Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was loaded with unsupervised kids so no relaxing dip but the kids gave it five stars. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Clifford
Team member Angel at breakfast connected with each guest! She’s a keeper!
Nikitia
+The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
Karen
Location was great for our weekend plans. Breakfast was more than enough to choose from. A particular kitchen staff was terrific, keeping things cleaned and helping some people with their trays as she noticed the need. All staff we saw were very helpful.
Our room was very clean and comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly

Great breakfast bar with an amazing terrace to sit outside and enjoy the morning during breakfast.
Brittney
Absolutely hands down best hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Kimmi
The washroom in our hotel room smelled like it was soaked in urine
Jesse
Really good
Stacey
Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful.
It was a full hotel with Hoopfest and a wedding, but staff kept everything moving and handled.
Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is quite nice for the price, with large clean rooms and great amenities. Nice breakfast, indoor pool and access to the Spokane River trail.
Jennifer
Friendly staff, great breakfast and social hour, big rooms and beautiful setting next to the river. Quiet and away from everything yet close enough to anything you want. We will return!
Robert
The room is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is good and the WI-FI is good also.
Rick
Very nice hotel at a great price point. The breakfast is one of the best. The rooms were clean and well maintained, bed very comfortable, and HVAC worked well, wasn't too noisy. The only issue with the room is the bathroom is small. The sink/vanity is outside the bathroom, so that's helpful. Great place and we love to stay there. The trail along the river is a nice walk to take too.
George
Great location; large, clean, comfortable room; better than average breakfast, very friendly staff, reasonable rates. This is going to sound odd, but this is the first hotel of this price range that had plenty of large, well-designed luggage carts. We travel a lot, and way over pack, and I am so sick of puny little carts that small items fall through, that do not accommodate hanging clothes, with only one or two carts for a three-four story property. This was a delightful change, and reflects the attention paid to detail by the management of this hotel!
sergiy
Convenient location, clean room and friendly staff!
Aaron
Rooms were a bit small to be considered \"suites\" and the breakfast was the exact same thing everyday but other than that the place was about what you'd expect. Good staff, very clean, pretty quiet, good amount of parking in front of the building.
Savannah
Best hotel experience we have probably ever had. The front desk lady (I forgot to get her name) but she made all the difference and was so helpful and kind. Breakfast staff were also so nice and the breakfast was amazing. 10/10 and will definitely be back!!!
Brian
I wish the breakfast had more organic options (organic yogurt, fruit, etc.) that rather than options full of preservatives and chemicals. My bed was absolutely horrible, no firmness whatsoever and sagged terribly in the small very middle of the bed. The pair of 25 lb. dumbbells were missing from the fitness gym on 06/13/26 and the very next day, the pair of 20 lb. dumbbells were also removed from the gym. Our room was very clean. The fitness gym was missing clean towels and cups to drink from the water cooler.
Kristine
Nice to have a happy hour option as well as breakfast but breakfast doesn’t change much so gets old quick. Nice view of the river.
Angela
Great stay
Alice
I always love staying here! They have awesome breakfast and an evening reception too!
mark
Beautiful hotel and room. Everything up to date and new. Very spacious and clean. Check in was quick and staff was very kind. Only hiccup I encountered was my own fault. I didn’t look closely enough at the hotel provided airport shuttle hours of operation which start at 7am and ended up needing to take an uber to Spokane airport. Aside from that amazing experience with tons of dining options within the area. Definitely recommend this hotel while traveling.
Arturo
Vanity being outside the bathroom, not a good idea, specially when one get up earlier and partner still sleeping.
James
Best breakfast buffet I have had in a long time
Melanie
Great breakfast, had lots of options.
Deborah
great all around!
Melissa
the staff was AMAZING! They went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely stay there again!
Mark
The usual 3-4 star hotel, on the level with most Hilton properties these days. Very clean, Good size room. Awesome bed and sofa. Great TV & entertainment.
You pay a bit more, but you get a bit more. The breakfast Wed-Sun is Superb, capitol S! [The back-up kitchen staff lets things slide a notch or two to \"pretty good\" on Mon & Tues when the food manager is off.]
Overall, a very comfortable, and enjoyable 4-day stay.

Evening meal with a glass of winras well as breakfast was included.
James
Check in was great, Room was fresh and clean and even had a nice view of the Spokane River. We have stayed at this many times over the years and it continues to impress us. Management and entire staff obviously care about the grounds, building and customer experience because it's always exceptional.

Oxford Suites has great staff. Warm and friendly, ready with anything you need. Really enjoy the bar and hot meal after a long day driving.
It is well located with easy access to anything in the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene.
We will stay here again!

Everything was clean, staff was excellent. The woman running the breakfast area is very special. She is upbeat and hard working.
Ben
Clean, convenient location, reasonable price

The rooms were really nice, and the breakfast food options were also great. Thanks.

Clean, simple and comfortable place to rest. Staff is well managed, you can tell, there is a bounce and a smile
Yvonne
Love the breakfast.
John
The breakfast buffet was clean and well-kept.

