Big clean room with everything you need. Hard to access the spa, as it was padlocked from the hotel side.
Mark
Great one night stay for our family. Very helpful and courteous staff!
Kristina
This hotel looked absolutely nothing like pictured. The room was very dirty and musty smelling the amenities were very old. For the price we paid. It was not worth it at all. Please look elsewhere.
Michael
Room was clean, Staff was friendly. Lots to do there, good atmosphere.
Denise
Great place to take the kids!!
Dayna Riebling
Love triple play!! I wanna go get more nitro ice cream!!
Sergey
Location, amenities, staff.
Althea
The beds are awful. I had a room on the bottom floor. The people above us were running around every night. Stay there for four nights the third night. I finally called the front desk at 11:30 PM to complain. They called them and they stopped running around. On the last night there my smoke detector beat a couple of times so I called the front desk to let them know. The gentleman who answered asked me to check the size of the battery. I told him I needed a ladder that it would be just nice if you could come down now to change it so it doesn’t go off in the middle of the night and wake us up and everybody else. The ladies in housekeeping was nice and friendly. I had a friend that was across away with her kids, and her beds were awful as well and the people above her was loud and running around at night. Also, the food was OK. The kids liked it not me so much so the bottom line I would not stay at this hotel.
Rafael
Five stars
Ashley
Not ideal sleeping environment would only go for the water park and stay at a different hotel.
Toni
We loved this hotel. The staff was nice, rooms were clean and the breakfast was good for being included in the price. It’s a very affordable and family friendly hotel
Rose
Absolutely had a incredible time..
Definitely will be back next year!

Night before our last night there was someone with a crying toddler all night and all mom did was yell at her to shut up, she’s going to whoop her butt, etc at all hours so we didn’t get any sleep. Even our narcoleptic eldest had a hard time. They put us in another room which was a upgrade and we slept great our last night thankfully.
Patricia
For the price of the hotel I was taken back by the condition of our room. The room was not clean. There was debris in the floor and filthy, and hair all over the bathroom. The bathroom had peeling paint and visible mold on the ceiling. If you are looking for quiet this is not the place for you. I believe most of the noise level we experienced was due to our room location, main level near lobby. There were kids running up and down the halls at all hours, the guest across the hall slammed his door so hard our room shook. This is a kids hotel so I’m not expecting 5 star silent perfection. I tried to ensure my own kids weren’t yelling or running, stomping etc, but had a hard time because clearly no one else cared. The water park next door was nice, but you don’t really get any benefit/discount for staying at the hotel. Next time I’ll probably just stay somewhere with a pool instead. Overall the hotel was ok. I just take serious issue with the price we paid for a dirty loud hotel.
Larry
Lots of stuff to do for the kids. Convenient location to Silverwood and all types of dining. We enjoyed our stay.
Amanda
The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in the door. The room was clean and the breakfast was good and had a nice variety for everyone. We will stay here again when visiting North Idaho!
Casey
Me, my husband and my three kids ranging in ages from 6 to 16 had a blast here! The room was very spacious. We had the two double beds and the pull-out couch and it fit everyone nicely. It had a fridge and a microwave which came in very handy. The free breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety and very good food. The coffee was excellent! The water park on the property was our absolute favorite! It was spacious, had three water slides a wave pool and a toddler area which was perfect for our family! There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping such as walmart, Walgreens very close to the hotel which was very convenient. We will be going back!
Russell
Had a great time! Wonderful family hotel & water park, & entertainment for a completely full day of fun!
Carly
Wonderful place to stay but the rooms could be updated as used so much. Great place to stay with family’s.
Shane
The kids loved it
Crystal
Was good but evaltor broke in end it was hard four floor
Sandra
Great location and nice rooms
Alysha
Our family had a lot of fun at this property and will definitely be visiting again.
Arika
Family friendly, we had to use their crib that they provide and it was great and delivered right to our room.
Ester
We drove out of our way b/c we wanted a jetted bathtub after a 14 hour drive only to find out it didn't work. Peeling paint, DISGUSTING AC filter (my husband's in the biz so we are overly judgemental, but still gross). Staff was pleasant but a bit clueless. I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend.
Matthew
Everything was great!
Lori
The place was great! The pool water was very cold the first two days we were there, but that’s because they had just drained it to clean it, and then refilled it. I’m happy with freshly-cleaned pool! It was perfectly temperate by our last day… and the kids absolutely did not care how cold it was 😂
Amber
The staff was great but I would only travel back during the week, very disrespectful kids running all over the place!
Laurel
Fresh breakfast
Tara
Clean room, friendly staff, & Family-friendly.
Natasha
The rooms definitely needed to be more maintained . There was some stains on our sheets and pillows. The Bathtub some rust and chips out of the porcelain. The wall had a panel that kept falling off every time he touched it . but the staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good and overall stay was pleasant.
Tiah
It was wonderful. My son and I both enjoyed the resort, the room was beautiful, and the staff were lovely. We will definitely be back.
Rhonda
The waterpark price should be included with the room. The room was so noisy, the people upstairs must've had a kid that was stomping and running everywhere. The front desk couldn't do anything about it until 10 PM. The breakfast was good
James
all good.
Holly
Great stop on our showing break road trip. Great breakfast, friendly staff, loved being attached to the water park - convenient for families, especially with teens young adults who can be on their own. We enjoyed our stay.
Karla
We stay here when we want to enjoy Triple play for a longer relaxed experience. Breakfast was freshly made. Staff are friendly.
Amanda
Great experience!
Amy
Friendly staff, water park attached to hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is older and fairly well maintained. That being said the rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear everything especially hotel room doors that kinda had to slam to close. Also I didn’t like that the sofa bed had no bedding. No blankets, pillows or SHEETS.
Mario
Good room clean
Charra
Clean room, with amenities we needed for a family of 5, frig, micro, Staff was amazing, so kind, helpful with our needs. It’s an updated older hotel. Breakfast was good for everyone. Best part was staff and amenities!
Keri
Not clean and the walls are paper thin- - heard woman next door coughing all night long.
Vending machines out of water and other drinks. Breakfast was unappealing to say the least.
Would not stay here again.
Lady at front desk was nice, that’s only positive I can say.

