The hotel provides no coffee and when asked if they had a coffee pot we could use they explained we would have to pay $40 for a tiny coffee pot ( retail value $10 ) and then it would be ours to keep , this is their policy as they do not have a way to sanitize the pot . Although there is kitchen amenities in the room they provide to utensils , dishes or pots. Very very disappointing !

If you love roaches and absolute filth then you have to stay here!!! I had to sleep with ALL the lights on to keep the roaches halfway at bay!!! Slept in my clothes and took my bag back to my truck just to keep the roaches from getting into it and then carrying them back home. Walked around in my socks on the nasty ass floor and just threw them away the next morning before I left. Every single aspect of this hotel was nasty. All the drains were stopped up and the sink and tub were just as nasty as the floor. I didn’t see any bedbugs, I think the roaches had them all ran off!! Sleep in your car or on the sidewalk before you sleep here!!’

While I appreciate that this is designed for longer-term stays, I must recommend that parents with children - esp. young ones) be kept on lower floors. Approaching 10pm, the banging and scraping on the floor above our room would not cease. I'd asked the desk clerks ONE FAVOR: \"just a quiet night, please\". However, they put us right beneath a noisy couple with a young child. About 10:30pm, I spent 15 minutes on the lobby phone (a dangerous place, after closure) awaiting an administrator to come onto the call. Apparently, in response, a manager told the noisy people to quiet down. However, they only became more noisy, banging on the floor repeatedly, screaming and scraping a chair or other piece of furniture along the floor. Rather than wait another 15 minutes on a call after 11pm, in the fluorescent-lit lobby (open to druggies waiting outdoors), I phoned the police. Investigating, they found a couple and young child, apparently foreigners, who did not care to be considerate to others except when informed that they would be arrested if they continued their noise. This could all have been averted if 1) the hotel had kept tabs on which rooms were noisy and properly placed, respectively, noisy and quiet people; 2) had a desk clerk and a manager ready until midnight or at least 11pm to handle problems; and 3) ensured that any caller on the lobby phone would not have to wait 15 minutes just to get a human on the line.

We went into our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The rug appeared not to have been even vacuumed, the toilet was dirty as was the shower and tub area. It had a strong odor of old urine. We did not stay the night. I want my money refunded.

Made reservation online after 3PM...by 10pm we had killed over 14 roaches...when we awoke at 8 we killed another 12 prior to check out at 11. When checking in there was one couple lodging a complaint and one man in front of me who complained there was a stranger knocking on his door during the night then at that very time the stranger was sitting outside his door. Cobwebs were in several places, microwave hadn't been cleaned and the beds were neither as shown in the pictures nor properly made (they looked like the bedspread had just been thrown over the slept in bed with no other attention given.The bathroom door could not be opened once shut from the outside and there was no soap provided to wash your hands or body. Very glad we only spent one night but it was not worth the $62 nor did I receive a print out or email copy of the chages.

Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here. Also Expedia I need my money back. I got there and after getting to my room with no soap and spiders in the bathtub and sink I had to leave.

I have stayed at many extended stay just had a refrigerator and some type of stove top not really a stove no equipment to cook with not even a glass or a paper cup to drink something out of everything was empty. Why have a kitchen that is totally useless, the mattress was awful, but let’s talk about the cockroaches!!!!!! Totally unacceptable though I can’t understand when you have, 32 apartments on each floor and you have four floors that’s a lot of people! The night person that works until 10. She was great but the no service you don’t even have a coffee pot machine in the rooms all hotels these days have a coffee pot machine.

This is one of the worst places to stay. It was a late day booking for an unexpected overnight stay, unfortunately a HUGE mistake. In spite of it being a non-smoking facility, there was a heavy smoke and pot stench throughout the property. The room was not cleaned well - small dead roaches in the cabinets, urine on the toilet rim, spots on the bed cover, and unclean floor. The bed was more of a roll-away, and definitely not comfortable. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. I'm glad I brought my own pillow and blanket - I did not get under the bed covers. Lesson learned - you don't even get what you pay for any more. Oh, and the clerk appeared to be in her pajamas (I checked in around 6 p.m.).

