The heat in the room did not reasonable temperature. After arriving, turning on the heat, setting it to the maximum, leaving for nearly two hours for dinner, and returning, the room was still about 58 - 60 degrees. By morning, it was about 66 degrees. Not worth the $150 cost per night. And the door from the outside closest to the room did not open using the card key. I would have reported this all to the front desk, but it was not open when I returned after dinner nor before I left in the morning.

Older motel that has been updated some. It was clean and convenient in a nice location. The rooms are big, so they could add some couches and chairs for comfort. Also, they have no towel racks and the bathroom is oddly arranged with the sink in the room and not in with the shower and toilet. The included breakfast is very minimal.

This is an older building, sound proofing is weak, but no noises heard after 10 PM, so no real complaints. Bathroom design could be better, and water pressure was a little on the weak side. Indoor pool isn't great, water was pretty cloudy. Convenient location. If you like staying at a less modern motel, you might find this place very charming. Overall a nice stay.

The shower did not get hot. Looked like bodily fluids on the chair. Pink pill was found under the sink. Breakfast was below average. Staff was not personable. But the location was good and the price was reasonable. I was just in town to run the marathon. If i was staying longer I would have looked elsewhere.

Vending machines empty. Or darn near it. Vending machines would not accept currency. Front desk refused to give out water,key had to be reloaded 4 times in two days. Doors would not secure. First floor windows left open during the night in hallways, No visible security . Bathroom robe hooks fell off during shower, generally felt like it was about to close down . Wont do this again..

Very Bad: hidden extra $12 per day hotel fee if you book through Hotels.com. I should have booked this hotel through their own website if I knew about $12 extra fee per day. Detailed info mentioned that there might be a fee, but didn't specified it's $12 per day. So don't book this hotel through the Hotels.com. You will not end up saving your money but paying more money.

Definitely can tell the age of the property, the door to my suite barely opened and closed, it looked like it had been kicked in at some point. One of the beds has a metal base that makes a lot of noise Everytime you get into bed. The spiral staircase in the room is being held together with black electrical tape. This was like a one hour motel type inn that I would have stayed anywhere but the of there were any other options. There was no bellman, no room service, no air conditioning in the hallways or elevator, no restaurants or full breakfast. I’ve never stayed in a low end hotel like this in my life!!!! The room were a lil out dated, we didn’t is the amenities but they seemed nice and clean, our room was very clean, the free breakfast was perfect no hot food besides waffle maker but over all a decent free breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful, we also only slept here one night we spent the entire day/evening on the vineyard so this was a 10/15 drive to the ferry. But the grocery stor directly across the street and oth food options and stores within walking distance was cool.

Pros: The beds were a highlight—large, comfortable, and great for a good night’s sleep when the room conditions allowed. The location is also a major plus, being very close to the ferry, which made it convenient for exploring Martha’s Vineyard or other nearby attractions.
Cons: Unfortunately, the negatives were numerous and impacted the overall experience. The upstairs bathroom’s shower door didn’t close properly, making showers messy and inconvenient. The upstairs bedroom had a mobile AC unit placed in a litter pan, which was not only odd but also incredibly loud. It either froze the room or left it swelteringly hot, forcing me to wake up multiple times each night to adjust it. The upstairs bedroom’s skylight was only partially covered, letting in early morning sunlight that disrupted sleep. The staircase to the upstairs was a serious safety hazard—rickety, taped together with duct tape, and requiring a waiver to use, which felt unsettling. Downstairs, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, compromising privacy. The shower there only dispensed scalding hot water, making it impossible to shower comfortably without risking burns. The room key repeatedly deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to reactivate it, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, the property felt run-down, with a dated motel vibe that didn’t match its 3-star rating. For $1,660 for three nights, the price felt exorbitantly high for the quality and maintenance issues.

This is a 2-3 star property similar to a Super 8 or other low tier brands. The pricing far exceeds the quality of the property, but the Cape is generally expensive and the Admiralty Inn is cashing in on that. Notable issues are tired (i.e. overused) and uncomfortable bedding; no in-room amenities (one wrapped bar soap) and sad \"continental breakfast\". In a normal market this is a $40-50/night property, but high season on the Cape it is a criminal $400, but other options are slim.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for one night on the Cape in the Falmouth area and were pleasantly surprised with what the Admiralty Inn & Suites offered. We were greeted cordially by staff upon arrival and noticed right away that property, although a bit dated, was well taken care of! Our room had recently been renovated and was well done, especially the bathroom which was clean and spacious. We visited the pool and it was clean with an ample lounge chairs for guests. The parking was convenient and also ample. Although it’s located right on Rt 28, the property was quiet. Checkout was easy and the staff again was pleasant!
The property listed as providing continental breakfast, but when we checked in we were charged $12 for breakfast and the pool? It seemed weird but even with the $12 it was still very affordable. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and a pre wrapped chocolate chip cookie, so that was a little disappointing.
Our stay was very good and I would definitely stay there again, and recommend to other travelers. I would have rated it very good if that were an option. I did not rate excellent because I reserve that rating for like 5 star hotels.