Good family hotel
Holly
This is a stop on our spring break road trip, love the convenience to the waterpark in arcade. Overall, it was clean, but it stated so floors are stained carpet looks dirty… But it's clean. Breakfast was great, I love that they have a huge seating area and a lot of different options.
Grant
Stay was great, breakfast was way better than expected.
Ashley
Not great
Susan
Staff was friendly. Shopping nearby for forgotten items.
Diane
Fun hotel for kids/ everything close, rooms were ok remodeled but I would not say clean clean.
Michele
The staff was super amazing!!! Great family place
heather
Everyone was very polite and helpful! The hotel was clean and nice and Triple play was so much fun!
Carlos
Staff was wonderful
Saige
It was so good to see all young staff. They were all so great! Breakfast was perfect for us.
Only “complaint” is our bathroom was a little dirty & bathtub was extremely slippery!
We were lucky enough to go on a day with some amazing deals! We can’t wait to come back with the rest of our family.

Kristina
Nice and clean
Jordann
We had a great time
Tammi
The whole hotel was nice and clean the staff very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend and I will plan on staying there again.
Sarah
Everything was god and I had a great breakfast good food.
Krista
The room was clean and decently sized for the price. Spacious bathroom and nice hot water. There is noise until around 11pm as the Family Fun Park is open until 10pm on the weekends. Not a big deal to us since we were there for the park. Hotel is strict but polite about getting everyone settled asap so that's nice.
Nellica
The staff are great. We appreciated being checked in a little early because we were traveling with a baby. The hotel is a little dated and has seen a lot of use. We will return again though!
Patrick
Everyone was soooo helpful and kind! Great accommodations, very clean and fitting for our family. The perfect affordable and close getaway for us!
Ryan
Breakfast could improve
Sherry
The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again
Ron
Everything was great, except in the morning, when I went to make coffee, poured water into the back of the coffee pot in the room, and seeing something floating in the water, someone previously had put grapefruit seeds in it and was floating. Pretty disgusting that someone would do that, i did mention it to the front desk that maybe the maids that clean the room might want to check the back of the coffee pots as well. When cleaning,
Mazy
Convenient to stay in the same building as the water park
Lisa
Staff was great. Very convenient to all the amenities. we will stay here again.
Jacob
They were really nice. Got the crib up into the room quick. Room was ready early.
Deb
It was a great day at triple play the room suited our needs, but they’re very tired. Could really do with the updating all in all four out of five service at front desk and throw out triple play we’re good just lost a point for being somewhat outdated and needs a little bit of a facelift of the rooms themselves
Rochelle
Room was a good size but found several things on the floor that weren't ours. Ran out of pool towels and didn't have any when we got out of pool. Hot tub is nice. Kids liked the slides and wave pool.
Dani
The layout of the room was so functional for family life! I was very happy with the service getting us extra pillows and a hairdryer when requested. The breakfast options were great. My only suggestion is the information on the activity center was a bit confusing on how much to expect to pay and where to go. A map of some sort would have been helpful for us as first timers. The pool area specifically was the most confusing trying to navigate which doors to go in.
william
Had a blast
Robin
The AC and heat worked great. Very good breakfast served from 6-10am.
Katrina Marie
Such a fun place for kids and kids at heart! Would definitely come back!
Derick
Clean room
Lee
The room was dirty upon check in
C.
Weekends are so noisy it’s quiter in my vehicle then my room kids constantly running all night long walls are paper thin and hall ways to
rebecca
