We did not stay here - when we arrived they did not have the room we reserved. They only had one room left, without air conditioning. The room we reserved had air conditioning. We had to leave and go to another hotel.
I’m very surprised and disappointed that you don’t know this. You mean to tell me that the hotel has not yet contacted you about this?

Very convenient location right across from the airport. We loved that we could walk to the airport in just a minute or two, even with two young kids. The hotel was clean, and the gym was convenient, well-maintained, and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent—one of the best we had during our entire trip. They offered a great variety of items, including muffins, scones, and other breakfast options, all of which were fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

If you are flying into or out of Spokane International Airport and you enjoy a clean, modern, convenient hotel at a good price, then Springhill Suites by Marriot is your best bet. We enjoyed the clean room, comfortable beds, great shower and, of course, a great complimentary breakfast. The rooms are well-appointed for business travelers, but we enjoyed the room as a family on a cross-country vacation. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to return our rental car and also check-in at the terminal for our next flight out of Spokane since it is only a short walking distance to both. We were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend it to other travelers.

They updated their computer system the week before, and still hasn't worked out the kinks. The lobby was full of people trying to check in, or get rooms, but everything had to be done online and the two desk workers were overwhelmed. I'd avoid this hotel for awhile, it took hours to get checked in, the parking wasn't explained until after id already paid to park twice as well. The breakfast was wet eggs. Worst Bonvoy stay I've ever had from start to finish.

Over all the property was nice. There were a few minor things like the luggage car wheel being loose and the elevator being slow but other than that it was nice. Very close to the airport. In fact I walked over to the airport in the morning to get an airport luggage cart and back in under 5 minutes. Very close.

This was an over the top customer service experience. A heart felt thank you to Eldrick the assistant general manager and the general manager ( so sorry I forgot her name). I had an issue on my 1st night stay and they went over and beyond what I ever expected. I received a email and phone regarding my experience. I was shocked to be actually heard. Eldrick listened and was so caring. When I returned from my vacation, I again stayed with them. Ok, this is when I knew I will be a Marriott customer for life. Got in at 2:30am ( delayed ) tried I open my room ( thought I was in the wrong room) to the lights on, a handwritten card and more snacks then you could imagine. Even ice cream in the fridge! Next morning I just wanted to thank the GM. When she came out she was so sweet. Gave me a big hug and thanked me…SHE THANKED ME. When I tell you I was so impressed, that is an understatement. I honestly cried. Marriott took customer service to a whole new level!!! You did great Marriott and your GM and Assistant GM… chefs kiss! Thank you from the very bottom of my heart. Guest for life … and I mean it!

I stay with you every time I fly and I was so disappointed this time. Girl at the front seemed like she did not want to give me the 4th floor. I had requested when I made the reservation. Then the bartender was SO rude. Had his head down on the bar and told me he was ready to snap. When I asked if I could order food he was extremely rude, just stared at me. When I asked if I could place the order there he said where else do you think you’re gonna place it. Just the rudest person I have ever dealt with at your establishment. Just disappointing because I really like your hotel. I brag and recommend you all the time for my guests. Not a good look Marriott. Please do better. I paid $245 and felt like I was bugging your staff.

I have stayed here multiple times before and/or after an early/late flight. Service has always been great. Ron has assisted us on multiple occasions. He has always been helpful & pleasant. He went above & beyond this time, finding giant Ziploc bags, filling them with ice and assuring me he would help with any other needs while he was on shift throughout the night, no matter the time to help with an injury that occurred just before check in. Thank you for providing calm & reassurance during a stressful time!

Huge, clean, comfortable room. I was able to return my rental car a day early, and walk directly across the street to catch my unbelievably early flight. Laundry machines on site was also a huge bonus as I much prefer flying back from trips with clean laundry whenever possible. Only issue at all was the curtains in my room wouldn’t close, which was a little unnerving as I had a direct view (two floors up) onto the main airport terminal enter/ exit. I like people watching, but I prefer to not be the people being watched ha!

I would have scored a 5, but the shower was lukewarm (at best). It's hard to understand why Springhill Suites would do this. Although very convenient at the airport, will not stay again.
