Chelsea (front desk staff) was so very helpful and patient!! It was a quiet and pleasant stay.

Unique in that they order you an uber instead of having their own airport shuttle, but they pay for it so it's as though they have their own shuttle.

Highly recommend!

Hotel was great, staff was very friendly. The only drawback was no continental breakfast. There is full breakfast available at the restaurant but we needed more of a grab and go option.

This hotel must be practically new, it was immaculately clean. Easy check in and out experience. We ate at the restaurant on site, decent food for decent prices. Our server was wonderful. Food service was quick. The bedding and pillows are excellent. 8 min drive to airport.

Good clean room with space to spread out and TV with channels and a working space. Love the shower. Restaurant downstairs had good breakfast (not included, made to order) and drinks late afternoon. Dinner was great as well. Market had good options for frozen or precooked food and noodles. A little distant from everything in town though, including restaurants.

No microwave. Room is very small and tight. Bad orientation of the bed and tv. Heavy door in front of refrigerator that you have to move to open refrigerator.
No balcony. Sofa in front of window so can't reach window coverings.
Nice shower.
No pool or hot tub.

For the price it was great but no breakfast. Easy parking. Close to airport. Had no trouble sleeping. Hardly any noise. Couldn’t get refrigerator to work or coffee maker. Very limited lights. The person at front desk wasn’t very personable. Overall we would stay here again.

Arrive with several suitcases and bags to carry in, but no luggage cart available. There needs to be a sign on carts requesting user to return carts once done using. Or have them checked out so front desk knows who has it and get it returned.
Restaurant ran out of food I was hoping to eat when we arrived around 8:30pm. I requested a meal and was told they were out, then made another selection and was told that was out too. Settled on a salad.
Front desk was nice when arrived and same for other one when we departed.

We enjoyed our stay in this very well maintained property. The staff was helpful, the lobby restaurant good and bed comfortable. Our only critique is the strange arrangement of our king room. The bed faced the window and couch with its high back making a strange wall in the center of the room. The wall served to divide the room in half serving as the back of a desk/work area which was quite dark. The bed faced a couch that was under the window leaving about 1 foot to walk around to the other side of the large bed which was sitting on a wood pedestal with sharp corners easily tripped over. The TV was on a side wall making watching from the bed or couch a strain. The couch was miserably uncomfortable with a low back and low arm rests. I think for one person it would be OK but for more than one person or a family not so much.

The room and check in staff was excellent. We were just disappointing in the breakfast. The coffee served at the restaurant was like flavored water. Almost like tea. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive even though there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. We got the eggs Benedict with brisket and the meat tasted weird. Not spoiled weird but just a weird flavor that didn’t taste like brisket.

This brand new hotel has nice beds, good pillows and quiet rooms. Excellent shower. No pool, but does have a nice gym with Peloton bikes.
Very far away from any restaurants and activities, though. Nothing around aside from the airport. They have a free airport shuttle which we ended up not needing but that is convenient element and really the main reason to stay here.

The room was great - clean and spacious. The bed, pillows and water pressure were terrific. My only negative comment about this hotel is regarding breakfast. They were understaffed, and the people they did have seemed confused as to what the routine entailed, as if possibly undergoing a change in policy. However, even given our long wait for food and confusion on our order, I would still stay here again because the hotel is very nice.

Room was all gray. Very depressing. It was very small. Lighting was too low. Could not read by the lighting in the room. No microwave. Said they had shuttle service, but they had no shuttle. They called Uber. Staff was great! When we arrived on a Friday afternoon, there was only one person on duty. The line got very long. There was no one to help with luggage. Even with the stress of long lines, the attendant at the desk was cheerful and pleasant.

I paid for the brrakfast package, but the breakfast was sad. It only included grab and go items like cereal, bagels, and fruit. No eggs or anything hot. I like some fruit and protein in the morning, but had to go elsewhere to get any protein. Furthermore, the coffee was very watered down. The room was nice, but if you're looking forward to a place where you can eat in the morning and go. This is not the place for that.

I enjoyed my stay! The hotel was really nice on the inside and out. I felt safe walking around the building. I do wish there were more amenities for a longer stay, such as a free breakfast. Other than that, for a short stay, it serves its purpose. The hotel was very affordable, and their bedding was super comfortable! The hotel was about a 10-20 minute drive from downtown Spokane and the airport, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely come here again!
