The room was nice. The room for the breakfast was quite crowded and hard to get around there. The breakfast was good though.
Jennifer
There was nothing I didn’t like. The hotel is older but charming, clean and had a wonderful atmosphere all around. The peanut butter pie is a must try. I will be back.
Febin
Property was well maintained with clean spacious rooms, plenty of parking spaces, felt safe as well. However, the breakfast was not at par, no buffet options, only grab n go and that too the sausages and bacon was over cooked
Jill
Outdoor pool was closed for maintenance both days we stayed. So spa was packed with kids and families.
Property is basically VERY outdated and old! Smells like an old hunting lodge or Elks Lodge! Lol! Everything decorated in orange and brown! Terrible or no landscaping on our “cheap” or “3rd party guest” wing! 😏
Literally marked on our free breakfast passes - “3rd party guests” and told us only this side is open to you for dining/seating! 🙄
Lack of comfortable furniture! Hard cafeteria like chairs to sit in the room.
TV was old, NOT a smart tv - so no streaming. Cable went out twice during the World Cup soccer match we were trying to watch.
Bar didn’t even have tvs for viewing or entertainment!
Overall, a place to stop, rest. NOT a destination or vacation vibe at all! NOT a resort, a “motel” with high hotel prices.
Wasn’t awful, it’s just… I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Used tissue on the floor when I checked in. Stained carpets; terrible, small pillows; worn out towels.
There was dirty barware left in the hallway for 3 days that was never picked up.
Do not recommend.

Michelle
Very well cleaned and in great location.
Ashley
Great place to stay. Very friendly staff, the Max restaurant was awesome, and the hot tub was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable room! We'll be back!
Madelynne
We had a nice stay. Very large room with comfortable beds. Room was clean other than there were a couple maintenance things (burnt out light bulbs and broken ring on the bathroom door handle that jingled). Pool and breakfast were lovely.
Two issues to note: Air conditioning in our room was not good. We were able to keep it coolish but we couldn’t get it to decrease more than a degree or two from the setting when we arrived. Also the side parking lot contains a gas station and there was some questionable people and activity going on. They had full access to the parking lot and guest cars.
We would stay here again but would have to request a room with better a/c.

Every single staff member we spoke with from booking to check out was SO friendly, even the restaurant staff! Nice and quiet hotel for the price, nothing negative to say. We did find some hair balls or fuzz balls on the floor but no way to know if those were already in there or if we tracked them in on our feet. The few dinner items on the menu from the restaurant that we tried were great. Breakfast was the same both days we were there and it’s “fancier” than my kids prefer (scrambled eggs with green onions, bacon and sausage, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy) so we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast like we were planning but lots of places nearby to grab quick food. Pool was fun for the kids and not freezing cold like most! Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
Joan
Checkin was quick and easy. Room was very nice and clean, comfortable beds. Will stay again
Shawn
Stay was great and met expectations.

Tammy
Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and pool was great. Breakfast was much better when they had the buffet, nice selection and enjoyed much more than ordering from the menu.
Dongdong
Room was clean, breakfast was tasty. We didn’t use the pool but seemed well maintained. We love the convenience and setting of the place, quiet despite the location is sandwiched by busy roads. However the front desk manager was so rude giving the worst vibes like he doesn’t understand how customer service works, arrogant, condescending, I don’t know what he was judging against but left me very bad impression for this stay.
Lydia
The room was clean, making my stay pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant offered great meal choices and the staff was attentive and friendly. Customer service was excellent. Great place!!
Denise

perry
A very clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. We arrived tired and hungry and were delighted that this place had everything we needed.
Norma
Staff was great , food was delicious
Nathaniel
Breakfast vouchers were nice; however, only was able to use them for 1 of the 2 mornings we were there. Front staff didn't advise us that the breakfast is only open until 9am, so we missed out on our second day.
Susan
The restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly. My room was ready when I arrived and clean. I used the laundry and it met my needs. Parking was convenient.
Chris
Wonderful stop after traveling all day!! Extremely clean, helpful staff, and a great breakfast before we left! Affordable! Would stay again!
Mary

