The hotel is old, no elevator and just gave overall \"scary\" vibes. We checked in, then immediately started searching for a new hotel. While in town, a local cop told us that they are constantly being called to this hotel and that the night prior they just did a drug bust and pulled out a ton of fentanyl. He recommended a new hotel just down the street and told us we absolutely should not stay at the Quality Inn. We grabbed our bags and left out the side door. Didn't even ask for a refund.

The bathroom was out of shampoo in the built-in containers.
No daily service on rooms - when you are spending $182 night, you'd think you'd get some services and decent food.
Only positive is that they accepted pets.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars it would be appropriate. The property was dilapidated, the room was filthy, pubes all over the toilet rim, had to ask for shampoo had to ask for towels. There was a funk that assaulted your nose when we arrived in our room. The check in time is strictly enforced, 3 P.M. and not a second before, we were just a couple minutes early like 4 minutes and we're told to wait. When we asked for towels the front desk person insisted on entering our room to do a towel count to ensure we weren't trying to steal the stained and frayed towels that were there. Run far away from this dump and tell everyone you know to avoid this hotel as if your life depended on it.

They had no reason to go into our room.. if you’re planning a trip please don’t stay here. If I could give a ZERO I would.. The staff refused to give a information for a supervisor or manager.. The staff were nice but somewhat disorganized. When I arrived no one was at the front desk. Check in was ok the gal at the front counter was nice. I was placed on the 2nd floor which would be fine if traveling with a spouse to help you or not having 50 lb. luggage or being exhausted from traveling. When I got to my room it smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There were 3 lights in the room and only I worked. I went to the bathroom and the drain plug for the tub was broken and missing, as well as the safety handle inside the tub that connects to the wall. My door was having issues with closing all the way and locking so I slide the security latch on the door. This place is so close to the freeway so if traffic noise makes it hard for you to sleep then this is not the place for you. The bed wasn't very comfortable and because of the poor condition and quality of this hotel I was concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding.
When I woke up in the morning I had a early departure and loaded my luggage and belongings. I looked to the left of my vehicle and there was glass on the ground from someone's vehicle either being broken into or vandalized. That was a clear indication it was time for me to leave. When I checked out I informed the person at the front desk about the vehicle next to mine and the situation, however he didn't seem concerned at all.
I was trying to save a few bucks and time, however I wouldn't recommend this Quality Inn at ALL.

Room was terrible. Was supposed to be handicapped but could not get my wife's wheelchair passed the beds. It had a horrible giant tv stand that weighed about 400lbs in front of the beds only leaving about a 2 foot gap to get her wheelchair by. I went to the front desk and they said state law requires them to have wheelchair access for the front door and bathroom. but we couldn't get her passed the bathroom into the room. I had prepaid the room so I couldn't get a refund. I asked for some help to move the big entertainment center and was told no. On top of those problems the room was dirty and stunk real bad. I will never stay there again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told \"doesn't work.\"...) I arrived between 9-10pm for check-in, and the staff appeared to be very busy but were super friendly and tried to check me in quickly and courteously. The room was clean and comfortable, but the sink did not drain well and one outlet was not in use by the bedside table (cover was off, outlet box was loose). This was a bit concerning. There were a bunch of rooms with doors propped open, too, which I guess was for cleaning and/or verifying the work was done, but as a guest this felt uncomfortable to have so many rooms just hanging open in the hallway.

Other than those two things, it was a good place to stop during a drive cross country, relatively affordable, nice breakfast selection (more hot food options than most other free breakfast hotels), and the parking was easy/plentiful.

The room was beautiful and nightlife in the dart hall was happening. The Bartender was bored and claimed, \"I don't drink\" and breakfast left much to be desired. The hotel was clean. It was a nice room except for one major problem when I stay in a hotel room I would like to be able to use the shower. I could not get the shower handle to turn. so I called the front desk. I’m not sure he understood what I was saying. I timed it 15 minutes later I walked up to the front desk and tried to explain to him I couldn’t get the shower to turn on. He followed me back to the room, which was real close to the front desk room 204. He couldn’t get the shower to work either. He beat on the handle and finally got it broke free and the shower worked, but this time I had already gotten dressed and on with my day so I did not get a shower in a hotel room. the gentleman working the front desk English was so bad. I could not understand him. I had him write things down, but apparently being foreign born, he’s not used to riding left to right, so it was illegible. what he was saying was”emon” over and over after a lengthy exchange and him trying to write it out, which was illegible he was trying to say email. He was unable to explain the bill. I stated I needed a refund cause I was unable to use the shower, but he did not I understand. He had charged me $50 for a deposit because I had a dog with me. The paperwork I received did not reflect the $50was being returned. but I still paid full price for the room because of his inability to speak/ write English.
I would have a hard time referring this hotel to anyone expecting to have the minimal amount of service.

