Run down hotel full of Mold, rooms dirty, bed sheets dirty, staff very rude, manager Patti never calls back. There was guests yelling asking for manager and wanted their money back. It’s the worst hotel I have ever been too. 4 other guests were complaining.

I arrived between 9-10pm for check-in, and the staff appeared to be very busy but were super friendly and tried to check me in quickly and courteously. The room was clean and comfortable, but the sink did not drain well and one outlet was not in use by the bedside table (cover was off, outlet box was loose). This was a bit concerning. There were a bunch of rooms with doors propped open, too, which I guess was for cleaning and/or verifying the work was done, but as a guest this felt uncomfortable to have so many rooms just hanging open in the hallway.

Other than those two things, it was a good place to stop during a drive cross country, relatively affordable, nice breakfast selection (more hot food options than most other free breakfast hotels), and the parking was easy/plentiful.

The staff didnt speak or understand english very well(i dont mean this in a sour way i mean it in there was an elderly man in the lobby that couldn't understand the whispering spanish girl) took over 30 mins to check in and the breakfast was terrible! Super underwhelming

The room was horrible..I booked 2 rooms both 2 queen beds and all four beds had blood stains and pee stains..The staff was nice but I would never use this hotel again..When I asked for new rooms the guy told me he was afraid We would have the same issue.

The room was beautiful and nightlife in the dart hall was happening. The Bartender was bored and claimed, \"I don't drink\" and breakfast left much to be desired. There were eggs, a ham steak and canned peaches and a plain bagel or cereal. Nothing of substance and no staff whatsoever at breakfast. Just plan to go elsewhere for breakfast.

We skipped breakfast because the clerk getting it ready was coughing the whole time. The bathroom floor was sticky and the comforter on the bed had some nasty stains. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was clean. It was a nice room except for one major problem when I stay in a hotel room I would like to be able to use the shower. I could not get the shower handle to turn. so I called the front desk. I’m not sure he understood what I was saying. I timed it 15 minutes later I walked up to the front desk and tried to explain to him I couldn’t get the shower to turn on. He followed me back to the room, which was real close to the front desk room 204. He couldn’t get the shower to work either. He beat on the handle and finally got it broke free and the shower worked, but this time I had already gotten dressed and on with my day so I did not get a shower in a hotel room. the gentleman working the front desk English was so bad. I could not understand him. I had him write things down, but apparently being foreign born, he’s not used to riding left to right, so it was illegible. what he was saying was”emon” over and over after a lengthy exchange and him trying to write it out, which was illegible he was trying to say email. He was unable to explain the bill. I stated I needed a refund cause I was unable to use the shower, but he did not I understand. He had charged me $50 for a deposit because I had a dog with me. The paperwork I received did not reflect the $50was being returned. but I still paid full price for the room because of his inability to speak/ write English.
I would have a hard time referring this hotel to anyone expecting to have the minimal amount of service.

Overall, the stay was okay, but I encountered some cleanliness and service issues.

First, the cleanliness issue: when we entered the room, the comforter was not clean. I couldn’t take a picture of it, but I did take a picture of the table, which had residue all over it before we arrived.

Second, the service issues: we requested a crib, but it took almost two hours and two phone calls to receive it. In addition, the phone in the room would not connect to housekeeping or the front desk, so I had to Google the number and call from my mobile on roaming charges just to get connected.

Overall, it was a below-average experience. I’ve stayed in many quality inn many times, but this was the first time I’ve had these kinds of issues. On a positive note, the staff member on duty at night (the Indian gentleman) was very nice.

Sink drain broken, TV remote faulty, noise on back patio at midnight kept me awake, no elevator, desk trainees made me enter all my ID information even though I had don it on line and and had a confirmation number. I was suffering from sun screen in my eyes when I checked in so that made me grumpy. This should not be a Choice hotel!

AVOID!!! Not to the guys fault, but the guy at the front desk was not helpful at all. The room was very dirty, stains ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! The walls, cieling all had stains. The carpet had dirt, was clearly not vacuum. The toilet.... spend your money elsewhere. Absolutely not worth it.

The first red flag should have been the receptionist hanging up on me twice when I called a couple weeks before with a question.
When you get there, please be aware that there is a $50 deposit fee for...something? They were not clear and did not give me any clarification. As it was super late and we just needed to get in the room with sleeping kids so I didn't dispute it. (funds haven't been released yet)
Speaking of sleeping kids, that was fun getting to our second floor with NO ELEVATOR. Yeah, this place doesn't have an elevator so be aware of that if you have physical restrictions or like basic convenience...
The stair case, gross. Crumbs on the ground, webs wounds the lights. The room was not much better. Literal dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The community shampoo and conditioner bottles were basically empty so only one of us was able to wash our hair with it. Water didn't drain well so that was pretty gross too.
The bed? Felt like sleeping on a rock with a sheet over it. I've slept of discount mattresses before with more cushioning.
Breakfast, no good. The milk for the cereal was off and the pour spout was curdled--I don't think it had ever been cleaned. Powdered eggs and sausage were definitely leftover from days before. The safest thing available were the cereal options or pre-packed muffins.
All in all, could not recommend less. I'd give a negative if that was an option. Put $10 more bucks down for a better place. You'll have $50 lost with this one anyways...

