First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub didn't work at all. Told the last at the desk it wasn't working she said it was because it was over worked and sometimes does that so at 6am on Saturday we went tried again still didn't work. Very upsetting. Teenagers took over the pool couldn't let our 6 year old swim, they was jumping screaming running and staff member can't in and said nothing, no towels to dry off with in pool area. Drains has big clumps of hair in them. Then we talk breakfast still never will completely understand why if a hotel is at full capacity that only one staff member working breakfast, she couldn't keep up, both days I had to ask her to refill eggs, juice, that pancake machine was not working correctly. Over all I would not stay at this location again. Front desk staff was AMAZING. Very friendly helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel lacked charm. Parking lot is a little small.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, it appeared there was only one staff member when we arrived. We had to wait a while to check in and the staff member was busy. There were no pool towels at the pool. The pool area was not well kept. The deck was dirty. The pool water was very murky. The water was not clear, we couldn’t see the bottom of the pool, and the pool area had the smell of mildew or worse, but sure.

I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…

Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and staff great! We asked for towels for the 3 of us to shower as there were 2 towels in our room and we were told no extra towels available because people used the pool all day. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out couch and we were told the same thing..no extra towels. Our bathroom door would not latch when shut so it would swing open and we put a towel down to keep it shut. Not a great choice for us.

We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but it was not working properly. Our room was near the pool, so it was extremely noisy. The smoke detector light flashed all night above the bed which was very annoying and hard to sleep.

The room was immaculate, and the king size bed we had was super comfortable! But the very best part of it was the shower. Best shower I’ve ever been in. Try it and you’ll see what I mean. Plus the price was reasonable. And it was located right next to cattlemen‘s steakhouse for a great meal. Didn’t need to drive just walk across the parking lot.

I searched for three things for my stay with my family: a hot tub, pool and pancake machine for breakfast. Well, the hot tub wasn't working, the pool was cloudy and the breakfast was the poorest I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. Half the hot breakfast items were missing and there was no batter for the pancake machine. Do not recommend

I had been living in my truck for 30 days straight. I needed to get out of there before I lost my mind. An uber driver told me about Cattleman’s. He said every now and then he and his wife would stay at the Holiday Inn next door. So I listened and booked a room. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, but they didn’t have laundry. If they had laundry this would be perfect. It does smell outside the room and I couldn’t wash clothes across the street because they didn’t have an ATM. I ended up trekking through the snow to Pilot like I was on Fargo.

Went to check in and there was nobody there- it took probably 10 minutes to find somebody. I even tried calling the hotel and other numbers associated with it. The only people I could get to answer were outsourced jobs so they couldn’t help. Apparently they only had one person working. We checked in and went to the room- I could not get the heat to work. Then the guy below us kept banging on the ceiling as my daughter running into the room at 8:30 pm was too loud for him. He did it repetitively and so I packed our stuff up. I went downstairs and said that this was not going to work- we need another room. We were given another room- our rate stayed the same but it was a downgrade. We went from a suite with a king to a regular room with a queen. Pool was cold. Felt like we were walking on eggshells all night- The breakfast had muffins-great- but they were stale and hard. no intention of returning.

I enjoyed 4 nights at this hotel! The breakfast was wonderful and well stocked. I arrived late on my first night the doors were broken and it was snowing outside. I had a 5 night stay and getting all the luggage in and situated was not an easy task and there was no staff to help. Staffing was definitely an issue while here. Not once did house keeping try to come clean my room during this time or restock towels. I went to the front and did it each time even to get extra pillows and blankets for our pull out couch. Front desk was very helpful during the day time. The pool needed maintenance during our time. The first night was fine but the next 3 days the pool/hotub became cloudy and full of sand. It seemed like it was being fixed on the last day of our stay. Despite it being in that condition we swam and enjoyed the pool without any side affects almost every day we were there. Over all the price was great for what we got to enjoy. Would recommend to anyone needing a comfortable and affordable place to stay while vacationing or on the road.

Breakfast was nice, many options. I would like to see the option of having pork and turkey sausage as iffering, not just turkey. Overall the stay was very nicr. This was my 3rd stay. The only reason I rated this 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because the hot tub never got hot at all and the jets didnt really work. It was still warmer than the pool (which wasnt bad at all) though. We were also told that breakfast was until 1030 at checkin, and it ended at 10. Breakfast tasted really good though. Hospitality was great. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Perfect breakfast was amazing and all the breakfast people were great but I rented this hot tub for 99% of the reason for the pool and hot tub and day one. The hot tub was lukewarm so I could not enjoy it day two it was OK got warm, but it was dirty day three it’s shut down. We need to have a schedule or something when they’re going to maintain the hot tub. We’re not maintaining the hot tub cause I would not have stayed if I knew the hot tub was gonna be having its monthly yearly maintenance done.

The hotel smelled terrible very musty. Including our room. At one point they had a dehumidifier running in one of the halls which helped with the lobby and breakfast area from smelling.
The pool was murky and green! I wouldn't let my kids swim in it. We sat in the hot tub for 5min before it shut off and never turned back in.
No breakfast on Sunday as we were headed out of a long car drive home. Even the basics would have been nice we didn't needs eggs and whatever just put out the cereal al, milk, bread, juice and allow us to have something before we left. Huge disappointment and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean and nice. Front desk lady was rude to us. She seemed like we were bothering her. Pool is 3 feet deep and it was so cloudy and dirty you couldnt see the bottom. No towels as well. The hot tub was nice and clear, ut after 5 minutes the jets stopped working and the dial on the wall didn't work as well. We came down for breakfast at 7 AM and there was no food.No employees, no one at the front desk. People were standing around wondering what was going on. So we left we wont be back.
