The first impression came from Matthew. He was friendly and very professional. He made the check-in process very smooth. When coming to this area, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Only issue was, I thought breakfast was included. That was one thing we requested when finding a location, unfortunately it was a free breakfast. Which was not a deal breaker or enough to take any stars.

The lobby was beautiful. The room was clean. The furniture and bathroom were outdated and worn. The HVAC unit was noisy and the unit rattled when the fan was blowing.

Decor was old and worn. Chair in room and bathroom walls were filthy. Lady at check in was unfriendly. They did have a good breakfast that was inexpensive on Expedia but they were asking $16 if you didn't pre pay for it. Will not be staying there again.

I woke up my last morning there with water leaking through the ceiling of my room. I talked to the front desk and they asked me to take their maintenance person up to the room to look at it. I showed him the leak and it was still dripping. The cabinets and carpet were wet, along with a small travel bag of mine that I had to throw away because it was unclear to me if the water intrusion into my room was from a fresh water source or a sewage source. Since my bag was soaked with water from an unknown source, I asked the lady at the front desk for some financial consideration. She credited my IHG account with 1,131 points. Since I've never used IHG points I didn't realize that this amount of points was only worth about $14. This is a bit of an insult and is not taking care of your customer.

No it was terrible a fully booked hotel with six stories tons of family’s and teeny buffet area to serve us all. Paid for two days of breakfast couldn’t even get enough to eat or the food was cold and empty
And the staff disinterested to make it right
Spent 500$ on two days in the middle of two hotels that had supers service and food

My best friend and I had planned a birthday gay for years. I am a busy mom and wife so this was supposed to be a fun getaway of food and laughter. We spent close to 500$! For our two night stay, yes we got a queen suite for comfort. Comfort and that was all we got. Due to full capacity the promoted made to order breakfast or any breakfast was not available. For a hotel this size they had us crammed into a tiny buffet room for food. With the sheer amount of kids available they had only three small orchers of milk available, one whole, one skim, one almond milk. Went hungry the first day because the attendants said they won’t be putting out anymore food!
Second day the crowds of family downstairs devoured everything in sight I gave up and had to go out for breakfast this after paying 16 each for both to eat. My gf has difficulty going up and downstairs and they told her she can’t bring the food up. There was no water no juice no coffee nothing after hours. And the front staff was like it is what it is. I have stayed in many many many places in my life this was one of the worst. No refunds for breakfast no apologies nothing, even tried to charge me 3 dollars for a soda
And on top of that when I called (sight onseen) to book an extra night I was redirected to sales to get me to purchase extra vacation stay at a later time. I’m not one to complain but this is one of the worst I have been in the only good point is the comfort and cleanliness of the barren queen suite.

This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facility is just extremely dated and old. Every single thing in the room needs updating. It felt like I walked into 1987. I’m impressed with how they’ve maintained it to not smell or feel musky.

Parking lots dark and Front drop off area waisting limited parking spaces, Handicap parking is around side of building and not very user friendly, also very limited, Otherwise very nice hotel , beautiful open 6 story balcony’s circleing every floor, with two glass windowed elevators. Definitely the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen, more like a high end resort.

My check-in was horrible. Took 45 minutes. They put me in a room that was already occupied. Took the occupied party and me and two staff members 45 minutes to figure it out. Sent me to the fifth floor three times with keys that didn’t work. Finally got to my room after listening to the staff argue About whose fault it was. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed!

Okay stay!

Happy that the room had a lot of space and the bed was pretty comfortable. This appeared to be an older property but maintained. The bar was disappointing as there was not a real bartender so beer or wine was the only option - no mixed cocktails. We order food and it was okay. The burger wasn’t bad, the wrap was okay and it seemed like the pizza may have been delivered from an off site location. If not it was odd that the only pizza was pepperoni.

We didn’t have hot water for our shower for the evening we arrived or or in the morning when we woke up for our showers for our departure…when we complained the staff said she was just was just made aware and just was trying to have it fixed but offered us nothing for our inconveniences and when she wrote down our room number there were at least 20- 25 other rooms on the list and I’m still waiting for your corporate to contact me back about some type of comp or reward points after two times of calling and being pushed around on my call to at least 5 other assistants on the phone, just really poor customer service to say the least! The king size room with the jacuzzi tub needs a full reconstruction. From an old jacuzzi tub, to stains all over the walls, multi-frayed carpet, to finding a hand towel wrapped around either a camera or smoke detector in the bathroom… cannot believe that Holiday Inn would charge its members over $200 a night for this room. Renovations desperately needed; employees were wonderful!
