We booked 5 rooms and the AC was not working in 4 of them. One of the rooms also smelt so terrible we had to move to a different one even though we booked all non smoking rooms. Only one room had a pleasant stay with clean bedding and working AC.
Also “breakfast included” is a stretch. They had a coffee pot and some instant oatmeal.
The front desk staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable.

Honestly the stay was pretty OK for a budget hotel, with the single exception that the room we had was craaazy humid and stale. Smelled like being in a meat locker, and had no real air circulation in the room aside from opening the window. Probably wouldn't stay here again, and would spend the extra money to stay in a different hotel. Its been awhile since I stayed in a super 8, but I remembered Super 8's being alot better.

Do not recommend if the pool or breakfast have any say in your stay. If you don't care about those, then this place is fine. Breakfast was frozen waffles (taste terrible), old oatmeal packets, stale breads, and burnt coffee with no creamer. Pool wasn't even on site.

Stayed for 3 nights with our 3 children while we went to Silverwood Theme Park. About a 40 min drive but, the affordability was worth it. The pool is located in another building but, that was ok. The shower leaked very badly so had to ask for more towels as everything was wet. No closets so limited storage when we needed to hang up wet items from the theme park. Breakfast was not good so we skipped it after the first day. Oatmeal, bananas, oranges, microwave waffles, struddles, breakfast burritos, packed muffins, and hard boiled eggs.

If you need just need a place to sleep with kids, it is great. The bunkbeds fit our 3 kids, 16, 11 and 8.

The room was ok just the floor when water from my soda can dripped on the floor when I wipe it up the cloth was filthy but the floor looked clean. As far as the staff they were very polite and did the best they could when the vending machine ate my money I guess they managed to get it back for me when I went to pick it up at front desk they couldn't find it so I told them to just add it to the tip I left in the room for the ladies that clean it. When my toilet plugged they didn't have an emergency number to call so they gave .e a plunger to unplug it myself which I thought was tacky that's what I have to do at my job That I was trying to get away from while on vacation but I don't blame the staff I think it's up to their supervisor to make sure they know what to do when emergencies arise. The young lady that just started only been there for three days was embarrassed and I told she shouldn't be she kept apologizing and I let here know it's not her fault I blame the manager or supervisor it's their job to make sure the staff have what they need to do their jobs.

You get what you pay for. Reminder this is a budget hotel. However, despite other reviews, staff were really helpful. They answered questions and made sure everyone was satisfied. I will say the hotel was fairly nice for the price. Floors could really use a deep clean, as we had to wear shoes everywhere in our room due to the floors making our feet turn black. The bathroom was clean, but they have painted the tub so the paint would chip when you took a shower. The pool is next door at the neighbor hotel, but was incredibly nice, not difficult to go to at all. There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was included, however very limited selection. This hotel worked great for what we needed and was budget friendly. Again, staff was very professional and attentive to needs.

There was one front staff lady that was rude and odd. We ordered food and instead of handing it over when it was dropped off she held onto it while sniffing the bag several ti.es and talking to to another staff member. My daughter had to reach over and take it from her.
There was hair on the flood and one bed slanted in the middle due to a broken bottom. The extra door lock was also broken off.

Trash was literally overflowing from the trash cans at the doorways to the entrances. Trash on top of trash on top of trash. Hotel clerk who checked us in was not friendly and seemed inconvenienced. The water for the shower was lukewarm and the bath towels had holes in them. There was a gross stain on the upholstered chair in our room and the bed was like sleeping on cinder blocks. Coffee at the continental breakfast was burnt. This place shows an overall lack of care from the inside out. Would not stay in this gross hotel again.

This place was perfect for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere. Of particular note, at first we thought their continental breakfast was terrible because they didn’t have the typical scrambled eggs, bacon, bread options. But…it actually wasn’t bad. They provided quick breakfast items that you might give your kids on a rushed school morning: toaster waffles, microwave breakfast burritos, Quaker Oats one minute flavored microwaveable oatmeal packages, toaster apple strudels, and a bunch of other things. You just have to know there is a fridge full of stuff for you to make for yourself. We rather enjoyed the unique continental brekkies.

I only found 1 spot, which was a walk for an old lady with luggage, but it was packed. The gift booking backfired in our faces. We all thought the reservation was confirmed til I got there and found out it wasn't. That needs to be explained to people! I was so tired, had a hard time finding it, then to be told I didn't have a room after all was cruel. I had to call the friends who'd put their card on it for me to tell them what happened. He had to go back in and redo it late at night. Not good business.

The parking was good- good location with lots of places real close by. However the noise we had the whole time from the neighbors top to bottom was so loud like they was in the same room as us. The bed was old as the whole side was lopsided :/ it was not a horrible stay but I won’t stay again.
Also when booking it did not say that the pool was ACROSS the lot in the other hotel and you have to go to the desk there and get a key from them to enter it.

After waiting 15 minutes for the previous couple to check in due to the credit card machine not working, the incompetent desk clerk advised me that she could not give me the room I reserved and paid for in advance because the computer said I stole 2 pillows on a visit in 2015.
I have never stayed in this hotel prior to 2022, but she insisted the computer has flagged me for stealing.
I explained that I stayed there six days earlier, but got nowhere with this person.

The room is clean, there were some popcorn kernels under the bed, but no big deal on that. It would be nice when they say they have a pool that is not a “shared with the neighboring hotel pool” when there are little kids involved. I would stay here again.

Even though I gave information if the travelers with me they asked me at check in and required my roommates ID. They also required a pet fee after the fact which they refused to take cash for and refused to check me in unless I have them a card to charge to which they could not process with their machine and had to manually enter. Even though it showed completed I then was forced to wait while someone else came to verify on their end that it had give through. It was late and it seemed like every possible way to make the check in process more difficult and inconvenient was employed to which the desk clerk just quoted policy and inability to work around it.
