I initially booked a 2 queen non smoking room, called the day we were due to arrive to verify that we could have a “no pet” room. I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia. They stated because they oversold for that night they had to change our room type. I told them that wasn’t what we booked and we had 4 people. Not our fault they oversold their hotel. They said they would give us an air mattress. Really? They said that they prioritize their direct reservations and Expedia is a 3rd party so they can change the room type if they need to. I told them that wasn’t not acceptable and that I would call Expedia to move me to another hotel. They said they would put me on hold to see what they could do. Finally came back and said we could have our original reservation of the 2 queen beds. We wish we had just gone to a different hotel! We arrived late and the room smelled bad..we didn’t realize there was an overflowing garbage and dirty dishes in the dishwasher until morning. So gross. The towel rack kept breaking in the bathroom. Went to breakfast 10 minutes before it ended and there was barely any food left. They told me that it ended at 9, which we knew…but didn’t imagine they wouldn’t stock breakfast until 9!
Overall, not a good experience, will definitely not stay here again!!

Liked the efficiency and its large refer. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned properly, dirty under the rim and fece smears in the toilet, like it had been used after cleaning.

Road and parking lot construction made for noisy and vibration all the way to floor 4. No sleep was disturbed.

Breakfast was sub-standard for this price range, limited fruit and yogurt varieties, but was OK. Stayed 3 nights and used the pool and luke warm hot tun (with no jets)

I would stay again because of location. Comfort inn in spokane is better.

Overall, our stay was okay and the hotel had a nice vibe, but as someone who works in cleaning, I couldn’t help but notice several areas that needed more attention. There were multiple spots that looked dirty and overlooked, which took away from the experience. With a deeper focus on cleanliness and detail, this place could be much better. Staff was fine and the stay was decent, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Cute rooms, such a friendly staff. Little store for snacks, drinks, and even nail clippers if needed. My kids loved that they had cookies as well. Salt water pool and hot tub was so refreshing to not have chlorine smelling up the pool room. We even extended our stay an extra night instead of heading half way home because it was a nice hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and a variety of options. The rooms are really cute minus the barn door for the bathroom, not a great option with staying with others for privacy, but still a very clean cute room. No view but that’s ok, not all hotels have them. Would stay here again because of the friendliness and center ally located to the places I needed to go while in town.

This place was super nice and clean rooms. We decided to stay an extra night and they price matched us. Made decision easier. Pool was great and clean. loved it was salt water. Big difference for the kids. The staff was super nice and helped at every turn. Will stay here again.

It was raining when we arrived at the hotel...the thing that stood out for me is the ambiance in the lobby. It was warm and welcoming. The receptionist was also nice..Sorry, I didn't catch her name.
I also, enjoyed using their gym. It was small but had all the basic equipments.
Over all my family (of 5) had a wonderful time there. We'll.definitely stay here again.

The toilet in our room was loose and you could literally move it back and forth, dust on the top of the fridge was thick, dishes in the dishwasher were stained, exercise room didn’t have disinfectant spray for the machines, seat on the bike was broken , and the parking lot was completely demoed so no place to park at all, disappointing for 160 dollars

Parking lot was very dark, most of the lights were not working. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The room was very clean, and there was an abundance of storage space. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Our room was spacious, clean and had been mostly updated. The bathtub could definitely use a refresh as the enamel is worn off and it is gray. We stayed for 5 nights, and we did not have anyone from the cleaning staff come in. We picked up towels and toilet paper through the week, but nothing was restocked or emptied by staff when we were away from the room. The pool area is large and looks to be well kept.

This property was a safe place for family. We accidentally left our driver window down when we stayed the night and nothing was bothered in our vehicle. So definitely a secure and trustworthy place.

Location is good - close enough to restaurants and fairgrounds. Room was NOT completely clean. Salt and water ring (from a glass?) were on top of the refrigerator. Lining around shower wasn't clean. Hotel lobby had dirty floor - just needed more frequent vacuuming. Bed and pillows were comfortable and everything else seemed clean. We could hear clomping footsteps from the room above us whenever the room was occupied.

We stayed one night it was alright except the included morning breakfast we arrived one half hour before closing and the food was almost gone. What i saw was one poor overwhelmed lady trying to feed a very full Hotel full guests with no extra help the odds were against her. with a fully booked hotel the planning by the manager could have been better.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. How ever there was a nail sticking up in the middle of the floor and almost cut my foot twice. I had complained about it twice and no one came to fix it. I finally had to find a hammer and fix it my self before someone got hurt on the nail.

Our only real complaint was breakfast. Everything is gone before getting any. Quality of the food was pretty nasty. No bagels and only oranges for fruit. Cereal always gone. Road noise through the windows was crazy. Definitely need to upgrade windows.

If you are staying for more than one night they don't clean the rooms, no clean towels, no trash emptied, no bathrooms cleaned, and no beds made. We stayed for the nights and ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. The hot breakfast was ok and the beds were not bad to sleep on. But I would not stay at this hotel ever again. If they are not going to clean the rooms during your stay they should tell you up front.

This hotel was excellent and spacious. It had a full kitchen which I didn't expect. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the complimentary shampoo and soap. There was not enough and it seemed very cheap compared to the room.

As we checked in the gal seemed new and very confused. Told us she'll give us all the speech when everyone was done getting checked in (I had booked 3 rooms)....why not after the first one was done so I could get rolling on unpacking?

Once in the room, needed a drink of water and had a heck of a time getting a glass. The top shelf in the dishwasher was broken and would not come out. The taller glass I needed was in the back and very difficult to get out.

Breakfast was luke warm at best, luckily there was a microwave there. The cheese in the omelets was not great. I very much preferred the scrambled eggs. Waffle syrup came out very slow and the can was empty 2 of the 3 mornings. First morning the guy was on it to fill it, but Tues morning we had to tell the gal about it and after it was filled, had to tell her we needed cups too.

We had a clogged toilet and were told someone would be up in about 30 minutes (8:30am) when we returned that night at 9:30 pm it was still clogged!

Tuesday night my boyfriend told the staff that someone had poo'd on the seat of the men's lobby bathroom. Wed morning it was still disgusting.

Wed morning the ladies room had one stall with no toilet paper, one stall with very little toilet papers and only one stall with enough toilet paper.

This place has potential to be great if the staff was trained better and maybe better equipment to keep breakfast hot, maybe ditch those omelets too. We just stayed in Billings and Missoula and had fantas

When we got there to check in the front desk attendant said there weren't any rooms clean and she didn't know when they would be clean. The housekeeper left the building shouting about there not being clean sheets and that nobody could make beds. We found other accommodations and asked for a refund. The attendant said she didnt have the ability to issue a refund and I would have to wait until the manager was working.

The rooms and property were clean. The highlight of our stay was the ladies in the breakfast room. They were very accommodating and attentive. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the Wifi was extremely slow, the slowest we’ve ever encountered. Otherwise, the facilities, the breakfast choices and the staff were excellent.

We stayed at this property while we attended my grandson's high school graduation. We've stayed at other places in Coeur d'Alene but this one was really excellent. The room was wonderful, the staff was friendly, and I will most likely stay here again. We didn't have our dog with this but it's a very dog friendly place as well.
