Felt incredibly unsafe at the hotel, staff were routinely seen on the phone, listening to music, laying around in the lobby, stealing food from the buffet, coughing on the buffet, and more. The “cleaner” picked up garbage without gloves then touched the elevator buttons, and everything smelled so strongly of cigarettes and urine. When I asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere they declined.

The front staff was amazing! The room was very clean, the cleaning lady was super friendly! But the only thing that sucked was the breakfast lady. I went up for breakfast at 7:30am. Since breakfast was from 6-9. As about 16 people were in the room I saw their plates empty, me thinking they were probably done but no I go to open the sausage, eggs, look for milk and she states, “I’m not making more eggs, theirs no milk, and no sausage, once it’s out it’s out.” I looked at my 4 kids and said it’s ok we’ll eat dry cereal, then I’m thinking how did I pay $200 dollars for my room and the hotel didn’t provide a decent breakfast. Many people came in after and saw nothing and left a few stayed and asked if she was going to make more of the eggs to which she answered no. So that was the only upsetting part of my hotel stay.

Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles.

Hotel needs to be renovated or just shut down, it is old, dirty & broken down. Our fridge smelled like sour rotten milk, had to get a new one. Hot tub boarded up, hallways smelled like something died in them. Our floor smelled like weed. Asked for a cleaning & they didn't do it. Had to go get our own towels. Cleaning staff were the most rude people I've ever encountered. Area is super sketchy, kids called 911 due to finding a body when they were out on the scooters. Do not recommend at all.

Best part of the stay was the hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, along with milk, cereal, and oatmeal.

Worst part of the stay was the shower hot water was hit and miss. Sometimes it was hot and sometimes it was luke warm. I stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor and there was a funky smell of old building. The a/c worked really well, cold like the fridge.

They ran out of hot food well before 9am, probably before 8:15. All that was left was sugary carbs and yogurt. Not at all acceptable for claiming to have free good breakfast. There is no excuse for this, they know exactly how many people have reserved rooms for the night and need to order breakfast food accordingly. And the staff said this happens regularly on Mondays and Tuesdays if the weekend is busy. What?! The room was ok, walls were pretty thin.

For our five-night stay, we received a welcome greeting on check in at the front desk, but were told that there were few towels as they were sold out over the weekend. Our room had one towel and a used soap bar in the bathtub. We demanded additional towels the next day. Two mornings, the breakfast was out of the usual eggs and sausage within the second hour of breakfast. We requested room service on our third day but never happened. We resorted to bringing our used towels and garbage to the front desk. Staff was uncaring, no apologies, and understandably did not ask \"how was your stay\" when we checked out. I know the building was in it's prime in the 80's as my dad had monthly work conferences there, but is now in disrepair. If updates and staff changes are not made, the Wyndham corporation should demolish the building, which would be a sad outcome with many jobs lost.

I booked this Ramada location because it was the best price for our 3 night vacation.

Kenya at the front desk is amazing. The breakfast is basic but hot and fully stocked. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, turkey sausages and pork sausage. The turkey sausage was a bonus since I dont eat pork.

The bedding was clean and bed was comfy enough. A/C works really considering the heat outside.

We didnt particularly like the smell in the hallway old and musty. Floor in the room could have been mopped better. The drains were clogged but they fixed after service was requested. The room had a mini fridge but not worth using, there is also a microwave, functional.

Its a budget hotel and its good enough for the price. There is a nice pool but we didnt have time to use.

Breakfast was decent. Area around the property looked shady especially in the night when went out with family to grab a bite.

Upon arriving. There’s no one at the front desk for a good 40 mins to help me. So I just sat there waiting for someone to come help me check in. I called the hotel several times to let them know what time I was gonna be getting there by.

Next is the charger issue. Soo no where around the charger including the front desk staff told me that the charger is $20 dollars a night. On the 3rd night of our stay the lady informed me that I wasn’t gonna be charged since even she wasn’t aware and no one told her until recently that u pay to pay to charge. When I checked out I got charged $20 for charging even tho I didn’t use it that 3rd night and I didn’t use it after being informed. I called to get my $20 back and nothing. Why did u guys charge me even tho assured me that I wasn’t gonna be charged. Lastly it’s ridiculous that it’s $20 a night for charging and it’s a slow charger too. Do better and don’t price gouge folks. The whole hotel just stinks and needs a update badly

Our stay was disappointing from the moment we checked in. We were assigned a first-floor room, but there were still four stairs leading to the room area, making it impossible to use a luggage cart. To make matters worse, there was only one luggage cart available for the entire property.

