We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.

I was there for a marathon with my family. The staff was friendly the hotel offered a restaurant, beach across the street and a nice roomie suite. Only downfall was to get up to the second floor, you had to use the stairs that were through the restaurant which made it difficult when unloading the vehicle, as you had to squeeze through a crowd of people.

HOTEL uses deception to get you to book with them.

Under hotel details jt says lounge chairs umbrellas and beach towels are provided for. This was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Come to find out NONE were included
VERY DISSAPPINTED.
Amazing how Hotels.com allows this bait/switch.

Parking spot was not available when we arrived an hour after checkin. Dirty tissue on the floor next to the bed. You have to walk through a crowd of people at the bar/restaurant to go up the stairs to you room. No one helps you - you just have to ask the customers to let you through. There is live music at the bar/restaurant and not just at night. No outdoor faucet or way to rinse off your feet when coming back from beach.

I recently stayed at the Heights Hotel in Falmouth. It was a less than stellar experience. To preface, no one was on the property that worked for the property. The restaurant staff next door gave us more information than actual hotel staff.

The restaurant next door had construction on their exterior, so there were workers frequently blocking the entrance to the parking lot. We couldn’t find our spot for our unit (they are numbered by your unit number). After some investigation, we found our spot but the restaurant next door had placed a bag over our spot, marking it as theirs. We parked there anyway.

The code for our unit was incorrect. Luckily it was one of two codes that they sent but that doesn’t seem very secure as I stayed on a Wednesday but received them on Monday. If I came back tomorrow, I’d know how to get in to someone’s room because they use two codes. To add to the insecurity of the unit, the door isn’t squared properly in the frame so the deadbolt doesn’t line up with the receiver. There’s no actual way to secure the door which is an exterior door. We placed our suitcases in front of the door in case (there is also no chairs or any other furniture other than the bed).

The bathroom was… well. It was. The shower was extremely narrow and dark with no light. I had to shower with the curtain half open to be able to see. Additionally, it is so small there is no where to get out of the spray to be able to wash your hair, your face, anything. You’re just getting spra

Girls weekend on the Cape. We stayed on second floor in building 1. Spacious room, 2 queen beds, directly across from Falmouth Town Beach. Lively restaurant on site, it was always hopping and we never heard a sound from our room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly stay here again!

The hotel reached out the day of saying there are hot water issues with the uni and they might need to rearrange our room. There ended up being with no follow up and we showered with ice cold water. They also did not respond when I reached out the next day notifying them that the hot water was still broken.

The area it was located in was very nice. It was great that there was a restaurant right in front of the hotel but it did make it a little loud at night considering the room was bottom floor right in the back of the restaurant. Parking was a little confusing also because you received a pass with you room number corresponding to a parking spot but it didn't seem to matter. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Nicely situated across from the beach. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Unfortunately we were in a ground floor room which we did not enjoy at all. There were crowds of people outside our windows and doors both days. We could never open the blinds or windows to enjoy the view. I would only recommend the Heights if you could ensure a room on the second floor.

Team from the moment we drove into the parking lot was awesome! Our car couldn't fit into the spot and they helped immediately to fit us and help with bags, check-in etc. Throughout our weeks stay, everyone was nice and cheerful. Noted names, Gavin, Paul and a woman who worked with Gavin to park our car! (sorry I forgot her name, but not her efforts on Monday, July 3rd)

Great location! The hotel is across from the beach with a great beachy restaurant attached. The restaurant shuts down the outdoor area at 9 pm so noise was not an issue. The restaurant and hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms are a bit old but were spacious and our room had a beautiful ocean view. Would stay here again!

The hotel is attached to the Shipwreck restaurant. If we open our blinds people are sitting at our bedroom window. So it was loud until the restaurant closed. So if you want to drink and party it’s a great spot. The area is fabulous and beautiful. The kitchen had minimal stuff and the dishes were very dirty.

*Ocean literally right across the street.
*Wake up to a beautiful view.
*Restaurant is a part of the property and the food was decent.
*Restaurant was kid friendly- had a kids menu.
*Large field with baseball field and basketball court on other side of restaurant our kids could play in.
*Close to ferry terminal if interested in traveling to Martha’s Vineyard.
*Quick travels to a downtown area. About 3-4 minute car ride to Starbucks, Famous Footwear, Walgreens, Stop & Shop etc.
*Designated parking spots right behind building.

Cons:
*The restaurant seating was literally right outside our rooms windows so although you wake up to the beautiful ocean view, shades get shut from midday forward because of the people right outside our room. (No privacy otherwise)
*The restaurant patio lights were kept on even after the restaurant closed. It lit up our room all night.
*Trying to put the kids to bed with the restaurant crowd outside the windows was difficult.

Me and my son stayed here recently and we both were delighted with the choice of accommodation.
The room was a perfect size with a great view of the ocean and Martha's Vineyard.
There is a restaurant/bar attached to the property called Shipwrecked that serve great food and with a good atmosphere overlooking the ocean.
You can catch the ferry from Woods Hole across to the Vineyard which is only a short drive away.
I recommend this hotel if anyone is looking to stay in the Falmouth area!
