Aged, staff was excellent..room was nothing to brag about..pet area could use attention! No directions in room on how to use tv couldn't figure it out..remote did not match tv..no menus or local dining options..no directory..kid above us running around all night...tried to call front desk to complain...no answer...would not stay again!

One of the front desk people were nice and helpful. The other one looked like she hated her job. When asking for a cloth to wipe a dirty table so we could eat our breakfast, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. Hot Breakfast wasn't hot, but cold. But the rate was nice.

When i saw the room i was very pleased with the size of the room. But the bathroom smelt like mildew. There was no toilet paper holder and the toilet was dirty. The shower plug was broken so water just built up in the tub and in order to drain the water you had to physically hold the stopper down till the water drained. The beds weren't made well. But the breakfast was good. But i requested a late check out and they were rude and refused to ket me have a kate checkout so i had to rush to get out of the room on time. But, overall it was a decent stay and the price was right.

This was the perfect spot for an overnight stay! The staff were friendly upon arrival and checkout, the property was nice and clean, the room was spacious and pet-friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast options the next morning. It was great having a tasty hot meal before hitting the road again. It was easy to get to from the freeway and a convenient location if you needed food after arriving in the evening. We ordered in because we didn't want to get in the car and drive anywhere...LOL...It is worth stopping in and getting a good night's sleep.

Checkin was quick and the staff member was friendly. Room was spacious, clean and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows and covers.
AC worked great and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was a bit better than the usual hotel fare with fresh bacon and scrambled eggs. The pool and hot tub were refreshing after a long day of driving.
We have stayed there previously and it was just as we remembered which is a good thing.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times recently. This time was not good. I'm wondering if it's under new management. I am disabled and have to have an accessible room. The room I was in this time had no towel bars at all. We were given only one washcloth each. There is no waste basket by the sink in the bathroom area. The ironing board broke as soon as we tried to put it up. It was very noisy. They did not allow any kind of late checkout, even for the disabled. The door to the room has no way of being propped open, not a doorstop or anything to allow you to easily enter and exit the room if you're, for instance, using a walker or a wheelchair. They are also redoing one of their parking areas which seems to be taking quite a long time and this means on a busy night there's basically nowhere to park.

I booked this stay through Expedia with “pay at property,” and after a 12-hour drive, we arrived around 11:30 PM to find not only no parking (likely due to construction), but that our reservation had been canceled without any real notice.

The front desk employee was the only bright spot—she was professional and tried to help—but she had no clear explanation. First it was “not sure,” then suddenly it was blamed on a card issue. I was told I should have received an email, but the only email I received was asking how my check-in experience was—which is honestly insulting considering I never even got to check in.

My reservation was canceled at 1:30 PM—hours before check-in—yet no effective communication was made to ensure I actually knew. Canceling a same-day reservation without confirmed notice, then selling out the hotel, is unacceptable.

Because of this failure, we were left stranded late at night after driving all day and had to scramble to find another hotel, ultimately paying double at La Quinta Inn & Suites just to have somewhere to sleep.

This is a complete breakdown in basic hospitality and reservation management. If you’re going to cancel confirmed bookings, you need to ensure the guest is clearly notified—not leave them finding out at the front desk at midnight.

I expect accountability for this.

When we arrived there was no parking in the parking lot, so people were told to park illegally which ended up blocking in a different guest when I was getting ready to check out they were trying to figure out the guest who blocked in their vehicle so they could leave. The window to my room was broken and not shut all the way so you could hear the freeway noise all night long. And the people above us which is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but they let their children run jump off the bed and run around the room until 1:30 in the morning I had to go down and talk to the person at the front desk to please contact them to ask them to stop because the phone call down there did not work. I never heard back from the manager after having several concerning issues. They were supposed to be in and called and said they weren't going to be there until 10:00 or at least that's what the staff told me. It was a horrible stay we were exhausted from driving all day needed a good night's sleep and I only got 4 hours of sleep. The food was fine but since the place was sold out he had to stand around and wait to get more food they only had one person working with a packed Hotel so it didn't seem very well thought out. They are definitely cutting corners on staff. No I would not stay here again or recommend it.

The property was in good condition but the pool and hot tub were busy and the water seemed cloudy. Housekeeping is provided only every three days, but they did not do it on our third day. Towels and shampoo are available at the Front Desk for convenience or you could ask the Housekeeper in the hall. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt and cereal, provided free of charge.

For my surprise the front desk staff was super stressed and exhausted. She didn’t treat bad but she was out of control. The phone was ringing too much and she was alone. She started crying in front of clients and went to a private room just behind the desk and screamed.
Left the front desk and didn’t finished the job.
Told me her manager was coming to finish the check in.
Over all the Hotel is the best one in there area.

Everything was good! Breakfast was good. Our room was good, for an extended stay. We brought our dog with and felt the dog yard was on the smaller side but it wasn't bad, and they did provide dog bags for clean up. Pool was on the smaller side (4ft depth) but overall good for the pool/hot tub area and the kids enjoyed it. Staff were polite at check in/out but not over barring. Staff at breakfast were kind as well.
We will stay here again in the future!

We were not able to make it to this location for our reservation due to inclement weather that closed all of the roads for us to access this property. It was physically impossible for us to get there. The management still declined a refund and also declined changing our dates. Definitely would not recommend this location solely based on the management.

The room above the room we were staying in for two nights in a row, dog barking consistently made numerous calls to the front desk and the front desk. People did not want to do anything confronted the hotel manager the day we were leaving, and he didn’t wanna compass a free room for the night because we were up all night and then had to drive home with no sleep. He wouldn’t do that but he would give us a free room some other time or give us points with hotel management and staff like that there would be no business and reason to stay there will not stay there ever again and that’s sad. It’s an Idaho. and that’s sad. It’s a Idaho.

Great for the price… definitely have stayed in more expensive places that weren’t as nice. Clean room, comfy beds…good temperature… slept pretty well. The pool was nice for the kids… hotel staff was friendly enough. The one thing that was uncomfortable was that the curtains were merely decorative.. there was a sheer privacy-ish curtain but the ones that would have blocked out the city lights didn’t close. I prefer to sleep in a dark room and that wasn’t easily possible without crafting something to work as curtains. I wound up pulling the covers over my face. Tip: bring an eye mask if you stay here and like to sleep in the dark ! 😎💤