Staff knew not to much about the play area. Hours, if outside would be open. Breakfast was ok. The meat was undercooked and gross, the lady’s were super nice. The park itself was more expensive than we remember from previous thanksgivings we’ve stayed. $60+ per person was way to much for the amount we could actually do. 2-5yo and 2 adults that were mainly just there to watch the kids was too much. May rethink next year. We’ve been coming every Thanksgiving for 6 years. Staying a couple nights. Housekeeping gal was super friendly.
Kelee
The bed was so uncomfortable but the hotel was fun
Emily
Little spendy... didn't need to do the full package for the 2 year olds..... wasn't very clear
Jeannie
When we went to get out the extra bedding for the hide-a-bed there was a dried blood stain on the bedspread. Also, the hot water system had a “catastrophic” break so no hot water in the morning.
The staff was apologetic and did credit us back a part of our stay.

Tom
No hot water is a big issue for me.
Amit
Room is great and family friendly .
Sergio
As expected
Christine
Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good. Will stay here again.
Justin
Rooms are newly remodeled, with new carpet, paint, and TV. The renovations unfortunately didn't seem to extend to bathrooms or wall outlets. Beds were comfortable. We found two big bugs in the room and asked the front desk if they could give the room a little extra TLC when they cleaned that day. When they came back, the room had not been cleaned -- beds not made, carpets not vaccuumed. Only thing we found were a few extra trash bags, a new mini tube of lotion, and towels. The built-in shampoos and body wash were empty, so those were never replenished before check-in, and we also found leftover debris from the last guest.
Sarah
Pretty typical hotel, nothing super special. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was a little bit dirty (marks on walls/ceilings, bathroom floor was dirty). Also there are no fans in the bathrooms so it was kind of musty in that area.
Jovan
Front desk gal in the evening was very helpful and accommodating. I believe housekeeping all deserve a raise as they were all kind courteous and helpful. I also know how messy guests can be especially with kids and the room was clean when we checked in for our stay. Also room rotates were very comparable to hotels around. Of course I do wish coupons to attend and enjoy the activ ities on site were a lower price but even so my family had an amazing time enjoying the things available. I will say it is hard to enjoy both the dry activities and the water park in one day. We could only enjoy the dry activities as we stayed one night and with it costing so much for one day we could not participate in both check in and check out day we had to choose one or the other. Maybe a deep discount and limited hours could be available for one night guests so they can enjoy both areas available.
Trent
Fridge still had pieces of food from previous guests. Bathroom overhead light bulb was burnent out. Bed was well worm and sunk in the middle.
Tiffany
Lots to do at the property and very friendly staff
Erica
Loved our brief visit to triple play. We plan to come back with more family and grandkids!
William
Easy checkin
Nicole
The whole experience was wonderful. Front desk ladies were amazing. We arrived early from Montana, so I was going to see if I could get my discounted triple play tickets while we waited. She let us check in early because the room was available. Everything was clean and very nice. And the park was a blast. Overall a wonderful experience.
christi
Staff were super friendly and helpful
Lori
This is by far the worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! We has bird fecal matter all over out patio and patio chairs, the bed was so uncomfortable we had to check out several days early. Would not recommend to ANYONE!
Ronald
Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff, had a room issue that was my fault, but they wete quick to help and fix my error. Much appreciated...
Robin
The room was very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was on so the room was very cool. That was perfect because we were overheated from the day at silverwood. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling.
Curtis
It's a great place for family. Perfect place to stay to accompany a trip to Silverwood.
William
AAAAAAA++++++

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room could use a little sprucing up. Overall happy with our stay and would stay here again.