Jane

Mary
😀was a nice stay
Michael
The staff was very helpful, great breakfast selection and we had a great stay!
robert
We enjoyed the property and the staff were amazing. I choose the hotel because of its location and it was perfect for our business needs. I would choose the hotel again when we travel to Spokane. The hotel is coping with some issues resulting from aging infrastructure, our room's air conditioning wasn't working and apparently the engineers are working through all of that. To their credit, we were swiftly moved to another room and were quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast was above others.
Witney
The breakfast was bland and awful but the hotel room was very clean and the staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly.
Jodie
I love this hotel it is very comfortable every time I stay here ...
Mary
The Staff was very helpful!
Amy
The outdoor pool was great for the grandkids!
Joel
Woke up to cold water for showers. Cold breakfast as well.
Michelle
The king room was huge and very comfortable. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Fridge and microwave in room. Lots of parking and room in the back lot for towed vehicles. Right next to a Walmart with the Spokane Valley mall across the highway. Large walk in shower in our room. Super clean. We traveled with our dog and they have rooms for pets. Ours was close to their pet area. Great stay.
Gweynn
The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Property is older and very large, not convenient to go to breakfast. Parts of the hotel Do not have an elevator.
Lawrence
It was very nice to stay there.
Loved our room.
The only thing I didn't care for was the staff in the restaurant. They seemed cold and rude to me.

We had an extended stay room with full size refrigerator and all the cooking and eating items needed. Very clean room. Breakfast included. A very good rate.
This place was much better than the two extended stay places we used in years past.
We will come back.

Older facility but very nicely kept. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. Great location right next to shopping and freeway!!
Lori
When we arrived to check in it was about 11:30 pm. There was a guest at the desk arguing with the only staff person on duty. The staff person never acknowledged that I was standing there waiting, which was about 40 minutes while he was trying to prove that the guest was incorrect about his booking and something about not receiving a discount. Yes, I was made to listen to the entire conversation because I must have been completely invisible. Once the guest finally walked away, I got to check in for the room I had already pre-paid for. (Yaaay) The staff person never even apologized for my long wait, he did though thank me for my patience after he gave me the room keys and explained how comp breakfast works. The free breakfast by the way was great. Although it would have been nice to have something other than the same breakfast options for 5 days.
The gym room is open 24 hours which was nice, however 2 of the elliptical machines were not working, as well as the exercise bike. The pool was ok but there were always people with their rowdy little kids in the spa, so I didn't get a chance to use it. Our room upon arrival had used glasses and coffee cups in it. Supposedly room service is every 3 days but we stayed for 5 nights and weren't offered anything. We even put the dirty glasses and cups outside of our door. They were picked up but never replenished. I normally do NOT complain, but this stay could have been so much better.

Room was clean and breakfast was acceptable but didn’t think the common areas were the nicest. Some carpeting on stairs was worn off

Great restaurant
Terri
There are no staff to help with luggage. They did not give me a map of the complex which was very large. No elevators and a lot of stairs. I had to ask staff for directions.

Wes at the front desk was so helpful at getting me settled in for the night after an awful experience at another hotel! My room was great, the property is beautiful and the location is very handy

Staff was great. Hotel was clean. We loved it. We will definitely stay again. It was close to many stores, restaurants, etc. Dining was fantastic.

Loved the pool and the water temp was perfect. The staff was nice. It was clean. The best was the restaurant, Max's. I sat on the patio and had the best steak salad ever.I will go back.

Every thing is good except the free breakfast is over by 9am. We didn’t get to enjoy the Free Breakfast on week days or weekends.

the rooms smelled old, the staff was nice, it was some what quiet . the fan was very loud , bathrooms are very nice compared to everything else around, the rooms are antique .

Your fitness center was mediocre. The weight machine was rickety and it was difficult to adjust the weight stations. Recommend getting rid of the machine and replacing it with a dumbbell rack and a couple of benches, including one that allows an incline. To make room reduce the cardio machines by a couple of units. No one seems to be using them anyway.
Good restaurant and bar.

I enjoy this hotel with a really nice restaurant and bar. The rooms are very cozy and clean. Its a little on the older side and could use some updates but overall a very comfortable stay.

I loved the outdoor space. The pool and courtyard are absolutely beautiful! The rooms spacious. There is a lot of space everywhere. The rooms have balconies, which is really nice. The bathroom is updated and very spacious. The hotel is also quite unique and fun.