Our favorite place to stay when in town
Starla
We love staying here. It's convenient, well priced and staff is nice
Cheryl
I love this hotel. The breakfast is great. Staff was great. The only thing I would say is they need new laundry facilities. Machines old.
Randy
It was a very nice place, clean and very friendly employees
Zac
Great stay and breakfast had plenty of options. Friendly staff and location was perfect for what we needed.
Jeannie
The breakfast was good the host for breakfast was super friendly and helpful, but she was about the only one there that was friendly. The bar guy was alright. The room was mostly clean we found one big long black hair clump on the bed. The main manager wasn’t very personable at all. The front desk staff just was really friendly, not that they didn’t help but there was no smiles on anyone and was short with everything.
Jamie
Nice location in the valley. Met some very nice people.
Amber Marie
Wasn't able to eat the breakfast we checked out at 5 am no accommodation were made
Francine
Nice clean, large room. Nice laundry & hot tub. Delicious breakfast!
Shawna
Room small for suite, tiny bathroom. No safety mechanism on 5th floor window, not safe for a family. Requested us to select one day and time for cleaning during our three night stay, never came. No refresh of towels even. Staff was friendly and helpful but that’s a huge oversight on managements behalf.
Matthew
Very nice staff and pleasant stay.
sharon
Decent hotel in a great location. I didn’t feel it should have had the rating that Hotel.com gave it ( which was an Excellent over 9 rating. I would give it more like an 8.5. But it was pretty nice just a little beat up on things like doors etc. and check in was at 4 pm and so generally that would make check out at noon but it was 11:00 am. Overall decent hotel for the price. ( Taxes are very high though and they even charged a $10 property tax.
Tamara
Super friendly staff, great amenities- pool, hot tub, steam room, close to walking trail, breakfast, and wine hour!
Melina
Staff and property are good quality for the price. The only thing I would mention is at the pool- it can definitely use a bit more cleaning and attention. The three times we visited the pool. There were little to no towels available. Although I did see staff, trying to keep up with the demand. I did see staff picking up towels trying to get them washed. However, the towels were definitely thin, worn and not enough available.
Brian
Didn’t use a bar
Carlin
The lady in the kitchen for breakfast is the best
John
The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a wide variety of foods. Those working in the dining room were friendly and efficient cleaning up tables. The room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay her again.
Lonnie
Room clean , buffet was perfect
Janae
I like the Oxford Suites Location in Spokane Valley near the Mall and staff are great. The rooms are clean and continental breakfast is the best.
Emmalie
This is our go to place when staying in Spokane Valley. Classic breakfast bar included with stay, pool and hot tub, consistently clean rooms, staff are friendly and helpful, and the pet area is located close to preferred pet rooms. There’s an elevator that makes travel through the hotel nice.
Craig
Always a great place to stay!
Michelle
The breakfast was very good. The bar had a really good selection and it didn't hurt that you received a free drink and soup / salad. I would definitely stay again.
catherine
The breakfast had every option we could have hoped for and the staff (a woman with dark hair--I'm sorry but I just can't recall her name) was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Kudos to Oxford for hiring her. Such a credit to the establishment. Give her a raise! (:
Our room was very clean. We had an issue with one of the clean bed sheets--as it was rough--and the staff saw to it that it was changed out quickly. Someone got a nice tip for that quick service.

Love the evening social hour, free drink and free breakfast. Love there is no charge for parking and they still have microwaves in the rooms with no added cost. Our second time staying here and would choose it again when we visit Spokane.
DARLENE
Upon checking in and going to my room I was very disappointed. The room I was sent to had a king size bed and a large empty floor space. Since I booked a King suite I went down to the desk and asked for a different room. I was sent to room 418, which was beautiful. Exactly what I booked. Something you might take into account is the room had a step down into the seating area. My son visited me and didn't notice the step down and fell.. I think maybe someone should take a look at this room and decide if anything should be done to make the step down easier to notice.
Heather
The staff were super friendly, cute lil bar, clean rooms.
Martin
Great as usual…the east lawn dog area needs some landscape attention and a daily inspection by maintenance for land mines💩…
Shawn
This is our favorite place to stay when we’re going through Spokane or just staying a night out of town. The rooms are great and the Spokane Valley location is really good. The staff are always friendly to and courteous. Breakfast is good. I like getting real glasses and coffee cups in the room as well as silverware at breakfast.
eric
The staff was outstanding!! Great experience!!
Sara
Great, clean property. The front desk girl was really friendly. Amenities were great.
Brenda
Do not like giving bad reviews. This was a horrible bed. We stayed in 214 and the springs in the bed come through.
Then we get an email stating an item of clothing was found in OUR room. Definitely not our child’s clothing. We had no kids. Therefore the room was not thoroughly cleaned before we stayed in it. Scary thought

Staff was fantastic, recognizing repeat customers by name. Breakfast was adequate. Room clean only every 3 days, longer stays may need to request more frequent room refresh.
Bobbye
Clean room. Nice to have complimentary soup and salad in the evening and good breakfast.
Nick
Great people, clean, and breakfast was also good.
Jessica

Nice clean large rooms. Very quiet. Breakfast staff were very friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay there again.

The main reason I chose this hotel was it had good ratings on being clean and it was. I enjoyed the wonderful people working the breakfast, they cleaned tables regularly and were friendly. I didn't care for the breakfast options much, and fried potatoes were mostly cold. but the lady happened to mention they will be changing their options soon. Room with riverside view was nice and so were the winter rates. Good location and area felt safe enough. The hotel just didn't have a wow factor for me but would stay there again.

The room was spotless, and the staff is always polite and helpful, including the people at the front desk, the young woman who brought me towels for the workout room, to the very helpful and wonderful woman working during the free breakfasts. We have stayed several times now at the Oxford Inn suites and it is our go to place when we head to Spokane!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Serve fresh breakfast and have shuttle. I stay here every time I go to Spokane. Strongly recommended.