Started with a strange exp at the front desk. She acted so strange, my 14 yr old son burst out in inappropriate laughter. She propped her palm on her face, pushing up her nose, then handled my CC and paperwork. We both laughed when walking into the room. It was disgusting! I took off my shoes, and my feet immediately became black. Lots of debris on the floor- there is no rug. There was a bug on the toilet and a roach in the tub. The TV didn’t work. We just went to sleep, tried not to think about it and hightailed it as soon as we woke up. I paid for two nights, only stayed one. That’s how bad it was!noisy, uncomfortable, and filthy.

Guests in the lobby speaking a foreign language with visible gun holsters, unfriendly staff and best of all, we got the room and saw at least 10 cockroaches and bugs roaming around. The room clearly had not been cleaned in weeks or months. We took pictures. Hair everywhere, disgusting kitchen and bath. There was a roach freshly smashed on the wall and we smashed a few more. Unbelievably gross. Third-world country experience. How can this lack of hygiene pass any health inspection? No apology from the unfriendly staff. Forced to leave as we were not going to risk catching bed bugs and have roaches crawl over us during the night. Will ask Expedia for refund and file a chargeback if they play hardball. Totally unacceptable!

There is a lot to say about this hotel. I have traveled the world and lived in a third world country for a number of years. This property is just gross.
1. It STINKS. The vestibule, the first floor, elevator, third floor, and room each have a their own unique foul odors.
2. There was unusable, broken furniture in our room.
3. Every place that I saw: first floor, elevator, third floor, and room were filthy. Dirt caked on the floors, sticky spills in the hallways, bits of litter on the floors. We went to a nearby dollar store and Publix to buy a cheap mop, gloves, cleaning vinegar, and disinfectant spray. The vinyl floors had so many layers of dirt that the water wouldn’t come clean. Our bathroom towels had other people’s hair in them.
4. Two German cockroaches in our room.

And yes, I have pictures of it all. I called the corporate office to let them know the poor condition of their property. About two hours later there was a bang on our door with a shout. The employee standing there with a cell phone to her ear just said “I got a complaint.” Did not introduce herself, showed zero interest in providing customer service, smirked when I shared all of the issues listed above in this review and said “You wanna check out?”

No apologies for the state of the room or our discomfort, no just a smirk as if I was being ridiculous. We had evacuated to this hotel due to Hurricane Milton. The eye later passed directly over our house. Every hotel for hours was sold out- we couldn’t leave.

I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the experience my friends and I had at this hotel. We had booked three rooms for ourselves and two other families traveling with us, expecting a smooth and relaxing stay. Instead, what we encountered was nothing short of a nightmare.

To begin with, one of the rooms was not ready at 4:30 PM, which is already an hour and a half past the check-in time. We received a call at 5:30 PM saying the room was finally available, but by then, we were already on an excursion and couldn't return to the hotel. My friend was only able to check in after 10:30 PM—an exhausting end to a long day of travel from Miami.

Upon our arrival, we were horrified to discover that the hotel was infested with roaches. They were everywhere—absolutely everywhere—in the rooms, hallways, even the bedding. The rooms were filthy, with stained linens, broken duvets, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I took pictures and videos of the hotel's disgraceful condition to document this.

The front desk staff, particularly a lady named Patricia, was extremely rude and dismissive when we requested assistance. Not only did she offer no help, but she also made checking out and getting a refund unnecessarily difficult. Two of the families traveling with us were able to book alternative accommodations, but only at a much higher rate, leaving us scrambling for a solution.

Easy check in experience but that was the only time there was someone at the desk. Never saw another worker again for the next two days to ask for more towels for 4 people in our room. Room only had two bath towels and 1 rag, no hand towels for 4 adults. Roaches seen in bathroom. Unclean feeling in room and throughout the whole hotel. Smells like smoke in the halls. This was by far the worse hotel I’ve ever considered staying at!!!!!! Non smoking hotel, yeah right! I was on the second floor and it smelled like cigarettes and weed! I drove my truck around back to the more convenient entry and there were several, not 1 or 2 but several people just laid out watching. I checked in with Patricia who was the farthest from friendly, got my key went upstairs and it just smelled. When I walked in my room, it looked like a prison cot I would be sleeping on. Moving forward, I’m trying to make the best of the stay. I walk in to the bathroom and there was literally urine on the toilet seat and food and god only knows what else on the faucet. Too bad I can’t post pics. I go down stairs to speak with Patricia again and her response was “Ok what do you want me to do? Give you another room?” I did not stay. It was absolutely disgusting! I had to air my truck out once I got to the next hotel because my clothes reeked of smoke smell.

