The ladies behind the counter were very nice, but it's downhill from there. The room was dirty. The floors were filthy, the coffee maker didn't work, and I got locked in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was in disrepair. A person in the room next door had the TV on all night long. At one point I could tell they were watching Matlock. There was a family of 10 living in the room two doors down. This should be a hard pass unless you are okay with diminishing your life expectancy by a week.

Room had mildew in it wife had to buy bleach and clean it...the staff were amazing and very helpful butnthebissue is that i had to pay a deposit and never got it back...called and talked to staff and mo issues with my room and their system. Saysbit was refunded butbi never recieved it called again they said nothing we can do

Horrible Experience

I was not happy with this stay. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. I reserved a king bed and was given two twin beds. The lamps in the room did not work. When I went to turn the shower on the knob fell off. And there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I WIL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Floor was so dirty your feet were black when walking out of the shower to the bed. Checked in on Thursday and finally got clean towels and wash clothes Saturday afternoon after numerous requests. Very loud and noisy. Pool was great-the one highlight. Smell of pot outside everyday

It's an average roadside motel. Nothing fancy, not the cleanest but there wasn't any bugs. It was pretty quiet at night. The pool was clean and functional. It's close to numerous restaurants and a Wal-Mart.

We walked up to our room and there was blood all over the walkway in front of our door. Then the blood spread down the walkway to the pool. It was horrible. We were late, checked in at 5 but the charged my credit card at 3 and when we tried to leave the said they were charging us anyway because there\"cut off time\" was 4. I tried to call for help and the KAREN manager said that I'm lying(my pictures prove it) and the 'maintenance worker was eating and didn't clean up from lunch' which was 5 hours ago!!! I still front have my money back and she promised to give me all BUT IN ONE night and charged me a full night for less than 15 mins.

Do not stay at this hotel unless the only other option you have is sleeping on the street. If you like barking Pitbulls in the next room, shady characters hanging out in the parking lot and roaches running around on the floors and walls. This is the place for you. Expedia, you should be ashamed to have this on your site.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of issues with this motel. The curtains were hanging down off the hooks and no chair to pull over to fix it. I had to use a floor lamp to hold the curtain up to block the window so people couldn't look into the room. The light switch for above the sink was broken so was on at all times. There was an adjoining door between rooms that was ajar and wouldn't close or latch or lock in anyway. There was a big table blocking it, but the door would bang against the table. The television/cable didn't work. The refrigerator was leaking liquid all over the floor. The non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. All my clothes soon smelled like smoke. The floors weren't clean. The beds only had a sheet and blanket with no top bedspread or anything. It was very cold. To my amazement the shower worked and had good pressure. I asked at the desk about security because I had a rental car. They said cameras were covering the parking lot and that the front desk was open 24/7. Many people staying there were long term tenants living weekly or monthly so many people were just hanging around. The location is convenient. I wouldn't stay here again. I had a family emergency and flew in from out of state. It was the only vacancy that I could afford last minute. If you have the time and can research, I suggest pay a bit more and go to another place.

This property was absolutely gross. I was exhausted from traveling and would rather lose out on the $120 pmt than pay for $20k to get rid of the bed bugs I would be bringing home. Not many affordable options in the area but I would honestly rather sleep in my car.

Christmas Vacation 2024

Beds are old with sagging in the middle, room was clean with black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom of room 111. My party was a family of 4 and there were only 2 towels in the roo . Upon requesting more towels i was advised the new owners only allowed 2 per room even tho I paid for 4 people in the room. I rather of slept in my vehicle that in that hotel room. I will.be leaving reviews on Google, Yelp, and other locations thos hotel is posted. Pay extra and get a better hotel.

Would Not Recommend To Anyone

Roaches running across bed, pillow cases with mold on them, cobwebs and what looks to be mold on baseboards, no door handle at all to bathroom, bed frame was broken on front corner with bed leaning that way, terrible service to get an extra towel and washcloth.

The room had mold on the ceiling , the floors havent seen a mop ever , couldnt get hot water at he faucet even though we let the water run for several minutes, the grass infront of our door was loaded with cigarette butts and dog poop . The room had mold, water damage, dirty floors and the surfaces were not cleaned (sticky spots everywhere).
It was incredibly loud above the room and outside at all hours. There was dog poop everywhere around the property.