Just a passing thru night. Needed inexpensive night. In that aspect it fit but the price did not reflect comforts that should be standard. But for $140; the room’s sink & shower were clogged. The towel rack was loose. The sink was cracked. The toilet seat was loose The 2nd shower head broken off dangling. The mattress was well used with indents.

Attention to maintenance is needed.

No elevator, and the only luggage cart was unusable due to a broken wheel. The staff accommodated us by placing us on the first floor at the end, after an hour's wait, since the room was not yet cleaned by 4:00 pm in a hotel offering a 3:00 pm check-in. So it was still a long way to carry the luggage, but it was doable. Also, the single ice machine did not work, so I had to take a trip to a local gas station to purchase a bag.

Hi ya. Stipped for nite and stayed here. The front desk helper, Assylay was very nice and her job looked like it consisted of just the front desk. U have ring a bell for service and i rang 2x with her coming in diff directions, cleaning.rooms and doing other work than just the front desk. When we checked out in am she was there again!! Seems to b a very dedicated employee!! Ty. 😀

There were no parking spaces available. I was driving a truck with an enclosed trailer. The young lady at the front desk could speak almost no English. She called her manager and he suggested that I park in the empty lot next door or on a s driveway down that feet, or just block other cars in and deal with it in the morning. Post Falls is not an area you any to park off site. I just asked him to cancel the reservation and he refused. I have video of the full lot and refuse to pay anything traded that reservation after dealing with the manager. Horrible customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. I have to laugh, though. I had recently seen the SNL parody \"Business Gardens Inn\" commercial and this place was quite close to the hotel (in a fun way) they were depicting. I'll definitely stay here again.

We always stay at Quality Inn. This time was not good. Lets start with the main room. No upholstered chair, Office chair was very torn up. Picture missing in bathroom, no hair dryer, only 2 clothes hangers. Bathroom was not clean around toilet and tub. The caulking around the toilet looked like it was done by a four year old, bathroom door would not close. This is not what our usual experience has been.

The staff at the desk was very friendly but the rooms are in a desperate need for an update. Shower head was broken, the refrigerator made a horrible loud noise ALL night long and the room was dirty. I wouldn't normally post a review but the price was really high for a very subpar room. Not a fan of unclean walls, dressers, desk, bathroom and a loud broken refrigerator.

The tub was clogged, the cord to the phone was frayed, a wall outlet had no cover and something was broken off in one of the outlets on a lamp on one bedside table. Also a little creepy (as a single girl checking in) that the guy at the front desk was asking me if I stay in hotels often and work or visit often.

Black mold hole. You can literally smell it. The rooms are dank. Midlevel cleanliness and a huge plate glass window that the wind could open. I didnt sleep a wink.

Ive never submitted a negative review but our room was so grossly dirty that it beckons your attention. There was so much dust and dirt built up on the carpet around the furniture it was obvious its rarely moved for thorough vacuuming. Hair and dust everywhere. The bathroom walls had crud and finger marks that we wiped down easily with a cloth, and the sink was filthy with dried mucus around the drain. Staff and overall experience was fine but there was definitely no sign of quality in the cleanliness.

Upon check in I was asked to wait because the clerk was taking out the garbage. There was another employee there who just kept looking at me and not checking us in. After several minutes, he finally came over and checked us in; unsure as to why he didn’t just do so to begin with. The walls in the room were very dirty with dirt smeared on the bathroom walls. It didn’t appear as though the carpet had been vacuumed and the armoire holding the fridge continued to open up, which we tripped over numerous times. The sheets did appear clean upon inspection and we slept decently. The pictures are not accurate as to what this property actually is.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE!!! The room was absolutely nasty, there was nasty looking drips of god only knows what dripping down the walls in the bathroom, there was 2 holes in the shower wall where a support handle had been broken off and the holes still had little broken what appeared to be nails sticking out of them. The bathroom sink didnt drain properly, the sink faucet wasnt even properly attached and moved every time i tryed to turn on the water. There was crumbs all over the floors, especially around the night stands and under the tables. The place was absolutely nasty!! Would never ever spend my money there again!! Tried telling the guy that was working behind the desk and he absolutely couldnt speak English, had no idea what i was saying and just walked away from me. Quality inn name needs to be removed from them and the name needs to be changed to slum inn.

I really do hate to give a bad review, because the staff was nice, but but seriously- I felt like they need to hire more help for their cleaning and maintenance staff- Starting with the lobby-
Paint was terrible, door and window casings badly painted and then smashed and banged around by luggage. Carpets were not vacuumed and the place smelled very heavily of bad air fresheners. Regardless of what you think, people will and do look into the corners - the weird garden out front should be reworked- what the heck is with the plastic lattice?
In the room-
Good simple basic room was worthy of the money but I had to spray it and clean it before we could use it- We were there for medical purposes and I did not want to take the chance of of getting sick before surgery.- Granted, I might have had a little higher expectations because of this.
Bathroom-
Filthy walls, had yellow gunk dripping down all the way from the top- bathtub was in need of (at the very least) rinsing out. Linen's were good except the cigarette burns in the bedspread. Tissue box under the sink was great except you could not get the tissues out because it was over filled.
Bathroom sink fixtures and mirror had toothpaste splashes all over them and the floors made my feet black.
Batteries in the TV remote did not work - night desk had to come to the room and show us how to manually work the TV because they did not have any more batteries.
