Good breakfast
Brady
Staff great! Very little in the way of noise barrier with the other room. We could basically hear all of their conversations which meant they could hear ours. No good. Won’t do a room with a connecting door ever again.
Joanne
Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room and entire building and grounds were very, very clean! The air conditioner was quiet and in good working condition. Very nice hotel!
Coreen
Have stayed there 3 times now and will continue to stay there when I go to spokane
Tiffany
Everything was good
Gary
Room was clean, breakfast was good and it was a very busy weekend with Hoopfest happening.
Kathy
Room smelled like an ashtray. Towels were nearly threadbare. Lots of noise from surrounding rooms - including a dog barking, whining and howling for 30 plus minutes.
Due to the hotel being booked full for hoopfest, the room I chose was apparently not available and I was given a handicap room. The \"closet\" a single rod to hang clothes from and was less than 5 ft off the floor so I couldn't hang a dress. There were so many grab bars and a fold up seat in the shower which made it awkward to shower without banging into something. This property just stood out as one of the least favorite hotel stays I've had.

The TV was not working in this unit. I contacted the front desk. She acted like I didn’t know how to operate a TV and I left in the TV still was not working.
Dannise
Great Family place to stay.
Roy
Great experience!
Lawrence
Great breakfast and service.
Nick
Breakfast was among the cheapest and worst I've had at a hotel. The hallways smelled musty, smoky, and dirty. Our room had an overwhelming chemical smell to mask the mustiness. Our bathroom sink wouldn't drain, and after calling for maintenance, they never showed up to fix it. We won't be staying here again.
Jana
The stay was ok. Elevator down. Walked stairs for 2 days. I walk with a cane. Was hard to do. They finally got a room closer to the front door no elevator not needed thank goodness. Will be back on June 30th. Hope to have a good room
Teresa
Great

Check in was a breeze, definitely one of the best places I've stayed and I come to Spokane often. Would definitely stay here again future stays. The 24 hour pool access was also our favorite
Fahlene
Comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast.
Samantha
Staff were amazing! The room was clean and the pool was nice for the kids. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone.
Traci
Clean room, kind and helpful staff, breakfast was good, had all the amenities I expect in a hotel and felt safe. Enough lighting, able to close the curtains. Can't say enough good things. Would stay again.
Timothy

Very friendly front desk. Clean nice hotel. Close to food and amenities.
Charles
Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful in curing a reservation I had.
Liz
I loved returning to my spotlessly clean room and oh-so comfy bed after a busy stay. I had to adjust my reservation while I was there and staff couldn't have been more helpful.
William
Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are super clean! Free cookies in the evening! Pool open 24 hours! Fantastic Hotel!
Anita
It was a nice stay
Kamarin
Easy in and out process.
Karen
Stayed here after a procedure at a nearby hospital that instructed me to not drive a vehicle for 24hrs after. The 12 noon checkout time worked well.
Ashlie
Clean, well stocked rooms, service was good, kids enjoyed 24 hr pool.
Sharon
Room was clean and everything was working as it should. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast had a pretty good selection with biscuits and gravy, seasoned potatoes, eggs and a protein (sausage), waffles, bagels and cream cheese, cereals, juices, and yogurt. Plenty of free parking and right next to a Walgreens for convenience.

Room was really clean, breakfast was good. It’s in the perfect location for my work travel. The pool being open 24 hours is a win as well.

Gregory

JoAnn
The staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast was very good. And breakfast was until 10 am which is really nice.
Susan
Friendly staff. Was able to check in early. Breakfast better than most. Pillows not very comfortable but bed was great and room clean

A disappointing stay.
My friend is disabled and we requested an accessible room.
Despite the accessible bathroom, the bed was so high, my friend could not get up onto her bed. It was so high. The mattress and box spring were very thick and the frame they rested on was about 10\" off the floor.
The staff offered a step stool which she could not use. The only other solution was for her to sleep on a small rollaway cot with a soft 4\" mattress. I also was unable to find a brake on the wheels of the cot.. My friend had a very uncomfortable night.
This was an unacceptable situation.

The check in staff was friendly and engaging, room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was above par! The breakfast staff was also very courteous and friendly. Very enjoyable stay.
Mackenzie
Would have been nice if we could use the hot tub and of pool would have been little warmer to make more enjoyable to use. Elevator did not sound good when going up with more than 2 people in it loud sound
Stephanie
Great breakfast. Clean rooms.
Lyne M.
Very nice breakfast items, bright sunny room with plenty of tables and chairs! It is noisy at night because of traffic so you can’t open your window. Beds are comfortable!
Kristina
We had a blast! It was convenient to the concert we attended and it was great to have a good breakfast and spend time in the pool and hot tub the next day. Thank you for making our get away be comfortable and thank you to the always friendly staff!
Sadie
Everything was great the only thing I was bummed about was no bacon or sausage for breakfast BUT we did leave at 6:30 am so it is possible it had not been brought out yet. Really loved the 24 hr pool and hot tub so I didn’t have to cut family time short just to enjoy the pool/spa.
Stephanie
Clean rooms, great breakfast.

