This hotel is disgusting. Smelled of marijuana when entering building. There's stains all over matress and bedding, the room smelled of mildew and mold. There was rust in bathtub and sink. Burnt out light bulbs and broken lamp.

The hotel hallways smelled like a public bathroom. The room was dingy and dirty with broken and filthy furniture. We weren’t provided with enough bedding or towels in our room. The shower was out of body wash. There wasn’t a working fan in the bathroom. The walls were dirty and marked up. The bedroom furniture was drawn on with markers and nail polish. All of the bed sheets were stained. There was garbage under the furniture. The lobby was poorly staffed. The breakfast was very poor quality with few options. When we went to breakfast at 8am, the yogurt was all gone and the pancake machine was broken. No fresh fruit. There was very little seating for breakfast and all the tables were dirty. We felt unsafe in the parking lot with all the people hanging around for no apparent reason. I don’t know how Wyndham Ramada is comfortable keeping their name on this hotel. And I don’t know how they dare charging $150 for a stay like that. If we hadn’t gotten in so late at night with kids that needed to go to sleep, we would’ve immediately left and looked for somewhere else to stay. The entire experience felt icky and honestly, kind of scary.

Room was clean. Bathroom was shabby and seemed held together with white silicone and not neatly applied. When we went to use the room microwave, it sparked and smoked. The finish was damaged in the back of the microwave.
Breakfast food was very limited.
Staff was pleasant.
Wyndham didn’t seem to do much except put its name on the sign.
Overall, it was a place to stay.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for one night. The place looked dirty and not welcoming at all. Thankfully, the beds were pretty clean and quite comfortable. I asked at the front desk if the pull-out sofa sheets/blankets were in the room and was assured they were. They weren't and when we went back to get them, they said they were in the dryer so we had to stay up later than we wanted. Breakfast was ok.

We've stayed at Ramadas before but this one is \"tired.\"
The entrance door looked beat up; desk lamp didn't work even after we got another lightbulb; the icemaker in our wing did not work; there was only one face cloth; in the morning the front desk lady had to do that duty and replenish breakfast bar items too. The worst was that the toilet water oozed from under flooring in front of the toilet!

Horrible service. We stayed 2 nights and I will never ever again. I probably would have been better off sleeping in the car. The light above the sink did not work. Second night went to ask for clean towels and they had none and asked us to wait till someone turned some in so they can wash them. We ended up going to Walmart and getting some towels. So crazy I have never had that happen.

Room was decent size for the price. Walls were dirty and hair in the shower. Tv didn’t work and the sink would not drain. There were stains on the carpet. Gave my son a bath and had to wash again his feet were black after walking on carpet. Ice machine ground floor never worked. Had pancakes for breakfast no syrup, didn’t restock for bagels. Took me over 15 mins to check out as the girls at the desk very unprofessional wanted to flirt with the drunk guys while checking them in and allowing them to drink beer at the desk infront of children.

Rust around drain and faucet in tub. ADA room ? Only thing was the bar next to the toilet, bt was attached with most of the bar behind the toilet. Under the bed had not been vacuumed for a looong time. Outlet under desk was just dangling. No outlet for coffee pot. I definitely would not recommend this place.

We stayed in the two bedroom room with kitchenette. The space was large enough for our family of five especially having been displaced by wildfire. We had no problem with check-in even though we had just booked a half hour prior. The room we had was not well maintained with visible stains dripping down walls, missing electric plate covers, and holes in flooring. Within minutes my kids socks were filthy from just walking on the floor and we found a rotting blueberry in the closet. The beds looked clean so we stayed as we had no where else to go. There were only two towels for the family of five to use but we were able to get one more from the front desk who swiped it from another room.

We had a reservation elsewhere and upon arrival learned it had been double booked and we needed to find somewhere else to stay. Since we just needed a place for the night (about 10 pm to 6 am) we figured this would be fine. We did not have high expectations.

We got an apartment style suite, which in itself seemed like a very good deal for the price. But the room itself smelled heavily of smoke and the floors were so sticky you could hear it every step you took. The shared hallway also smelled very badly to the point our 2 year old commented “this place stinky” when we walked in. Surfaces were visibly dirty.

People were sitting in the parking lot with U-Hauls when we arrived at 10pm, and people were screaming at each other through car windows when we left at 7am. The vibe was not great.

It got the job done in a pinch, but in the future we will either stop in Coeur d’Alene or continue a bit further into Spokane to stay elsewhere.

