Easy check in/out. Friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast & dinner was wonderful. Shuttle to/from airport was so convenient as well as leaving our vehicle at hotel during flight trip (extra fee, but cheaper than airport). Room was clean and roomy.

Parking was easy, the lot was very full both days but the hotel has an abundance of entrances once you have your key card.
Room was clean, a little on the warm side even with the temp turned down. Water in the bathroom was very hot and did not turn cold in the middle of a shower.

Only stayed over night, but the hotel has everything you could want. Restaurant, indoor pool, exercise room. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours and for a few you can park your car there while you travel for a few.

Extremely close to cvg. Like less than 5min ride.

- room was clean

Parking was atrocious on a Saturday night around 7pm.

Rooms are extremely outdated. No USB ports only electrical outlets.

Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel had walls that were missing plaster

For a one night stay it was doable but wouldn't recommend staying more than one night.

Clean room and property.
Shuttle took us to the airport as requested at 2:30 AM.
Too early for breakfast but coffee and tea were available and welcome.
Parking $8.00/day, so not bad.
If you have an early flight to catch rhe 24 hrs Shuttle is great.
Bar/restaurant open until 10:00 pm.

Unfortunately I was in a anxious state when I made reservations and actually meant to book for April 13-14, and did not stay there on the 6-7.
I was charged… I get it but I like the hotel and rebooked for the 13-14.
I would love to get some of my money back for the incorrectly booked dates. Thanks .

Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. Our server, Tennessee, was the sweetest most pleasant person we’ve ever met. She made our mornings very enjoyable. And Aaron, another staff member, seemed to always be there, and we observed him helping all of his coworkers. He couldn’t do enough for guests either.
There were snacks near the front desk all the time, a beautiful fountain with comfortable seating around it for relaxing or getting some work done undisturbed. Everything was very clean and all the staff were very accommodating. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in the Cincinnati area.

The check in was fast, however we were not given our breakfast coupons. We had to go retrieve them each day. The room was not the greatest. Dark and dirty!. Had some sort of stain on the ceiling.The floors were very dirty. And the lamp plugs between the beds didnt work. So to plug my phone in I had to pull the night stand out. Well that was a mistake. The wall was stained with god know what. And there was about a 1 inch layer of dust. It was disgusting. The beds were hard and old. Being a travel agent and staying in many Holiday Inns, I expected much better. However breakfast was great. And our waitress Tennessee was fantastic. And the pool was good.

The over all stay was great just had issues with check in they didn’t have the room we reserved we had to change rooms the next day we booked a suite and had to stay in a room with 1 king bed and a pull out couch for 4 people but the next day we where able to get our suite

Hotel was in a convenient location. Close to airport with a gas station right across the street. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint would be the airport transfer. Getting to the airport was great. Unfortunately, after we landed was a bit of a mess. We called front desk to let them know we were ready for a ride. Turns out, there were about 30 of us waiting for the same ride. The first van packed as many people in as they could, leaving 17 of us to wait. Called front desk again asking them to please send another van. While waiting, another group approached the waiting spot. We kindly told them we had been waiting an hour for a ride and please let us all go first. All 17 packed in, including one lady who sat on the floor. When we finally made it back, we had to wait another 15 minutes because the back door of the van was jammed. By the time it was all said and done, we got in our car 2 HOURS after we landed. We said many times, we should have just got an Uber. But, after paying $8 a day to park, we didn’t want to add to that expense.

We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. We ended up Ubering back to our car. This is the last time we'll waste our time with Holiday Inn. Room was also not very clean.

The room was clean but we could smell that it was probably a smoking room at one point. The furniture was dated but clean and in good condition overall. We didn’t eat at the on-site restaurant but it looked clean as we walked by and had a decent breakfast menu. We rented a car for the long weekend we were in town, dominant comment on the shuttle, but parking was no trouble. The hotel was suitable for our needs - a place to sleep comfortably but otherwise just a base to launch from each day to see the sights.

Sofa couch was stained as we're the sofa cushions. Had to ask housekeeping for more sheets to make my kid feel comfortable.. You can see some age on the rooms like wallpaper starting to peel in a spot or two. Housekeeping didn't speak any English so getting sheets from them became a lil harder than expected but finally got that sorted and laid down to relax before the show. There were 2 tvs but one remote and no apps. Cable only. 42 channels of cable and one controller with 2 adults and a 9 year old made us wish we would of brought the Playstation and a firesrick. Surprisingly when u walk in the main entrance there is a beautifull fountain and the sound of rushing water. It definitely gives u the impression of a really fabulous hotel but behind our hotel room door very average if not a bit of a let down.

There was light construction throughout the lobby.
There was an oversight on the website. I looked to see if there was a breakfast. There was a restaurant where you could purchase breakfast not a continental breakfast. Which is assumed when mentioning there is a breakfast.
There was a club/bar that played music later than I preferred. I didn't know one was on-site.
Room was nice to look at...
I have stayed in MANY hotels. These beds are the top 2 hardest i ever slept in. I may need a chiropractor.

The room itself was decent, but the check in process was horrible. They had no parking spots available for guests and when we questioned having to park our car on the curb, the front desk staff just laughed at us. We had to walk a long distance from the front counter to our room. We won't be back.

When we arrived there was no parking because the parking lot is used for airport parking as well. The key wouldn't unlock our room so we had to go back to the desk to get a new key. Others were at the desk with the same problem. The following day our new key wouldn't work again and we had to go to the desk again. The vouchers for breakfast were not provided and the staff member that we asked for help with this was very unfriendly and said computers were down so basically too bad for us. The whole experience just was sub par at most.

The location and room were perfect for a 6am flight from CVG. The only ding is it’s a rather long hike fro the parking lot to the rooms with most of the lobby area being surrounded by conference spaces. Fortunately, they have luggage carts.

But when we asked for 4:30, we were told we had to go at 4:00am when others were already scheduled. Both times I have stayed here, the scheduled shuttle leaves about 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

The sink was full of someone's beard and it drained very slowly. Tried calling the front desk, the phone didn't work.
The worse thing was i ran the shower for 15 minutes and I still didn't even have lukewarm water and this was at 4:30 AM as I had an early morning flight to catch. Will never stay here again.

When you walk in it is fabulous... the farther you get from the front desk the worse it gets... it goes from ritzy to slum really quickly... Staff was rude, the cleaners nevercleaned our room during our stay and we left a day early. We went through 5 rooms until we got one that had a working ac unit. Phones only worked in two of the rooms. The mini fridge froze all of the food I prepped so we wouldnt have to eat out... the bathroom sink plumbing. I went to do my night time routine, left the water running for just a minute and realized the water wasn't draining... next thing I know I hear water hitting the floor... the pipes has been glued together....glued...together... and of course it had come undone.. I call the front desk immediately and after 15 min they sent a guy to \"fix\" it. He literaly put electrical tape on it and dumped a bottle of drain cleaner in the sink and said call in 10 minutes if it isnt fixed as he walked out. He did not clean up the towels, or the water. I had to get on my hands and knees and clean the bathroom floor. There was stains all over the walls and paint peeling in the hallways, carpet gad geen peiced together and it smelled bad. There was one microwave for each floor which was in a room w the electrical boxes. I tell the lady at chrckout that I am absolutely disgusting woth the place and I want to leave immediately. I booked through Expedia, which has alwats been a good experience and this is not their fault!
