Nice place. Friendly staff and very nice room! Got the suite so both kids had a bed and didn’t hear a single complaint about the pull out bed!
Joe
Everything is good.
Robert
He had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent.
Dan
They have EV chargers on site

There were obviously a lot of minors in the building. The staff did NOT account for local activities in the area or the number of teens signed up to stay. There is a form when you reserve a room that asks how many people and how many minors will be in the room. The hotel ran out of food at least two hours prior to the kitchen closing. As a paying customer I did not allow time nor was I expecting to purchase food elsewhere when breakfast was included in the price of the room. I was not compensated or reimbursed for this inconvenience.
Michelle
We were there for 4 nights and everyone was friendly and everything was clean!

We had a great stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed most of our experience.
The only disappointing part was the pool and hot tub area. The air in that area was so strong that it burned our eyes and caused our kids to cough. We noticed other families come in and leave within a few minutes because it was difficult to sit in the area. We did let the front desk know, and they mentioned it was normal for busy nights, but we have stayed at many busy hotels and have never experienced anything like this before.
Aside from the pool area, everything else about our stay was great. We would consider staying here again, but we hope the pool area issue gets looked into for future guests.

Clean property in a safe area with a lovely gift shop and plenty of parking. Unfortunately, breakfast had limited options for those with dietary restrictions/health-conscious. There were non-dairy alternatives, no honey for the coffee/tea station, oatmeal was instant, and the only fruit was apples. The gym was clean, but very small compared to other IHG hotels.
Nancy
Would like non- dairy creamer available but everything else was very good.
Bo
Friendly staff, clean rooms, and easy check in and out.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when visiting Eastern WA University events. It’s very close and convenient to the school. I have always had a good experience and the staff is nice and always has been helpful. The rooms have always been clean. The dining area for the breakfast is spacious and inviting. One of my favorite amenities is around the clock coffee. I recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay... Location is super convenient to anything you might need... Hotel is newer, well kept, nice and clean... Great free breakfast... Pool and hot tub are nice enough... Our room was big and comfortable, two beds and a pull out sofa, two TVs... Overall very satisfied, would stay again and recommend to others...

Room was clean, though they do not do daily service of the room like make beds. All supplies like soap and toilet were restocked. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the best. Parking excellent and safe, very nice Safeway, Froyo, Subway across the street and gym very clean. Morning breakfast which is include was well attended to and delicious, though I wish they also served bacon in addition to breakfast sausages.

Brigitta
Excellent breakfast, staff was friendly, pool needs some work but looked clean, short staffed so rooms were not cleaned for my 4 night stay. Should have given a discount, after all I paid for it.
Ed
Checked in on Thursday, room didn’t get cleaned until Monday. Recieved text message stating they were short staffed and the room would only be cleaned if requested. Went to desk and requested cleaning. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and finally it was cleaned.

Yuka
The staff were all nice and friendly
Dawna
Room etc were great. However, went down to breakfast, well before service ended, and they were out of nearly everything! Guess they didn’t take into account the appetites of all the newly arrived college students! 😆 We waited for more to be put out but it arrived as one sausage here, one thing there. So we left and went to eat elsewhere. All in all, our stay was fine.
Nicki
We stayed 2 nights. Quiet and good food for breakfast only complaint is that beds were too hard and did not sleep good
