The rooms definitely needed to be more maintained . There was some stains on our sheets and pillows. The Bathtub some rust and chips out of the porcelain. The wall had a panel that kept falling off every time he touched it . but the staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good and overall stay was pleasant.

The waterpark price should be included with the room. The room was so noisy, the people upstairs must've had a kid that was stomping and running everywhere. The front desk couldn't do anything about it until 10 PM. The breakfast was good

Friendly staff, water park attached to hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is older and fairly well maintained. That being said the rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear everything especially hotel room doors that kinda had to slam to close. Also I didn’t like that the sofa bed had no bedding. No blankets, pillows or SHEETS.

This is a stop on our spring break road trip, love the convenience to the waterpark in arcade. Overall, it was clean, but it stated so floors are stained carpet looks dirty… But it's clean. Breakfast was great, I love that they have a huge seating area and a lot of different options.

It was so good to see all young staff. They were all so great! Breakfast was perfect for us.
Only “complaint” is our bathroom was a little dirty & bathtub was extremely slippery!
We were lucky enough to go on a day with some amazing deals! We can’t wait to come back with the rest of our family.

The room was clean and decently sized for the price. Spacious bathroom and nice hot water. There is noise until around 11pm as the Family Fun Park is open until 10pm on the weekends. Not a big deal to us since we were there for the park. Hotel is strict but polite about getting everyone settled asap so that's nice.

Everything was great, except in the morning, when I went to make coffee, poured water into the back of the coffee pot in the room, and seeing something floating in the water, someone previously had put grapefruit seeds in it and was floating. Pretty disgusting that someone would do that, i did mention it to the front desk that maybe the maids that clean the room might want to check the back of the coffee pots as well.When cleaning,

It was a great day at triple play the room suited our needs, but they’re very tired. Could really do with the updating all in all four out of five service at front desk and throw out triple play we’re good just lost a point for being somewhat outdated and needs a little bit of a facelift of the rooms themselves

The layout of the room was so functional for family life! I was very happy with the service getting us extra pillows and a hairdryer when requested. The breakfast options were great. My only suggestion is the information on the activity center was a bit confusing on how much to expect to pay and where to go. A map of some sort would have been helpful for us as first timers. The pool area specifically was the most confusing trying to navigate which doors to go in.

Staff knew not to much about the play area. Hours, if outside would be open. Breakfast was ok. The meat was undercooked and gross, the lady’s were super nice. The park itself was more expensive than we remember from previous thanksgivings we’ve stayed. $60+ per person was way to much for the amount we could actually do. 2-5yo and 2 adults that were mainly just there to watch the kids was too much. May rethink next year. We’ve been coming every Thanksgiving for 6 years. Staying a couple nights. Housekeeping gal was super friendly.

When we went to get out the extra bedding for the hide-a-bed there was a dried blood stain on the bedspread. Also, the hot water system had a “catastrophic” break so no hot water in the morning.

The staff was apologetic and did credit us back a part of our stay.

Rooms are newly remodeled, with new carpet, paint, and TV. The renovations unfortunately didn't seem to extend to bathrooms or wall outlets. Beds were comfortable. We found two big bugs in the room and asked the front desk if they could give the room a little extra TLC when they cleaned that day. When they came back, the room had not been cleaned -- beds not made, carpets not vaccuumed. Only thing we found were a few extra trash bags, a new mini tube of lotion, and towels. The built-in shampoos and body wash were empty, so those were never replenished before check-in, and we also found leftover debris from the last guest.

Pretty typical hotel, nothing super special. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was a little bit dirty (marks on walls/ceilings, bathroom floor was dirty). Also there are no fans in the bathrooms so it was kind of musty in that area.

Front desk gal in the evening was very helpful and accommodating. I believe housekeeping all deserve a raise as they were all kind courteous and helpful. I also know how messy guests can be especially with kids and the room was clean when we checked in for our stay. Also room rotates were very comparable to hotels around. Of course I do wish coupons to attend and enjoy the activ ities on site were a lower price but even so my family had an amazing time enjoying the things available. I will say it is hard to enjoy both the dry activities and the water park in one day. We could only enjoy the dry activities as we stayed one night and with it costing so much for one day we could not participate in both check in and check out day we had to choose one or the other. Maybe a deep discount and limited hours could be available for one night guests so they can enjoy both areas available.

The whole experience was wonderful. Front desk ladies were amazing. We arrived early from Montana, so I was going to see if I could get my discounted triple play tickets while we waited. She let us check in early because the room was available. Everything was clean and very nice. And the park was a blast. Overall a wonderful experience.

This is by far the worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! We has bird fecal matter all over out patio and patio chairs, the bed was so uncomfortable we had to check out several days early. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

The people in the room next to me left their giant dog barking the entire time in the room so loud I couldn't even even hear the TV, and when they came home at 10:45 at night, the children were screaming so unbelievably loud. I had to call the front desk multiple times. The people have been warned like three times by other people to be quiet and they refuse to move me to another room. I will never stay there again.

Upon arrive staff was friendly but we needed blankets for the pull out and they acted so inconvenienced to get them, even telling us they probably didn’t have any. We had booked for six people so that was shocking. It took them so long to bring the thin little blanket. Had I asked for multiple blankets I could understand it might be hard to gather them. Overall I would say the staff needs more training in hospitality and to be prepared for the amount of guests.

We've stayed here before, and it's worth noting that the previous weird smell in the room was not an issue this time – the room smelled clean! The hotel staff were super nice. However, we encountered some rude staff at the fun center, although they appeared to be teenagers who seemed unenthusiastic about their job.

The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that there were kids playing pranks on our floor, and my husband felt bad for a staff member who had to scrape Skittles off the pavement. Additionally, the parking lot had a lot of litter, with customers seemingly careless about disposing of their trash, such as drink cups and candy wrappers, just throwing them on the ground.\"

2 night stay and not even clean towels. Not a problem with getting clean towels but would appreciate a place to hang towels and dry them off prior to using them the next day. Also the staff hung do not disturb signs on our room as to not clean them. That was an irritating. They did not even touch up the room in any fashion

The back door was never locked anyone could walk in with a hotel full of children. Staff was blocking the halls with cleaning carts the morning we left and we couldn’t get through. This hotel is in pretty rough shape. They charge a premium for being “close” to Silverwood theme park. Room was falling apart and my smoke detector went off because I took a shower. No ventilation fans in the bathrooms.

Hotel was in a great location close to Silverwood and was next door to the Triple Play water park and arcade. The room was good size, but definitely needed some updating. I would recommend as long as you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the rooms.

The Worst Stay!

There was a broken board, the garabage was over flowing when we got there. Front desk said, \"ghey must have forgotten.\" There was bbq sauce and a capri sun in the couch. There was laughy taffy, reese pieces, and jelly beans all over the floor. I booked a room for a family of 6 and had 2 bath towel, two wash clothes. I have stayed at a lot of hotel cheap fifty a night hotels and this was by far the dirties, worst experience ever! Oh, and the sheets were inside out!
