I love the location of Oxford Suites - an easy walk to Riverside Park and on into downtown. It is also an easy walk to quite a few restaurants, although I didn't need to because the snacks (chili and salad while I was there) at the afternoon refreshment time were enough for me. My room was clean and well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. My only concern was the connecting door to the next room. A child in that room kept opening it on his side and trying to open mine. Startled me every time. I wonder if there's a way to keep that from happening when the parents can't seem to stop it. Breakfast was good and the attendant was so friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice staff. Very clean room. Did not use the pool. Breakfast was incredible. Only downside was the sound of traffic outside. We slept with the fan on all night to cut down the noise. Otherwise very nice stay!

Room was very clean & spacious. Ran out of soup & salad appetizers but got a comped drink 😁 Spouse enjoyed breakfast. We were happy with the location for our pet friendly room. Seems like they need more kitchen staff for busy dinner times-one man couldn’t handle the larger than usual amount of orders. We ended up getting dinner from a nearby hotel.

We stayed three nights while visiting family in the area and overall enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent, the pool and hot tub were nice, and we enjoyed being so close to Riverfront Park. The room was a good size for the four of us and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was inconsiderate people above us. The first night/morning they clearly had a toddler that they let run back and forth across the room and the pounding footsteps were loud and rather annoying late in the evening when we were trying to relax and early in the morning when we were trying to sleep. The second evening we had different people above us who stomped around late into the night. Staff offered to move us to a different room after the second night, but we only had one more night and felt it would have been more of an inconvenience to pack up all our stuff and move. We’re not sure if the neighbors were warned for the third night, but there wasn’t any more stomping. Unsure how much can be blamed on the floors not having enough sound dampening and how much was just inconsiderate neighbors. Overall, we would stay here again: location, size of the room, friendly staff, parking, pool and hot tub, and quality of the breakfast met/exceeded all our needs.

Wonderful stay, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast options and a little bar/restaurant downstairs so you don’t have to load back up to go get food after a day of traveling. Pool area was great for our toddler to get some energy out! Overall was a pleasant place to stay at!

The space was very clean and comfortable and dinner in the little café was surprisingly good. I thought our suite would have allowed for a bit more space on a balcony to play cards outside, but that was not the case. We found the walls to be somewhat thin. Overall cleanliness and staff were both great so we would stay again.

A good place to stay in downtown Spokane. Close to the river and its parks, but away from many of the more overt issues caused by unfocused people.

Our room was ready when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected. It was also clean. Check in was fast and friendly staff. The breakfast was great a lot of good options and it never ran out, which is nice when the hotel is sold out. I did not use hot tub. Overall a great experience and we will still here again.

The place was better 3 years ago overall. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast was amazing with variety. We had a room right next to the lobby and super noisy that kept our little one having hard time to sleep.

We had a room with 2 Queen beds. The room was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The bed reviews are the first thing I read.
We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and pleasant. The eating area for breakfast, and the associated bar for evening use, are down in the basement and felt quite utilitarian. The breakfast itself was okay but not special. One of the elevators was out of commission for 3 of the 5 days we were at the hotel.

The rooms are nice, clean and price comparible to other hotels in same area of town. The only 2 kind of negatives was the bathroom was so small, the door almost hits your knees while sitting in the toilet. The other downfall was our windows was the parkinglot, and we were on ground level. Overall we would stay there again.

Friendly staff and the hotel was ideally and superbly located on the Spokane River with easy access to the riverfront trails and downtown Spokane. Outside the hotel on the trails there was also easy access to the trail going east to the University District. Spokane is a lovely town and the hotel was well situated to take advantage of that. Would have loved a riverfront balcony room but out of our price range sadly. They look great though.

Breakfast and the night bistro with one free drink per person were both great.

In common with most hotels these days, regular room maintenance and cleaning continues to be an issue with no easy resolution. It was understandable during covid restrictions but less so five years on.

Parking was easy too. Pool was nice but small.

The bed was comfortable. Had a good evening sleep.

Absolutely loved the location to the river. It made it easy for us to ride the lime scooters through river front park. Things that we didnt like. The coffee cups inside the room were dirty like used and never cleaned. We also found another person's sock in the room when we were making sure we didnt forget/lose anything.

I have stayed here before and had a better experience than this weekend, unfortunately. The hotel is great but our room had a terrible odor, it was next to the elevators, and our view was the parking lot. It was also very noisy at night during sleeping hours. Maybe next time I will specifically book a river view room and make sure it’s not next to the elevators.

We just left and spent 3 restful nights at the Oxford Inn downtown Spokane. Bed was comfy. Room was nice size. Always love the tub/shower combination. Breakfast was so yummy with plenty and lots of choice. All of the staff were great. First night we arrived I wasn't feeling great. Husband ordered a French Dip from the bistro. I had one bite as he said it was so good and it was delicious. Wonderful graduation weekend with our grandson. Thanks for the nice stay.

Check in was great. Staff at breakfast were unfriendly. There were a few out of sight in the kitchen, talking and laughing. I had a question regarding the food and there was no one. Eventually someone came out of the kitchen, totally ignored me. I kept saying excuse me.. eventually I was acknowledged and she was abrupt and dismissive. Very disappointed at the unnecessary unfairness or professionalism. Don’t think I’d return 😞

Great location on the river, plenty of parking, nice breakfast and a social hour in the evening with a free drink. Rooms are spacious, sink is in the room, but thin walls and ceiling for noise. We were placed on the ground floor with parking lot views, close to the front desk (so more noise coming from the front). Wish we were a floor or two up to have a chance to see the river views and have less noise.

Overall it’s a nice hotel with a great central location. But that’s kind of where the good ended for us. The room was a bizarre layout with the sink at the foot of the bed instead of in the bathroom, the bathroom was extremely small which was very uncomfortable. And if we’re going to mention uncomfortable we should talk about the bed that was hard as a rock, made awful metal clanking sounds with any movement on one side and just overall was not good. The curtains didn’t stay closed which in a first floor room is very problematic (and the sheer curtains were not a solid sheer material but lace so no privacy). The pool area was filthy and the layer of dead skin on top of the hot tub was disgusting. Breakfast was fine.

Breakfast wasn’t good. We’ve decided to choose hotels that don’t serve complimentary breakfast. Staff was not professional. Front desk, house cleaners and others were wearing jeans and stretch pants. Walking around talking to each other while we were having breakfast. Everything felt very unprofessional. Kitchen in our room had nothing in the cabinets just two coffee cups. Why even offer a kitchen!

The reason I stay at Oxford Suites downtown is because it’s so wonderful to walk the Riverwalk trail that circles over footbridges crossing the river twice. Just extremely pleasant for my dog and I. We’ve seen great blue heron, quail, etc.

This visit (my third or fourth stay), I tried the evening fresh sheet for dinner. Really convenient and yummy food! Really beautiful big room this time too on the third floor! Of course I’m coming back!

It was fine. 5th floor water pressure is WEAK. TV had cable…always nice to have a streaming option with kids especially (which it didn’t have). Bathroom layout was odd - sink was in room which is / can be normal, but the toilet/shower room was in opposite corner with swing out door (into room) because it was sooo small. Be prepared to hit your elbows / head on things when you try to take a shower.

Very clean and well taken care of.

Here’s a “tip” for O.S.: Have a QR code somewhere to tip cleaning staff (I didn’t have any cash).

Oh - breakfast was good - lots of choices! Plenty of seating.

Probably wouldn’t stay there again but that’s just because of how irritated I was at the “clientele” running up and down the hallway and slamming doors when we were trying to sleep….not really O.S. fault though. I love quiet hotels.
