyed our visit.

The suites were very spacious and clean. The only problem was the mattress on the pull out couch was very thin and uncomfortable. Other than that, we were very pleased with everything else. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and heated. Perfect location- right across from the harbor where the boat docks that takes you to Martha’s Vineyard. Great seafood restaurant across the street. Reasonably priced too!! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was big, quiet and clean. Great location. I had room 230 but would have preferred 231 as it had a balcony and the people staying there (there were a bunch of them) kept walking past my window next to the bed which was a little discomforting.
Easy parking. Centrally located.
Shower ran out of hot water after a few minutes on both days.
Overall I was happy with my stay.

Quiet room, more space than I needed, full efficiency appliances with basic dinnerware. Staff was great and spoke English. Plenty of hot water with good shower head clearance for a 6'3\" guest. View was pretty out the front. Walk to the right and three restaurants with Flying Bridge a favorite. Market is a short walk. Short drive to Portuguese Bakery (scones, cash only) and Talk of the Town diner had good breakfasts.
