The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel is going through some upgrades which is nice. It was a perfect spot to stop for the night to sleep and get back on the road. It was a utilitarian stop and it was fine!
Jamie
I will start by saying the staff were polite. That’s about all this place has going for it. Taking a shower here is terrible. The water pressure is so poor that I had to wash soap out of my hair using the faucet. The vents are full of thick dirt and the room smelled terrible. The pool needs a new coating done on it. We thought it was full of black flies but it was broken edges in the sealant.
Location is great right off the highway but there’s definitely something up with how highly rated it is, I’d never stay here again unfortunately.

Not especially great place to stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles, but obviously tired and frustrated front desk ladies who did most of our check n stuff before telling us it was going to be awhile ye. No explanation was given as to why that was until about a half hour later when we checked back as instructed to see if our room was ready yet. That was when we were told that they had recently lost most of their housekeeping stuff and now only had 3 housekeepers for 60 rooms.. After an almost 2 hour hot wait with our 2 dogs we finally were given our room and keys allowed to go up. Only there were no towels, no bedding for the pullout bed, and while the AC worked it took a lot of messing with to gett it to cool down the rooms. While it was more than a bit aggravating we will try again should the need arise but with a wary eye as the room was spacious and beautiful. There was a,other problem as well but it was resolved, thank you.

The rooms were beautifully redone
Josephine
It was a cheap stay. The rooms are renovated. The bathtub needs to have a slip proof bottom, my child slipped and luckily wasn't hurt. The sound proofing between rooms could be better. We heard our neighbors upstairs above us walking around all night.
Patrick
Great value excellent clean close to amenities
Elsie
Room was clean but the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped.
Michael
The hotel was clean, staff super friendly but my room was filthy. Hair clippings from someone's beard or ball trimmer was left on comforter, bedding was dingy and didn't smell clean at all. Probably wont be staying here again.
Carole
I have stayed in this hotel in the past. One during reconstruction and one after. The reconstruction is very nice. We loved that you didn't have to climb into the beds. The front desk lady was very helpful. The room was clean, nothing fancy. Just a nice room to sleep. I do wish all hotel rooms installed a handle in showers. Anyone can slip. This room did not have a handle. Sleeps 4 but didn't have enough towels, wash clothes, etc for 4. The biggest thing for me was the price. When it was a Surestay it was affordable. There was nothing fancy about the place to match the price. Stayed in a very nice Hampton just days before in Arizona for about a $120 less a night than here. This was a hotel near an off ramp, nothing special around it. I would stay here again but not for this price.
Anilu
The room was clean. During our outing clean towels were replaced and trash cans taken out. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and kitchen staff right on it with replacing items and keeping area clean.
Brian
Great place to stay!
Natasha
Hotel was clearly under a renovation, materials were stacked in every corner of hallways and cluttered outside. In our room, leftovers from prior guest were still in the microwave. SO STINKY!! The oversized furniture was unnecessary and provided an awkward layout. No WIFI information was provided. Buffet breakfast was not good and the cereal was stale.
Elaine
Great stay
Todd
Clean rooms and nicely updated
Barry
Convenient and affordable for owners of pets. Staff was very couteous and friendly. A nice stay.
Sonya
The rooms were very nice. The only thing was that dirty sheets and pillow cases were left under a chair
Clayton
Great stay. Friendly staff!
Teresa
Room very clean, very nice hotel and property. Staff were very helpful.
Samantha
I liked the location. Not a lot of traffic but just a short drive to Walmart. The hotel was very presentable and nice when you walk in. Staff was nice and breakfast was yummy. Only complaint was the door to our room was a pain to open and close. The pool was freezing but my kids didn’t mind!
Romualdo
It's close to the freeway yet a quiet place to stay. It's right across a gas station with a convenience store which is very convenient. The staff are helpful and polite.

Good customer service
Emma
it was a good hotel for my first time booking a hotel on my own without parents now that I am an adult. very comfortable place and having a gas station right in front of the hotel is very convenient.
Atul
It was surprisingly very well maintained hotel with spacious rooms and great breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay
Guiliana
We stayed for 4th of July. Room was ok, the pillows were nice, which is something I appreciate, not sure how the rules are these days about cleaning the rooms, but out of the 4 days we did ask on the second day, they cleaned the bathroom only, did not even make the beds. My grandson dropped something and we were looking on the floor, moved the chairs and yuk, talk about dust bunnies.

Good staff
Deepti
This property stood up to its name. Our 3 day 2 nights stay was very comfortable. The location is convenient, very accessible with plenty of parking and a gas station right opposite to the property.
The staff is well informed and very friendly. The continental style breakfast had good options. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated.
I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay closer to the Courd De'alene lake, Silverwood theme park (30 min drive).

The hotel was clean, and seems recently renovated. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.
Priscilla
The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds.
The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues.

Very comfy and clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast and staff was very nice
Peter
It had a pool. Staff was great.
Debra
They advertise that they have a hot tub, but it actually hasn’t been in use for two years. We base our stays at hotels if they have a hot tub if I would’ve known, they didn’t have a hot tub. I would’ve never booked a room. They need to update their website.

Ron
the best thing about the breakfast was we did not have to pay a charge for it.
Jack
There was still construction material around the east entrance, but it wasn’t blocking the path.
Our room entry door renovation appeared to be incomplete on the inside.
Additionally, there was partially cleaned up white paint in several areas of the room.
The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were so soft that they gave insufficient support even when doubled.