Roach Motel

The hotel is not anything like in the pictures. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, which was the only redeeming quality. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was grime all along the floor boards. The inside of the door had paint that was peeling and or damaged. Thy vinyl flooring was warping and stained. The inside of the bathroom looked like it had mold or at least water stains. The vanity was previously damaged and the wood leg was reattached, but the damage was still blatantly visible. The backsplash on the vanity was damaged. I even checked for bed bugs due to the condition of the room. The TV also did not work. The staff came up and got it working, but once I turned it off and went to bed, it was not working again in the morning. The curtain over the window was damaged on the upper right corner. The chair in the room was also stained, and there was a tear in the luggage stand. Also the tub spout was not anchored and when I pulled the shower diverted for the shower, it pulled away from the wall. The carpet in the lobby was filthy and heavily stained. I nearly asked for a an immediate refund and check out. I only stayed there one night, because there were no other hotels with rooms due to hurricane Milton. My own power was knocked out due to the storm requiring me to stay in a hotel until restoration due to my need for my CPAP. I cannot believe this is a chain hotel. If I was Rodeway, I would pull the franchise from this place. Worst hotel stay ever!

This place seems to attract long term tenants. During the day there were a few shady people walking around. The second level walkway above our room was party central with babies crying and loud talking until at least 4am. A police car stopped during the night. He was after somebody. Just a creepy and exhausting place to stay.

Didn’t even stay the night. They charged me for a room I felt unsafe in. Roaches. Spiders. Dirty floors. An ppl outside clearly dealing drugs. Pool not filled. Garbage everywhere. Nasty garbage by dumpster. Felt like I could step on a needle at any time. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Had other family reserve there. 3 rooms they charged me for a refused to refund. But it was so bad. I’d rather pay not to stay there.

Front desk girl forgot to give me my license back and I had to turn around and go back to get it. No attempt from her to notify me she had it!!! The room was infested with bugs! The shower was so disgusting .. the faucet almost came off the wall!!! The towels and linens looked dirty. We cancelled the 2nd day to get out of there!!!! I am owed a refund for the 2nd day but I feel we should be refunded for both. We were there for a music festival so we got there at 2am slept and left! Disgusting. The worst hotel imaginable

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my entire 33 years of existence!! There was black mold all over the ceiling and walls not to mention water damage along all the baseboards, the toilets didn’t work or flush, the pool had guests in it until 2am with bright fog lights that don’t shut off so it looked like daytime all night. The a/c was loud and broken so it sounds like it raining and falling apart not to mention there was families of roaches living in the dresser and mini fridge. I tried getting in contact with the general manager for a refund everyday since without any luck or response by so now I’m disputing with my bank. Hands down the worst experience possible. This place needs a health inspection and to be quarantined. Absolutely disgusting not only from a cleaning standpoint but business practice as well.

My husband could not even bring himself to check in to this hotel when he arrived. There was a party going on up on the balcony right outside the room, and a guy sitting outside who lived there, but most unsettling was the wandering group of kids who were casing the parking lot. We were driving cross country and had all our stuff in our vehicle, and we felt pretty sure that we could come out in the morning to our windows broken and all our stuff gone. We left even knowing that we could not get a refund, that is how bad it was.

I am very upset with my stay here. The staff was very friendly and wonderful during check-in. The room was \"surface\" clean. But the absolute worst part is they have roaches.. did not see any during the day. However, when i got up from watching tv at night to use the restroom, i turned on the bathroom light and there were roaches. After going back out to the room i turned on another light and there were more roaches. I had the worst night sleep because i was worried they would crawl on me or my son. I was not expecting a 5-star hotel but i was expecting it to be bug free.

My husband killed 3 cockroaches in the room. There were people hanging around outside of the hotel most of the night, many of them very noisy. The bed was VERY Uncomfortable. There were 3 of us in the room with only 2 towels. When we asked the front desk for 1 more towel, they couldn't provide one because the linen closet was locked and no one had a key, so our son had to use a wet towel after his shower. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but moved to a different hotel after 1 night.

The rooms are very old and dirty. I was shown rooms before hand since they knew none were acceptable. I one I finally chose (the best of the worst) had a broken door knob in the bath, so they switched me to a room with bad (torn, stained curtains.) They claim they are renovating the rooms, but they were all bad. Torn flooring, mold, dust, bedding old, torn with large holes and stained, and they said they had no other bedding to give us. Probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

The hotel is advertised with a pool but the pool was empty and closed...false advertising and i don't appreciate that. Room had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. No cleaning of room or new towels. Sheets as curtains that didn't block the light at night so even with lights out very bright. Good ac. Trash all over outside. Clean comfy bedding.

My Daughter was sting there and she got hurt I was at work and I couldn't pick her up until after I got off. I called there to see if she could stay there until about 5. They said only if I paid for another night. He said it would be 50.00 but they wouldn't take my card so I had to go on line and pay 80.00
I went to pick her up and they wouldn't let her find stay over night even though I paid for a full night and would no give any of my money back.