Once we got to our room, I went to brush my teeth and discovered that the sink would not drain properly. It quickly filled with water, and black debris came up from the drain. Unfortunately, there was no maintenance staff available to address the issue, so we ended up brushing our teeth using the bathtub faucet instead.

The amenities were also lacking. The jacuzzi was not working, there were no towels available at the pool, and the shower in our room was dirty, with hair left behind from previous guests.

I understand that the building is older and may have aging plumbing, but the rates charged do not reflect the quality of the experience provided. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were friendly and courteous throughout our visit.

This hotel is rather run down. The bathroom tile grout is dirty and stained. The bathtub drain was blocked. It was cleared after I asked if it could be while I was out for the day, but there was dirt left in the bathtub and a dirty cloth left on the toilet. It is not located in the best area either, there are some sketchy people not too far away.

Desk person was great and helpful, but I have two nits. Maybe I was just there on an off day.
1. The mini-fridge was warm. The interior line was frosted over and wasn't warm at all.
2. No maid service. Unsure what the misunderstanding was, but when I went to my room after the day, it hadn't been touched. Bed still unmade, trash still in bag, etc.
3. Also funny, when I got to my room after check-in, the door was opened, not closed. Never seen that before.

The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The laundry facility does not work. The gym is not working. Did Jacuzzi does not work. The only thing that does work on an amenity level is a pool and the water is too cold. Get a tent and stay outside. It’s cleaner and better.

I would describe our room as the room they put all the old broken furniture in. The dresser doors were broken and missing knobs, the chair was well worn, and the fridge was pretty loud. The room could certainly use an update. The hot tub is covered with plywood and out of order.

The beds were good though and the breakfast spread was also good. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a good stay.

We were on the 1st floor and the room was horrible. No shower curtains or large towels. Front desk did take care of this. The bathroom had hair on the floor in more than one place. The counter looked like it was going to fall off any minute. We found out in the morning when the sun came up that the curtains had numerous holes all over them.
The lady at the front desk in the morning, couldn’t believe we were given a room on the first floor( there are only 4 rooms). She knew how bad it was. She gave us a 22.00 discount. Good thing we were only staying for one night. Make sure you don’t get any first floor rooms. If we do go back it will only be on floor 2 or above.

There were brown spots and holes on all cielings (our room and pool), the bathroom door was rough looking.

Hairs were in our beds.

Mold was in the shower.

I think the bed closest to the bathroom had bed bugs. My daughter has multiple raised bumps, specically in a group of 3.

We have stayed at this specific location several times and never had issues previously. During our initial check-in there was not a room available that was accessible so we had to wait. Said room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We relocated to a non accessible room as that was all that was available. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Mildew and possibly mold in the bathroom. The hot tub wasn’t working and there was algae and mildew all over in the pool room. There was a room on the second floor “under construction” that had the window completely taken out and cold air coming through the makeshift door. Where you could see through into the room. Most of the staff seemed new, but were apologetic and helpful. After this experience I am not likely to book rooms here anymore. The price is good, but not low enough to warrant possible health concerns.

The property itself is in dire need of renovations. The staff does their absolute best with the resources available. The gentleman working the breakfast was so nice and kind, so were the front desk girls. Towels are limited on property, you must also request maid service. Our phone in our room didn’t work, and the shower leaked. The TV remote wasn’t programmed to the TV so we thought it was broken. The main tench worker on site came up to our room and programmed it for us. Caution, area not as safe. Druggies flooded the parking the first day. There was a hooker in the lobby on the second night. Not kid friendly.

This was a very disappointing stay. The photos online do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. We specifically reserved a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of both cigarette and marijuana smoke. The room was also missing a shower curtain, the refrigerator did not work, and there was peeling paint on the walls.

When we returned to our car shortly after checking in, there were people right next to it drinking and openly using drugs, which made us feel very unsafe — especially traveling with children. Because of the conditions and environment, we decided not to stay and checked out less than two hours after arrival.

When I explained our concerns, the front desk clerk even told me she had considered warning us that it wasn’t a good place to stay with kids. That alone says a lot. I would not recommend this property.