Great place, good staff, good breakfast, very clean and pool is open 24 hours
Sarah
Breakfast was the highlight, would stay again just for that.

The property was under construction. Kind of lame. Our volleyball “tournament” set this location up as an option. I guess I need to call ahead and find out what construction and outages there are before booking. The room was very remodeled and refreshed, except the furniture. The toilet is too close to the wall and there was no hot water Tuesday march 31st before we left, which is odd, few were staying there.
Whole pool area was re-tiled. Nice. Cookies at night are a nice touch. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast was great. Refrigerated (very hard butter) was not.
They did a good job of containing the co traction mess. Really good.

Our room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly.
Kimberly
The manager gave us the wrong room and would do nothing to make it right. So we were charged twice the rate for a single king bed. It’s ridiculous.
Christie
always great
Kathy
Great place. Rooms are large.
Juana
Appliances were super noisy all night.
Shelley
Decent place, loud children running the halls at midnight 😞
Karen
Nothing other than the staff was acceptable. The electricity went out just 8 hours into our 2 day stay and was not restored when we finally moved to another hotel after waiting over 14 hours for electrical reatoration. None of this was the fault of hotel staff, however was very stressful for my and my husband. My husband had had surgery early that morning and was to rest there until the next morning. It became an untenable situation and we moved to another hotel, which was very difficult. The staff has worked with Expedia to issue a refund for one of the two days, for which we are very grateful. My suggestion would be a back up generator that would allow the entire hotel to have electical service during an outage.
Rachel
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean but it took over 5 minutes to get warm water for a shower and it never got hot, just warm enough to tolerate. The hotel is under construction and our room was right under the garbage shoot, which was loud and a bit unsafe during the wind storm. Debis was hitting the side if the building and the window in our room. The staff was quick to investigate and offered us a different room. Our last night the facility lost power and we ended up leaving at 0300. Our stay was nice the first day but ended on a bad note.
Kent
Room for improvement on cleanliness, hard beds, lumpy and hard pillows, and the room had a mildew smell to it. We stayed at the North end of hotel, and experienced \"shady characters\" at night taking used tires out of the dumpster next to Northwest Tire, and more \"shady characters\" creeping around in the same area using the dumpster area as a toilet. This was all on the hotel parking property, and should probably be looked into. To finalize our 3 night stay, the high winds blew a tree over that landed on the power lines. This knocked out the power for most of the night and through the early morning, so we checked out earlier than anticipated, since our room was too dark to safely navigate. The staff were all really good, and should not be held accountable for our over overall experience.
Holly
The staff are continually friendly. I have to stay often when I work. The rooms are clean. They have been making upgrades that make the hotel feel newer and cleaner. I feel safe staying there.
Mary
The shower was only slightly warm...
Torey
Room was clean and smelled nice. Pool area had a very strong chlorine smell, stronger that what I would consider normal for a pool. The hot tub literally burned your eyes and throat due to the overwhelming chlorine.
Karen

Room was a dog friendly room. Wasn’t entirely spotless but we love staying here because they are pet friendly, have a 24 hour pool and an area we can have a get together and play cards and let the kids play while the adults hang out.

Our stay at Quality was great. Friendly staff, we were given a remodeled room. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the Inn is under renovation and our bathroom sink was slow to drain due to the renovation. Other than that, we love staying at Quality Inn.

Jeri
Friendly staff, clean room we had a great stay
Roger
The staff was great. The problem was with the reservation itself. The reservation should have been for 2 people and 1 night. However, it was changed to 2 night and 1 person. The hotel staff said they were ok with a change, but it had to be done through the reservation site. The site told me the hotel would not allow the change, even though they told me otherwise.
Chad
Great service!
Glenn
The room was filthy and they made excuses about it. Tried to ask for a refund due to that and having to leave, didn’t even stay the night but they refused.
Wendy
It was a very loud hotel. The fridge, the heater, and I don't know what else in the room was humming. I'm a light sleeper, so I did not sleep well while I was here.
When we asked for two towels and for housekeeping to take out the trash, they didn't take out the trash or give us more towels, they just left two rolls of toilet paper on the bathroom counter.
The breakfast was minimal and not very good - although the waffles were enjoyable.
The staff at the front desk was super nice and professional, though!

When I was online making the reservation for Quality Inn. The first time I completed the reservation, Expedia's web site told me the it could find no record of the reservation so I redid it. Then ultimately I got billed twice. I got a partial refund for the extra reservation but I have not received it to date. Everything else was great.
Adrianna
My new go-to hotel for when I come to Spokane. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable. Staff were wonderful and check in was the most seamless I have ever encountered. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Looking forward to our next visit.