Overall, the stay was okay, but I encountered some cleanliness and service issues.

First, the cleanliness issue: when we entered the room, the comforter was not clean. I couldn’t take a picture of it, but I did take a picture of the table, which had residue all over it before we arrived.

Second, the service issues: we requested a crib, but it took almost two hours and two phone calls to receive it. In addition, the phone in the room would not connect to housekeeping or the front desk, so I had to Google the number and call from my mobile on roaming charges just to get connected.

Overall, it was a below-average experience. I’ve stayed in many quality inn many times, but this was the first time I’ve had these kinds of issues. On a positive note, the staff member on duty at night (the Indian gentleman) was very nice.

The first red flag should have been the receptionist hanging up on me twice when I called a couple weeks before with a question.
When you get there, please be aware that there is a $50 deposit fee for...something? They were not clear and did not give me any clarification. As it was super late and we just needed to get in the room with sleeping kids so I didn't dispute it. (funds haven't been released yet)
Speaking of sleeping kids, that was fun getting to our second floor with NO ELEVATOR. Yeah, this place doesn't have an elevator so be aware of that if you have physical restrictions or like basic convenience...
The stair case, gross. Crumbs on the ground, webs wounds the lights. The room was not much better. Literal dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The community shampoo and conditioner bottles were basically empty so only one of us was able to wash our hair with it. Water didn't drain well so that was pretty gross too.
The bed? Felt like sleeping on a rock with a sheet over it. I've slept of discount mattresses before with more cushioning.
Breakfast, no good. The milk for the cereal was off and the pour spout was curdled--I don't think it had ever been cleaned. Powdered eggs and sausage were definitely leftover from days before. The safest thing available were the cereal options or pre-packed muffins.
All in all, could not recommend less. I'd give a negative if that was an option. Put $10 more bucks down for a better place. You'll have $50 lost with this one anyways...

Just a passing thru night. Needed inexpensive night. In that aspect it fit but the price did not reflect comforts that should be standard. But for $140; the room’s sink & shower were clogged. The towel rack was loose. The sink was cracked. The toilet seat was loose The 2nd shower head broken off dangling. The mattress was well used with indents.

No elevator, and the only luggage cart was unusable due to a broken wheel. The staff accommodated us by placing us on the first floor at the end, after an hour's wait, since the room was not yet cleaned by 4:00 pm in a hotel offering a 3:00 pm check-in. So it was still a long way to carry the luggage, but it was doable. Also, the single ice machine did not work, so I had to take a trip to a local gas station to purchase a bag.

U have ring a bell for service and i rang 2x with her coming in diff directions, cleaning.rooms and doing other work than just the front desk. When we checked out in am she was there again!! There were no parking spaces available. I was driving a truck with an enclosed trailer. The young lady at the front desk could speak almost no English. She called her manager and he suggested that I park in the empty lot next door or on a s driveway down that feet, or just block other cars in and deal with it in the morning. Post Falls is not an area you any to park off site. I just asked him to cancel the reservation and he refused. I have video of the full lot and refuse to pay anything traded that reservation after dealing with the manager. Horrible customer service.

We always stay at Quality Inn. This time was not good. Lets start with the main room. No upholstered chair, Office chair was very torn up. Picture missing in bathroom, no hair dryer, only 2 clothes hangers. Bathroom was not clean around toilet and tub. The caulking around the toilet looked like it was done by a four year old, bathroom door would not close. This is not what our usual experience has been.

Ive never submitted a negative review but our room was so grossly dirty that it beckons your attention. There was so much dust and dirt built up on the carpet around the furniture it was obvious its rarely moved for thorough vacuuming. Hair and dust everywhere. The bathroom walls had crud and finger marks that we wiped down easily with a cloth, and the sink was filthy with dried mucus around the drain. Staff and overall experience was fine but there was definitely no sign of quality in the cleanliness.

Upon check in I was asked to wait because the clerk was taking out the garbage. There was another employee there who just kept looking at me and not checking us in. After several minutes, he finally came over and checked us in; unsure as to why he didn’t just do so to begin with. The walls in the room were very dirty with dirt smeared on the bathroom walls. It didn’t appear as though the carpet had been vacuumed and the armoire holding the fridge continued to open up, which we tripped over numerous times. The sheets did appear clean upon inspection and we slept decently. The pictures are not accurate as to what this property actually is.
