This is a new hotel - beautiful inside and very comfortable.

Jacob welcomed us and made our stay very enjoyable. He treated the property as if it were his own and treated his guests with respect and his happy personality.

The hotel allowed us to store bags to help us as we transitioned to a longer term stay but needed to check out at noon and check into the new place at 4 … they were great to work with and helped us with no expectation for additional compensation.

I will stay here EVERY time I visit CDA.

The layout of the building is a little weird. Our room was located near the corner of an L, from our room we could see directly into the other rooms and vice versa unless we had our blinds closed. The breakfast was only ok. I wish there was a waffle maker, they ran out of food, plates and bowls 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. They did have pancakes one day but they were the frozen kind you see in bags at Walmart. The hotel is new and things are kept clean. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the underground parking area. There was more road noise than I would have anticipated. The location was ideal as we were visiting family in Post Falls and didn’t need to travel very far.

Friendly staff. One elevator was broken. The other worked sporadically (have to use your room key). We had to keep waiting for the next ride because the elevator was full and we had a luggage cart. Took about 10 minutes to get an empty enough ride. Staircase was on the outside of the building or the far end, which isn't convenient if you have lots of luggage and don't want to wait for the elevator. Sometimes the elevator would skip our floor and keep going. We kept seeing the same waiting people when the door would open. It was a frustration after a long day of travel. Other than that, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Nice clean , comfortable hotel. Only downside is that we arrived 1 and 20 min after check in time and our room was not available. We waited 30 min and then we were finally given a room. The person at the front desk “move things around” to get us a room, son unsure it was an upgrade. Later when we asked for a couple bottles of water they were out.

May 2026 visit - property seems brand new. As such, everything is clean, everything works (shower drains, hair dryer, new linens) the staff are very helpful. Morning breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was spacious. Down the street is a very nice cafe and bookstore as well as a fantastic pizza and pasta place, Picolo. Hand made pasta and pizza. Definitely recommend the hotel and adjacent businesses.

From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!

The room was great. We need an ADA room due to my disability and our room met those needs. One of the best things about this ADA room was the height of the toilet. A lot of ADA rooms especially in Idaho have bars for the toilet but the toilets are so low its challenging to get up from the toilet even with the bars. In the state of Washington they have updated their toilets to meet the ADA requirements. In Idaho only the newer places have the required toilet height. So that's a nice bonus in this hotel. The front desk people were excellent. Our second night we ordered pizza and the gentleman at the front desk gave us plates and utensils, not plastic, real plates, without us asking. That was a wonderful perk. The only thing that could have been better was the ADA room could have been a bit closer to the elevator however I understand having the ADA rooms closer to the stairs in case of an emergency the first responders could get the disabled people out easier. Overall we had a great experience and we're looking forward to using this Hyatt hotel again

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Post Falls. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The rooms are large and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The beds were extremely comfortable, honestly some of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. I also appreciated the large TV, which was a nice bonus for winding down at night. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel! Brand new with a small restaurant and bar, plus breakfast area. We left too early to eat breakfast. The room was really nice with a comfortable sofa too relax on. Lots of parking. Nice pizza place within easy walking distance and a grocery store 1/2 mile away. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and our room was quite comfortable. My only complaint is that when I booked the room, which I was happy was \"pet friendly\", they didn't tell me that their pet fee was $100 per stay! And none of it was refundable! We've never had to pay more than $50 at any other hotel. We have 1 small dog and it doesn't matter if you're just staying 1 day or 5, it's still $100. I completely understand the expenses that are involved with having pet-friendly rooms, but I just thought this was too exorbitant. We go to the area quite a bit for my husband's orthopedic doctor appointments & surgeries, and I did like the hotel, but we will not be staying there again.

The hotel property was clean and well maintained! We were personally greeted by every single staff member that we passed by! There were many different options for the breakfast and the breakfast area was large. the room was bigger than most and gave us plenty of space for relaxing. Close to the freeway for easy on/off, no matter which direction we were headed. our new favorite place while in the area!

We stayed two nights. Check-in was very friendly and easy. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows were good having the couch was wonderful. Breakfast was good and a good variety. They have a small bar with a little menu of food, which I would recommend either chicken sandwich and wings along with their strawberry shortcake. All the staff we ran into were pleasant, inviting and delightful.

Been loving this hotel! Beds are comfortable, staff is super friendly, breakfast is great. Had to leave before it was fully open but they gave be a box to take some food that was out. I’ve stayed here 3 times already. The ice machine is a nice pebble ice and there is a water dispenser.