This property used to be a Woodward Suites or something. Extended stay took it over maybe a year or more ago. I stay at Extended Stay A LOT and this was the worst by far. Sorry to say it was like a migrant hotel. Elevator was not working and I was on fourth floor. Stairwell smell like piss. Room was OK but I have not slept in a \"queen bed\" that small since I boinked my girlfriend in college. The \"happy couple\" in the next room had a knock down drag out fight at least until 1am. Thank God I was exhausted and could still sleep.

The room I was booked had roach skeletons in the bed frame my mattress was sitting on, and more on the ground. The bathroom was clean, furniture was reminiscent of used office furniture.
But the noise. I did not sleep more than 10 min at a time. The noise was loud enough to seem like refrigerators were being moved in and out of a room nearby, doors would slam and it would cause my walls and door to move. It was loud enough to be a college dorm on my floor, and the drug scene was serious.

I gave this hotel a great review because I had read the reviews prior and it was bad. However, there were lack of hotels available and prices were high but this one was reasonable. There is a lack of service but I believe it operates with little to no help to keep prices low. It seems newly renovated, full size beds (prefer at least queen), clean and kitchen. I was very satisfied. Fit my needs perfectly. Good for quick stay and business or someone staying longer not seeking vacation immenities.

Get there to check in, crackheads were outside yelling and smoking right in front of the door. Go to check the room out before I bring my family in, as I open the door cigarette ashes that were on the floor go flying, 2 dead cockroaches in the sink, the smell was suffocating to say the least, the bed had hair in the sheets, there was a wet mark on top of the comforter- like somebody had just been in there with a drink on the bed, one bed was made and the bed with the wet mark on it was undone on one side. The smell smelt like somebody had smoked for 50 years inside that room. And to top it off, as I'm walking out to go back to the front desk to get my money back, there was a needle cap on the floor in front of the cabinets. It was horrible. Don't waste your time or money going here, leave it for the crackheads and drug dealers.

There were what appeared to be dried blood stains and other stains on my bedsheets and cover. I asked the staff if it would be possible to have the sheets changed. They said it wasn’t possible since they were out of bedsheets but they gave me a clean fleece blanket instead. Overall cleanliness is really bad.

The walls are very thin. You’ll be able to hear everything from next door to across the hall.

I’ve been to other Extended Stay America and I’ve had good experiences. This one is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Roach infestation

Walked in to room and turned on light cockroach ran everywhere the medium size ones that crawl all over you as they were on and under bed on stove top counters like so visually present my boyfriend did even walk in room! We walked out and left and Best Western took great care of us . Patricia was very sweet and nice who was the reception and manages the place. Out of her control no photo as those bad boys ran and no time to put stuff down or dare to take pictures

Very dirty and stinky. Terrible environment. Went to our room and witnessed a barefoot guy falling in the hallway needing help get up. Stomping all night long. Our rooms shower had a dirty soap bar and dirty microwave with a long hair stuck to the vent. People there walking barefoot to the front desk. All night long there was noise, including drumming early in the morning. The whole hotel smelled and looked disgusting. Do not recommed this hotel if you value safety and comfort.

Staff is nice. But after checking in and going to our room it was very dirty. The bed, pillows and sheets were all stained yellow. Room floor, bathroom floor and bathtub/shower floor were all dirty. Kitchen area not clean at all, there were cigarette ashes in the refrigerator. Trash inside cabinet. Room also smelled like someone was smoking in there. I would say that someone needs to go in there and do an inspection.

You get what you pay for

Very unsafe and dirty. Dank and musty smell, fridge was so dirty outside, bathroom tub was crack and peeling, shower in disrepair, bed noisy, roaches everywhere, front attendants never available, cigarette butts everywhere, noisy and disrespectful occupants/tenants and went to front desk but unavailable, phone not working at our room. Needing towels but front desk close. I feel like its the place for homeless people who needed place. I will never go back there. Disappointed because picture online looks descent but looks can be deceiving. First time visit in Florida was a disappointment.
