It was very nice and upgraded for the price, very quiet and secure. The staff was so helpful with a few issues I had.. I would definitely stay here again. Very pet friendly, clean room. Only complaint is the a/c blows right on you in the bed, in this room..not easy to adjust. I would definitely move it.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We really liked the retro feel we got here. The outdoor area is nice including the pool and brick/stone seating area next to it. The only complaint was the amount of light that comes through the shutters so maybe black out curtains would be helpful or blinds. We do like how well lit it is outside for safety purposes though. We would come back here again and recommend to others!

The level of professionalism was perfect all around. While at the pool, I noticed they have staff walking around to ensure everything is OK, the water was perfect, even had a tester come by while relaxing, room was very clean and the little touches from the sink, art work, quality of linen and pillows, you can tell they truly care about their property and their guest experience.

The breakfast that's included hit the spot and was consistent. You can also tell they used real eggs vs liquid eggs when preparing.

Plenty of carts for bags at every building and a comfy court yard with a fire place open on both sides, creating a nice personal space.

Management and staff housekeeper remains were great even though there was one incident with one staff, but the rest of the staff members maintenance housekeeping were amazing. Management was amazing as well very clean very well kept up. Staff was very informative very helping very welcoming very central of everything staff also recommended things to do around the area things to do as a visitor, etc.. I would highly recommend this hotel and they’re pet friendly as well.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great, but they really need to do something about that girl Dania that works at the front desk, such a bad attitude, you should definitely have someone greeting your customers that has a much better attitude, it sets the mood for the stay. All in all everything else was really good, even the cleaning staff when we were leaving we’re really nice.

Property is clean,staff is friendly. Guests that weekend were horrible. Partying at the pool,loud music wouldn't stop at quiet time. Manager had to call the police to get them in their rooms. Quiet time is 10:00 pm took them till 11:00 pm to break up the party. These were grown adults causing the problem. Very argumentative with the staff.

I dont see how this property has such a high rating. The room was clean, bed comfortable.
The exterior of the motel and grounds need attention. There was a creepy guy in the doorway of a room on the 1st floor smoking a cigarette and by the number of butts on the ground, he's been there awhile.
The elevator was filthy. Don't get me started on the street racing at all hours of the night. The owner of this hotel needs to have a talk with the local police dept.

They have really went above and beyond. And the remodeling and amenities to this hotel, it is a (sleeper) you would never know from the curbside view, but they have really stepped up their game super. Clean, super nice we will definitely stay there again. Normally we stay with IHG OR HILTON but this is our new hotel for sure. When we come to Ocala

Room was spacious and clean. Really liked the equine decor. Beds were comfortable, room temperature was comfortable. Location was quiet. The one big negative, however, was the lack of hot water in our shower. We let the water run a long time, but it never got hot. Water in the sink was hot, but not in the shower. Made for a very unpleasant experience. When I told the agent upon our checkout, all he said was that no one else had reported an issue. He didn't really seem to care.

The room was nice and smelled clean. There were no curtains, just shutters, that let in the light from the court yard pool area. That all was ok, not a deal breaker, the problem stemmed from the birthday pool party with 20 plus kids. Really loud all day. At least the quiet hours were respected. This really would have been bad if I worked nights and needed to sleep during the day.

My mom asked her for orange juice and waffles mix due both was empty and her answer was: go and look there! Like lady, if she asking is bc is empty!!! But no a big deal another person from the kitchen help her.

This is a hidden gem I’m not sure if there’s any more of it in some other places but my assumption was oh well I’ll see what it’s like when I get there I based that on me never heard of it before. But when we get there I was amazed to see how nice it looked staff was friendly the rooms were very spacious the convenience of you being close to everything breakfast was ok I also like the fact that they paid attention to others well being now I’m not sure if it’s for the staffs or the customers, but they showed cares I wouldn’t mind booking another night it was amazing and quiet. I was very impressed to say the least

Hi, I stayed on May 29th, for one night,
The room was clean, but we found Roaches by the bathroom area, they should do something for that. Stairs and elevator very dirty, carpets from outside on the hallway dirty. They can do better.
Breakfast was served by JENNY, She was great, helpful keeping the area with great maintenance and hygienic. Check out lady was kind and courteous.

The AC in the room did not work. The ice maker on the 3 rd floor did not work. Judging from the out of order sign on it. It has been down for a long time. They put me in a room next to a guy who had 2 big dogs with him. They barked at any sound all night long. Breakfast was just waffles and cold hard boiled eggs dry cereal.
Checked in at 11:00 and did not want to change rooms.

The place was nice on site but the management and their policies suck! I booked an extra night and then cancelled it but apparently there was a double booking i made - why expedia allows that I don't know or flags it. It went to a wrong email and I didn't know about the other booking. I didn't stay there and got charged. When I talked to expedia and front desk they said it happens and if expedia calls (which they did call the hotel manager) and says to reverse the charge they most likely will. So Expedia called and the manager would not reverse the charge knowing what had happened. They saw the double booking in error including the one cancelled so it would have been logical.... expecially after expedia called. Cheapskates and will not go there again or recommned them.

Four the last 3 years we have really enjoyed our stay and never had anything but great service, clean rooms and wonderful times. This year was terrible! Is this inn under new management? The staff seemed bothered that they had to talk to customers.Breakfast food was terrible. french toast stick not cooked, sausage was terrible. The toilet broke in the room, maintenance did show up and fix it in a timely manor. We killed 2 palmetto bugs and ants in the room. In past years we really enjoyed the pool, especially in the evening. This year the kids and i went to use the pool and were told it closes at 7:30. that's crazy. The best time to use the pool is in the evening! plus you had a light just hanging out in the pool. This was one of the worst vacation experiences we have ever had. We ended up leaving early because of how bad it was, and the clerk at the desk never even asked why or inquired about our stay. She could careless!

Room was clean but the pool was absolutely disgusting bugs all in it wasn’t ever cleaned when I was there for 2 1/2 days some of the ice machines were out of order and the parking lot was over crowded at night more cars in the parking lot then people in the hotel rooms, lots of cigarette smokers on the property cigarettes all over the grounds. Beds were extremely hard woke up with back pain pillows were really flat. It’s definitely an old hotel that they tried to renovate. I personally wouldn’t book here again. I was told over a phone call that it was a $50 holding fee when booking but it turned into it being $150 in person when I spoke to a front desk worker. The room lighting was so dull also had different colored light bulbs all over the room. The part where you tap your key at to get in the room was also broken. It was working, but the cover piece was completely broken. Just looks trashy to spend that much and deal with all this. Just not worth what i spent to stay here at all the price doesn’t match the motel.

If your looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable and cute place to stay... this is a great choice. It certainly was enjoyable for our 5 night stay. Close to restaurants, WEC, shopping and not too far for Silver Springs. Breakfast is included but is very limited and basic, but served its purpose. Would definitely stay again.

Property is well maintained and was surprisingly better on the inside than what shows on the outside. Driving by, my kids said \"sketchy\" but once we were settled, everyone was comfortable. Pool was clean and furniture was cushy & nice aside from one ripped cushion. Grounds were clean, room was fine, sleep was fine, breakfast was very bread standard but also fine. Nothing exceptional except we did stay in the Jr spa suite so we paid for the exceptional shower. The room was made up like lovers lane. It was a nice surprise. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
