It was nice enough

Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff was efficient, could have been a little more friendly. Breakfast was good but missed one due to going late and no food left. Have to be there the first hour and a half of servings time. Parking was good and adequate for the amount of guests. Would stay again if ever needed.
Salma

It was a nice place to take the family. Nice parking. Nice breakfast. Could be a bit cleaner. House keeping could be better. We request clean towels, toilet paper, and trash removal. They left s bag with towels, toilet paper, and empty trash bags outside out door. Didn't even remove any trash.
Anastasia
Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction.
Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. I liked wafers machine, fresh apples. Overall stay was good but could ve been better.

Every employee i encountered was perfectly trained for customer service. Breakfast was good, pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all great and well-maintained. I will definitely stay again next time im in the area.
Alexia
The room was clean and well stocked. The hotel was quiet, and staff was friendly.
Christine
Staff and breakfast is amazing! I love that animals are welcome wo a deposit. Stayed here several times and great location. Unfortunately I was on the bottom floor and some kids were very loud and wrestling above us late in the night, however I would stay here again. Great gym and pool area.
Samantha
I enjoyed this place! Clean room, great bathroom. I slept on the bed so well. I would definitely come back here.
David Claud
The room was fine except for the shower having problems and the traffic noise. Breakfast was good. I did find it a bit annoying that there was a sign by check in that said treats for you which were treats for dogs
Julie
King size bed with spacious room. Enjoyed my stay.
Laura
Well maintained. Great for dogs!

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The online reservation was seamless and easy to complete. The check in was fast, and the staff was courteous. The rooms were clean, quiet, spacious, and the beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want, and everything was hot and fresh. But all of these things weren’t even the best part about this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is that it is PET FRIENDLY! My dog was welcomed and the pet area was great. Lots of space to walk. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there when we travel. Having a great nights sleep made our trip so much better !
CATHERINA
The front desk help was excellent! The only criticism was the breakfast event - the cook/kitchen staff, who was responsible to keep the breakfast dishes full, did a pretty POOR job of it. There were a lot of clients, having breakfast and at one time the scrambled egg, sausage, biscuit&gravy, cereal milk, were empty, all at once. There were a lot of young people, who have healthy appetites, who just cleaned out - the responsible person should check more often on the food!!!! By the time the dishes were refilled, my three friends were done with their breakfast and I had not yet begun????
I found a used bath towel - not a pool towel, in the closet in my bedroom. My first thought was that someone who had access to the room, might have used the shower and left the towel?
The pool room, pool and jacuzzi was very clean and a pleasure to use!

Great breakfast choice, super clean pool amazing staff
Teresa
Menu had hot items that were good. Hot tub was perfect. Those are my two requirements.
Steven
Breakfast was nice clean and hot
Marci
Great breakfast and the hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a busy day.
Janis
The third floor rooms have vaulted ceilings.
Jeff
Breakfast was always full and had a great selection. Pool was clean. Rooms where clwan and in great shape.
Gregory
We were on first floor and kids running and jumping in room above with thump, thump, thump in our room, but that ended after 10pm. Unfortunately, the room next door turned TV news on at 11:30pm, loud enough to clearly understand every word in our room. Calling front desk for loud arguing and cursing after midnight at a different hotel in the past ended poorly with adjoining room people retaliating against us after hotel person talked to them. So in this case we turned the fan on the AC from auto to ‘always on’, which was enough to block the loud TV news so we could sleep. It seems these days too many people don’t have common courtesy when it comes to noise in their rooms or hotel hallways after 11-12pm when people are trying to sleep because they have to get up early the next day. That, and newer hotels seem to be built on the cheap such that walls sometimes don’t even block normal cinversation. We will not be using this hotel again.
Sidney
Quick and easy check in/check out. Room was nice and clean, and breakfast was great.
Rich
Nice clean rooms, pool and hot tub always available and very courteous staff.
Sarah
The staff was great, the breakfast was fine and the coffee was good. It's an older hotel, so I expected that. The room was kind of grubby and dusty, which was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, but if the room isn't properly cleaned, the rest doesn't really matter.
Shelby
Beautiful stay, shower pressure is amazing. Has a 24hr gym and a pool that closes at 10pm. Dog friendly! Best stay I've had in a very long time!
Todd
Awesome breakfast, and spacious rooms
Christine
Room was clean and nice. Carpet dated staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.
Michael
Breakfast was good. Room and property extremely clean. Pool and hot tub was very nice.
Kathleen
The breakfast was a little dull. Hot tub had so many bubbles in it that couldnt sit in it.
Stephanie
So quiet, not crowded, great for early morning tournament stay!
Clarisa
the rooms were clean and staff were very kind when needing their service on bringing extra pillows
Renee
Service was great, friendly staff, breakfast was excellent.
Candace
We booked a suite and it was really stinky so they moved us to a different room which was fine, but I must say that the photos in the app do not really look like what the hotel looks like. It is gray and purple and really need some updating. The staff was lovely and tried to help the best they could.
Cassy
No ice! Faucet in our room was not attached! Loud air conditioner!
Holly
Location of hotel wasn't great, super busy road with very noisy semi trucks using their exhaust brakes all night long.
BRING your own pillow, the pillows they have are awful. Small and hard as rocks.
Breakfast was okay, there was stuff to eat, but it wasnt quite holiday inn breakfast level.

Very clean room, really nice staff

Overall my stay was ok. The sink faucet was loose and leaking. The shower leaked and there water damage on the wall. The bathroom handle was loose and did not work well. The pillows were the worst I have ever had. The noise level was horrible from the floor above. We could hear everything.
Mary
No water in the room, cold temp, no shower amenities.
Did not save that much in room rate, so lll stay somewhere else in the future.

Nice clean

The front desk staff women were very helpful. Unfortunately when we checked in it didn’t look like much effort was put into our room- our bathroom had toilet paper on both sides that was almost out as soon as we arrived. We never got our room serviced and when I went to ask the young lady who was the room cleaner and expressed she was bored I told her we never got our room cleaned if she’s bored maybe she can help us out and she stayed silent..
Brenda
All the he staff over the 3 night stay was very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was fresh, area continuously attended to, and the entire property was well cared for and clean! I felt very safe at this location. Wonderful accommodations!
Daniel

The place use to be great, now kind of run down the breakfast was the best now well most of what was there I would not eat.
Jose
Not a quality breakfast. Very limited options. The room smelled like paint. Our door wouldn't close completely.
Mark
The room and the service are what we are used to.
Rachel
Courteous staff, decent beds, ok breakfast.

We love staying at this LQuinta! The room is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are perfect and the location is great. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as lots of stores for anything else you might need. Its close to the freeway but not so close that you hear the traffic.

Clean room. Good breakfast.

Room was clean and the staff were courteous, but the curtains let in too much light and the ice machine was broken.

Very clean hotel, pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast had a nice variety, including plenty of yogurt choices (which doesn't always happen in places).

My favourite hotel in Spokane (and I have stayed in lots there).

Nice room, but I could smell that it had previously been smoked in. The front desk and housekeeping staff that I spoke with were great.
