There a few things I would include/upgrade to enhance our stay.
* Kitchen should have oven mitts - my husband and I both burnt our hands trying to get stuff out of the oven using just dish towels.
* Kitchen should have more than one cutting board
* One of the knives in the kitchen was pretty dull - it would be awesome to have all of the knives sharpened on the property quarterly or semi-annually
* Each unit should have minimum 5 dishwasher detergent packs upon arrival, just so guests aren’t having to ask for more after 1 day
* Each unit should have half a dozen coffee packs upon arrival (for the same reason above)
* There is no hot tub - very surprising
* Gym is small - not much bigger than the size of a standard bedroom
* There should be extra blankets for snuggling up with during the cold winter days in their off-season
* The pool could be a bit warmer…. All 5 of us got cold after about 30 min of swimming around.
Despite being surprised at the lack of these things, our family of five still greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The wildlife (deer & turkey), views of the lake, and the rooms themselves were amazing. Our family really enjoyed and appreciated how large our room was. The full kitchen and large-enough dining table to seat all five of us was wonderful. It snowed during our stay and we were able to buy a sled and have a wonderful time sledding in the snow without even having to leave the property.

Exceptional overall. Very spacious condo, with full kitchen. Just bring all your groceries as it's quite far for additional supplies. The absolute only issue we had was the shower heads could not be adjusted, and so much water came out that the hot water would be running out before you completely finished showering. Wouldn't mind internet streaming options on the TV, but we would definitely stay here again.

The property is a well maintained condo development where Wyndham has purchased about 40 units and operates them as a hotel/timeshare. The units are very comfortable and clean but have minimal supplies in the kitchen to make meals. The majority of the units also have obstructed views of the lake which is not really apparent from the listing. It is a very nice property though and the staff are very helpful.

This property is over 10 miles away from the center of Coeur d’Alene. It is directly on the lake, it is incredibly lovely and well-maintained. Only downside is there is no restaurant on the property.

We had an amazing stay, we even got the pool to ourselves a couple of hours. The staff was amazing; making sure we had everything and made sure my kids had plenty to do and have fun!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo has every amenity needed for comfort, cooking and entertainment. The setting is magestic with a view of lake Coeur d Alene and snow covered mountains in the distance. It’s a very short walk to the salt water pool. We will be coming back every year!

*** Beware there is no mention of an additional cleaning fee billed after departure not included in your charge through Expedia. The cleaning fee for 2 nights was $216.00. I called property before booking to verify Expedia nightly charge, deposit and if any additional charges and was told the Expedia charges were all that I would be charged and the $250 deposit would be refunded at checkout for the incidentals. Had I been aware of charge I would not have been so upset as property is beautiful and very well maintained.

I booked this property over 6 months prior to our stay and two days before our arrival I got a phone call from a woman named Marie and she told us they didn’t have a room for my family and I.
My family and I were in Yellowstone when we got the call. It sent me in a panic because we were supposed to be at this property in two days for a two night stay before we headed home.
The woman was very rude and refused to help me or give me an explanation as to why we no longer had a room. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you”; and told me to call Expedia which was weird because I booked it through VRBO.
Long story short. After two hours being on the phone with random people, I finally got my money back and was able to find another property for my family and I.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

I booked this property on Feb 7th for my birthday week/wknd (April 6th-9th). I was contacted by WorldMark on 3/30 to let me know they would have construction going on and I was only allowed 1 vehicle. I was totally fine with all of that. We flew from San Diego to Spokane on the 4/6...traveling all day. Got off the plane, grabbed our rental car and a bite to eat. We arrived in Couer d'alene 6ish (it's an hour drive form Spokane airport). We went to the grocery store and stocked up on supplies for the 3 night stay at the condo because they advised us that the were located in a remote area and the nearest store/restaurants were about 30 minutes away. We got out of the grocery store at 7pm. I pulled up my email to get the address for GPS and saw that Expedia emailed me THAT afternoon to tellme Worldmark couldn't honor our reservation!! I was horrified! I immediately called WorldMark to find out what was going on. They advised me that they overbooked their condos and there was nothing they could do about it and to contact Expedia for a relocation. We sat in a rental car in the parking lot of a grocery store for 2 hours (and it was cold) while Expedia tried to find us something comparable. I had just spent $150 in groceries that were melting snd rotting in my trunk, and we were exhausted from traveling all day. How can someone cancel your 3 night reservation literally the day of arrival!!? It was also Spring Break so everything was sold out. I will NEVER book with WorldMark again.

Decided to stay close to CDA but not in CDA location was great. Missed being right on the water as the room we had was the second building back but we did have some views of it. Room wa very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with kitchen items. Front office very caring and helpful.

Excellent condo overlooking the lake.
The condo was awesome and there were eagles, geese, and other birds you could watch from the covered deck. Excellent place with super easy check in and check out.

We just came for two days. Short get away with grandchildren during Spring break.would rather spend a week. It goes by to quick. Had a very relaxing time.

This is not a hotel.
We had an overall good experience. What we learned is that this is a time share. Someone sold their points and that is how we booked thru Expedia. Problems came up when we tried to extend one of the rooms for an additional night. Even though the place was almost empty, we could not extend. The units were clean and well appointed.

Everything is wonderful and Jacki just rocks as the initial point of contact. The property is more remote than I realized. That was fine for us, but for those who want to be close to town it's important to remember that this nestled jewel comes with a 1/2 drive from town.
