Our suite was better than expected. Good size, had a full-size refrigerator, a small stove top, sink and even a dishwasher. Also had plates and cutlery. The pullout couch's mattress was all bare springs though. Really bad! The included breakfast at the lobby was also pretty bad.

I am extremely disappointed in the state of our room when we paid $360 for one night. As we entered the room we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. We were pet free. Then my husband takes his shoes off and his socks are covered with dog hair from the carpet. To top it off, the AC did not work and there was mold covering the ceiling in the shower. Extremely disappointed for what we paid.

This hotel is perfect for families, those travelling for a sports tournament, a break from a road trip, etc. The rooms are spacious, has an in room kitchen, huge bathroom, and a lot of conveniences like multiple mirrors and another sink in the kitchen area.

There weren't enough front desk staff to accommodate a full hotel (we were there for a tournament) and the breakfast was on the narrow side for options.

I initially booked a 2 queen non smoking room, called the day we were due to arrive to verify that we could have a “no pet” room. I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia. They stated because they oversold for that night they had to change our room type. I told them that wasn’t what we booked and we had 4 people. Not our fault they oversold their hotel. They said they would give us an air mattress. Really? They said that they prioritize their direct reservations and Expedia is a 3rd party so they can change the room type if they need to. I told them that wasn’t not acceptable and that I would call Expedia to move me to another hotel. They said they would put me on hold to see what they could do. Finally came back and said we could have our original reservation of the 2 queen beds. We wish we had just gone to a different hotel! We arrived late and the room smelled bad..we didn’t realize there was an overflowing garbage and dirty dishes in the dishwasher until morning. So gross. The towel rack kept breaking in the bathroom. Went to breakfast 10 minutes before it ended and there was barely any food left. They told me that it ended at 9, which we knew…but didn’t imagine they wouldn’t stock breakfast until 9!
Overall, not a good experience, will definitely not stay here again!!

Liked the efficiency and its large refer. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned properly, dirty under the rim and fece smears in the toilet, like it had been used after cleaning.

Road and parking lot construction made for noisy and vibration all the way to floor 4. No sleep was disturbed.

Breakfast was sub-standard for this price range, limited fruit and yogurt varieties, but was OK. Stayed 3 nights and used the pool and luke warm hot tun (with no jets)

I would stay again because of location. Comfort inn in spokane is better.

Overall, our stay was okay and the hotel had a nice vibe, but as someone who works in cleaning, I couldn’t help but notice several areas that needed more attention. There were multiple spots that looked dirty and overlooked, which took away from the experience. With a deeper focus on cleanliness and detail, this place could be much better. Staff was fine and the stay was decent, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

The rooms are really cute minus the barn door for the bathroom, not a great option with staying with others for privacy, but still a very clean cute room. No view but that’s ok, not all hotels have them. Would stay here again because of the friendliness and center ally located to the places I needed to go while in town.

We stayed for the nights and ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. The hot breakfast was ok and the beds were not bad to sleep on. But I would not stay at this hotel ever again. As we checked in the gal seemed new and very confused. Told us she'll give us all the speech when everyone was done getting checked in (I had booked 3 rooms)....why not after the first one was done so I could get rolling on unpacking?

Once in the room, needed a drink of water and had a heck of a time getting a glass. The top shelf in the dishwasher was broken and would not come out. The taller glass I needed was in the back and very difficult to get out.

Breakfast was luke warm at best, luckily there was a microwave there. The cheese in the omelets was not great. I very much preferred the scrambled eggs. Waffle syrup came out very slow and the can was empty 2 of the 3 mornings. First morning the guy was on it to fill it, but Tues morning we had to tell the gal about it and after it was filled, had to tell her we needed cups too.

We had a clogged toilet and were told someone would be up in about 30 minutes (8:30am) when we returned that night at 9:30 pm it was still clogged!

Tuesday night my boyfriend told the staff that someone had poo'd on the seat of the men's lobby bathroom. Wed morning it was still disgusting.

Wed morning the ladies room had one stall with no toilet paper, one stall with very little toilet papers and only one stall with enough toilet paper.

This place has potential to be great if the staff was trained better and maybe better equipment to keep breakfast hot, maybe ditch those omelets too. We just stayed in Billings and Missoula and had fantas
