Stayed one night during work trip. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was surprisingly spacious. Valet parking was easy. Close/walking distance to Riverfront park, shopping, coffee, and restaurants. I asked to have a late checkout (of 1 hr) to finish some work but they could not accommodate so I finished work in the lobby.

The front desk staff really bent over backwards for me. It held my reservation for me until 4am due to my train arriving late in Spokane. Staff also expedited my very-early checkout to catch my midnight train departure two nights later. Job well done!

Breakfast was excellent. The omelet was especially good. Coffee was good and my cup was always kept full. And the prices were competitive with off-property restaurants!

The bar, room and maid service were fine as well. Provision of foam ear plugs was a nice touch. I used them, and slept well despite Spokane's street and train noise. My room was comfortable, and everything worked the way it was supposed to.

I had such an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. Our room was perfect size for us, super comfortable and cozy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. They also offer valet parking, which was such a nice and convenient touch. I loved that they have a restaurant right there, and the whole setup of the hotel is just so cute and thoughtfully designed.

Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a great and actually an affordable stay during the Christmas season. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean, modern, and felt quite new. Overall, it was a really great experience for our family and cocker spaniel, who was lovingly spoiled from the staff.
One thing to be aware of is that the parking around the hotel felt a bit sketchy and was not ideal to overnight park. Because of that, we decided to use the valet service, which was absolutely worth the money and made us feel much more comfortable. Super pleasant and memorable stay.
We would definitely recommend staying here and will return again!

Place was clean but bed was not comfortable and doors were slamming in the hallway at 2am. No parking on site too.

The experience at Hotel Indigo in downtown Spokane, WA from check in to check out was excellent! The room was ready early and felt like a vintage, cozy cottage, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel with friendly staff. I really like the way Spokane is revitalizing the downtown area, and the Hotel Indigo is part of this. It occupies an older building that has been completely modernized. The hotel is clean, safe, quiet, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, Riverfront Park and other entertainment venues. I love going to Spokane and catching a show with my wife at The Bing Crosby Theater, \"The Bing.\" The Hotel Indigo is only three blocks from the theater making a perfect place to stay if you want to catch a show and need a place to stay. I definitely will be returning to this hotel.

It’s a great hotel. Wish there’s wasn’t as much homeless and a weed shop underneath but aside from that. Really outstanding hotel and staff

I can’t say it was unsafe area because we were only there 1 night and don’t know much about Spokane. But we chose to do $30 valet parking (plus $10 tip) due to the transient environment around hotel. Wish the room had a fridge since we were traveling 3 weeks with our snacks / lunch food for hiking.

I would stay here again hands down. Bed was very comfortable, good sized room, very clean. Bathroom was great. My only complaint was the lack of street parking, especially for a large truck. But I loved this hotel.

This place has a ton of historical charm. It was well done, and our rooms were comfortable.
Unfortunately, there are no doors for the bathroom. In place of a door, they had a sliding piece of wood. Zero privacy or sound control. There was also no fan in the bathroom.
On top of that, the electricity in our room went out 3 times before they finally moved us to another room. That room also had no door on the bathroom. The front desk was kind and helpful, but the lack of doors and electricity left us feeling disappointed.

I walked my dog one block up and one block down - passed transients sitting on the sidewalk or walking unsteadily, appearing stoned/drunk. I felt a little nervous as a woman staying alone in a city I didn't know. The other issue is, lack of parking unless I chose valet parking. The room itself was fine - clean and spacious. The front desk person was very courteous and helpful.

Hotel Indigo

The staff was great and the room was very nice and clean. It’s an older building with a maze-like layout. The parking situation was tricky. The loading zone was full so I had to circle the block several times waiting for a spot in the loading zone to open up. The only free parking is on the street at night and the neighborhood is rough at night.
