I recently stayed at hotel, and I would like to share some feedback about my room. Unfortunately, I found many cockroaches in the room, and it was not clean. There was also an unpleasant smell, and the floor was dirty.

Because of these issues, I stayed only about four hours and then decided to leave and go to another place. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room, as I expected a cleaner and more comfortable stay.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness for future guests

Clearly, the pictures on their website don't reflect reality.
On my first day, the toilet was clogged and after asking two times for come and service the room with no luck, they asked me to come and get the plunger and fix the toilet myself. The room was definitely previously occupied by a smoker. Overall the clean was not very clean, but I guess it comes with the price, right?
Lastly the free breakfast is not really a breakfast (only toast, cereals)

You definitely do get what you pay for, this obviously isn’t a top notch hotel but it’s definitely not the worst! it’s good for like 1-3 people id say. the rooms are smaller but it’s not bad if im being homest. for the price you pay, its worth it. it’s quiet, we had no problems other than some outlets not working and the AC slightly leaking which was not that big of a deal for the 2 nights we did stay. the pool is not open but they do have some free breakfast options! also a lot of stores and the mall right down the road!

Absolutely atrocious. Staff were the worst. They hide from customers ti avoid doing anything. They snicker and smirk whenever they are asked for help, and are overall condescending and rude. Most of the amenities did not work, including the pool which was closed. The whole facility is in a gross state. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. The AC unit put off a burning smell so we had to shut it off and sleep in a stinky, hot room. Staff lied and said they’d look into the outlet issue but never did. Breakfast was a disgusting joke. We will NEVER do business with this hotel or its associated chains. Do not come here!

We did appreciate that this was a quiet, low traffic area. And in this room, I did not. encounter any bed bugs so that is always a plus.

But this hotel was disgusting. The room above must have had a leak that they never fully resolved; I hope it was a water stain but it should probably be checked out for potential mold issues. The grout on the floor was old and ragged, I am sure it is not sealing anything anymore. The sink was being held together by duct tape, the room smelled of smoke, and the pillows might as well have not even be offered.

We arrived late and were too tired to complain, but they must have given us the worst room in the hotel - it really should no longer be offered to anyone.

The \"non smoking\" room reeked of smoke - staff were friendly but the only solution they had was opening the window and spraying a tonne of air freshener everywhere. Almost a joke as I had to sign something agreeing I wouldn't smoke in the room when I checked in. The sheets were clean at least, and the bed was comfortable enough, but the corridors are filled with stains of various ages and it is very run down. Unless you're a HEAVY smoker or love the stench of a billion cigarettes then I'd strongly advise you look elsewhere

Place has bedbugs and roaches, they don’t clean their floors before placing guests in the room, room 227 had the bathtub faucet coming out of the shower wall, the bathtub was unsanitary, hair and dirt all over floors, no trash can, the toilet was clogged and couldn’t flush the toilet, they expect you to take your own trash down the hall, and don’t provide room service, they only provide service to the rooms that need to get cleaned for new guests to arrive. There was no breakfast options other than 2 choices of cereal and some type of weird bread. The pool don’t even work, hasn’t for years!

The property was very accommodating when I accidentally booked the wrong room, it was very quiet, it's ducked off. It's a nice little room for the price you pay. Staff friendly, you constantly see housekeeping cleaning. I work remote and the Internet access was amazing, I didn't have high hopes but I did not lag once.

The interior of the room was fine. For one night, the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower and toilet area were rough: a torn up curtain, water damage along the floorboards, and a broken vent. The motel’s exterior has not been maintained, and the “breakfast” was black-colored warm water and a variety of refined sugar options. However, the gas station across the street has fresh fruit and a proper coffee machine.

This place should be torn down or used to house the homeless instead of charging people $$$. Creepy smokers were hanging around outside my window at odd hours. Trash and cigarettes all aound the exterior, carpets in hallways have numerous stains were filthy. Entrance door was always unlocked. Room door was very difficult to open and had a large gap that let in hallway noise all night. Pergo in the room left my bare feet black. Bed was like a hammock, electrical outlet for lamp was very loose in the wall, sink stopper was broken and wouldn't drain. Breakfast was just stale cereal. Creamer was out on the first day, milk for cereal out the next day. No OJ, only cranberry to drink. Sign in breakfast area says coffee is $1.99 per cup after 10:00 am.

This room was so dirty I had to go get cleaner and scrub the tub in order for us to shower. The rag I used was black from filth. The lady at front dest was rude. Also they charged a deposit not sure how that room could have been any more destroyed. Definitely do not recommend. Breakfast was stale cereal and toast thats it. Coffee was at least days old.

You get what you pay for. It was $65 a night and it was probably worth $20.
The room smelled like old cigarettes smoke mixed with mold and dirty sheets.
I got a rash on my face with that air.
The air conditioner wasn’t cooling, the door was hard to open, there were holes all over the bathroom, which I had to cover with napkin to feel a little comfortable. It was just bad. The staff was very friendly and nice.

The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Upon pulling in there was people digging in the trash out front. The pool is a storage room with junk...completely inaccessible. When we got into our room there were crumbs on the sheets and when I pulled the sheets down there were massive holes through the sheets.

The definition of false advertisement

They say they have a pool, which was empty. They say they offer a complimentary breakfast, well that breakfast consisted of cereal with no milk, or just plain bread. We chose this place for the pool and breakfast but got neither, it's honestly just a glorified motel 6. The tv's are tiny and outdated, the doors are all hard to open and can't be closed quietly. They also claim their rooms are \"sound proof\" but I heard loud noises the entire time I was there.

We were sleeping when the room next to us checked in at Midnight. They had the tv on so loud it woke us up. They also continued to open and shut doors as well as talk till 3am. The hotel was empty so I am not sure why they put them next door to us. The rooms are old, but clean. The staff (Sunny) was very friendly, Wouldn't stay there again. Also they advertised an indoor heated pool. The pool was empty.

Overall it was great in a snow storm. You can tell the hotel was being updated. Plumbing wasn’t the greatest but it did its job. Hallways smelled like marijuana even though it was advertised that it was a smoke free facility. Breakfast was horrible but still had food, you could either have your choice of cereal or bread. Staff was very friendly and even helped shovel out my car in several inches of snow.
