Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained property and rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Excellent hotel, very spacious and clean at great location. There are a number of homeless on the downtown streets that may cause some travelers to want to stay in the suburbs but we enjoyed the proximity to the river and the great river walks and views and the abundance of dining choices. It is important to get a room that Is on the backside of the building away from the very busy and noisy street that runs in front of the hotel. The windows are not adequate to reduce this noise significantly.

Staying at the Best Western in downtown Spokane was very nice. They have recently renovated, our room was spotless, and the staff was great. The only disappointing thing was the street noise... not the hotel's fault. It must be the teenage cruising street.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience was honestly really upsetting.

I booked this hotel for the night before a major surgery because I needed to stay close to the hospital. Unfortunately, the environment felt extremely unsafe. There were multiple people lingering around the parking lot who appeared to be casing cars, and several guests looked visibly uncomfortable because of it. The atmosphere around the property made it feel very unsafe to stay the night.

Because of this, I ended up leaving and driving all the way home instead of staying. That meant I had to turn around and drive all the way back to the hospital first thing in the morning before surgery.

As a cancer patient preparing for a major procedure, the last thing I needed was additional stress and worry about safety. It was incredibly disappointing to lose $170 on a room I didn’t feel safe enough to use.

I truly hope management addresses the security and safety concerns around the property so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Clean fresh smelling room. Breakfast was good, they had biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage. Muffins, bagels, toast, fruit and yogurt. Oatmeal and cereal. Waffles but sadly without the strawberries and whipped cream. It’s on a one way street right across from the Convention Center but no fast food within walking distance.

What I’ve grown accustom at this location. Good location and good breakfast but a rude and dismissive front desk staff member (multiple trips, same person) has soured me here. We had a single nigt stay with an early departure to get to my Mom who was placed on Hospice. When the woman at the check-in heard about our situation she upgraded our parking to the indoor garage for free, so that our car would not need to defrost in the morning. Kind people rule!

Arrived in town for an event at the arena. Loved the easy access from freeway to hotel. Parking right in front. Walkable location to so much of downtown... Very friendly staff. Clean, cozy lobby with holiday decorations. Loved the suite; perfect for our group of 3. Will definitely stay again

Really nice.

Our room was a suite. It was surprisingly big and a lot of running space for 2 little ones. It came with free breakfast. Lots of food options. They had free outdoor parking or paid garage parking.

It was good. The fridge in our room was broken though and I told the front desk about it a few times and they didn’t do anything about it so I had to get ice from the ice machine so my food didn’t spoil.

Quiet and Great Breakfast

Although sometimes there was traffic noise I never heard other noise through the walls. There was a hot breakfast with the best scrambled eggs I have had in a buffet. They had sausage links, ham, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins and they all tasted great. Behind the hotel is a Main Market (I think that is the name) Co-op open to all. It had great selection of produce, fresh bakery goods, great brownies, salad, aisles and aisles of canned goods and a small selection of wine with twist tops. We walked a few blocks to riverfront park and rode the skyride which was enjoyable. Great location for hotel.