Young lady at the front desk was very patient and efficient. My room was disgusting. Dirty, gross and in dire need of a remodel. I have nothing good to say about the room other than it was top floor corner so it was quiet. Guests were down eating breakfast barefoot and dirty. So I skipped that. Room had fleas or some other tiny hopping bugs. Just a negative experience.

The only good thing I can say is that the sheets were seemingly clean. The bathroom, including the toilet seat, were visibly dirty, like they had not been cleaned at all. The corners of the room as well as the chairs in the room had crumbs from previous occupants. The tub and lavatory did not drain well. I would NOT stay there again under any circumstances.

Just spend an extra $20.00 and go anywhere else. This place was one of the most dirty, grungy hotels I have ever been in. Room was full of dust, floor felt like it had never once been clean and the shower was moldy. I only booked this place because I just needed a place to sleep after a long day of driving, but to be honest, I would have rather slept in my car.

And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience.

The water in the shower was hard to turn on. The faucet should be replaced.

The staff placed me on the first floor which was convenient since I was traveling with a dog. I was also near an exterior exit.

The staff was friendly and accommodating for my needs. He told me of places I could safely walk my dog. He was also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area.

This hotel is located close to the highway and therefore has lots of outside noise that can be heard.

The first room they had us stay in was dirty, and the toliet was not working. There was a piece of floor was missing in the kitchen. They put us in a new room. It was slightly better but it was also not really clean. The tv didnt work. Stain on the beds, walls, baseboard heaters. Room was not well maintained. Ice machine was not working. The door the the building was also not working. Stairs are also very steep, no elevator.

The rooms were not cleaned completely from previous guests. The towels were not all clean and fresh. The staff was loud overnight with their personal chat, one in particular had a very loud voice that could be heard on the first and second floor.
If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this might not be it.

The room I was given had urine on the toilet seat, multiple lights didn't work, plastic wrap over the smoke detector, exposed wiring, dirty mirrors, dirty microwave and fridge, no kleenex, no hand soap, no shampoo, no bosy wash. About 8 men were partying a few rooms away, into all hours of the night and the desk clerk was hanging out with them. I have photos. I requested a refund of the second night as I did not stay a second night. I don't know if it was refunded, I was not given a receipt.

Not easy to enter from the east on Sullivan. We were checking in and the incidental fee upfront we were not expecting, normally motels ask for your card to pay for incidentals after your stay. The room amenties could use some TLC like the coffee maker was missing it's brewing basket, the dresser was missing a drawer, just little things that made the room and bathroom look like it wasn't taken care of well. Parking area was fine, Full Breakfast was good and I am glad the beds were not like sleeping on a soft rock and got two pillows per person. Convenient to food and shopping though.

The front desk staff was friendly enough but he said my room number out loud which is a safety issue especially as I checked in as a solo female. The tub was dirty and gritty. The floor was so dirty, my feet turned black walking from the shower to the bed. The body wash bottle was empty. Breakfast was stale with limited options. Some fruit, yogurt, or other gluten-free options would have been appreciated. Apple juice and cream cheese were out. No staff was there to refill. The property is rundown and is in desperate need of renos. It’s not worth even close to what I paid. I’d never stay here again.

I don't generally like leaving bad reviews but I feel that this being the second time that I stayed here and it was the same both times.
The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. However the cleanliness of the room both times I have stayed here was unacceptable. I specialize in residential cleaning and I've worked as a housekeeper prior to that a always have a bag of cleaning supplies in my car just in case.

The room was not restocked, no soap shampoo. Front desk unwilling to help or change rooms or get a discount. He confirm the room wasnt swevice, he was tge one who checked us in. We had reserved the room 2 weeks out, so they knew we were comings. When i tried to check out and get a receipt he sain couldn't do since the charges wont go thru until till the next morning. He stated that we won't be charged, but we also wouldn't get a refund for that. He was very rude, no customer service.

We stayed here because we needed a last minute room just to sleep and it was $60. The lobby was updated and nice, and our room was mostly clean, but definitely an older rubdown room. The si k faucet wasn’t secure and moved when you turned it down, the shower was kind of sketch and the soap/shampoo bottles were either missing the top lid/pump or empty. There was no hand soap at the sink and tv didn’t work initially so had to go to front desk. He was very nice. The tv only works if you move the cord and push some buttons on the tv itself to change source. There was hardly anything to pick for breakfast so we went somewhere else. Overall, fine place to stay for one night but not a place we wanted to hang and relax. We were relieved to leave the next morning.

The staff was friendly but the lady admitted that she hadn't been in the rooms and didn't even know what they looked like. Breakfast was okay but made us have diarrhea later that day.
