All of the negative reviews that you read about this location are true. It is dirty, it stinks, the plumbing needs work, the toilets run all night, the floors are dirty and stained, the mattress are used and stained. They do not seem to care about maintenance on this property. Some of the staff are nice and some are there for a pay check.

For the price. You are getting a decent stay. Although you would think that a bigger hotel chain would want to keep up on the maintenance side of stuff. But then again it is Spokane we are talking about.

For this to be listed as a Wyndham property is a discredit to my prior experience at their other timeshare and recent property acquisitions. If you're looking for a basic place to sleep, sure this will work. The property is dated. The proximity to the airport will cause noise pollution. The linens were stained but staff were kind enough to offer replacements. However, due to being short staffed we had to go down to front desk to pick up the replacement linens ourselves.

We stayed here for the weekend because the price was very reasonable, and overall, the room appeared clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay less enjoyable.

On our last day, I noticed what appeared to be a large blood stain on the mattress. Finding something like that made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned and left me feeling very uncomfortable.

When we checked in, I asked if a crib was available for my 2-year-old and was told there were none. I also requested extra pillows, but they never arrived. Later that evening, my son asked for the pillows, and housekeeping brought us towels instead. The next day, after we requested more towels, we were told to come to the lobby to pick them up, even though towels had been delivered to our room the previous night. The inconsistent service was frustrating.

I also noticed garbage outside the trash can near the side entrance, which gave the impression that the property wasn't being maintained very well.

My biggest concern was security. The side entrance doors did not require a room key, so anyone could walk directly into the hallways. As a family traveling with a young child, that made us feel unsafe.

The affordable price was a plus, but I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping, customer service, property maintenance, and security.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. It is dated, but that isn’t the issue. There was a hair in the bed, multiple hairs in the bathtub. It smelled and the wall and floor were disgusting. I refused to let my kids eat their breakfast and if it was refundable I would have stayed somewhere else. We asked for a rollaway bed and were denied. Probably because they had it set up in the gym area for an employee to use.

Wasn't impressed with the breakfast it was like gas station quality. The hard boiled eggs were in a bag packaged that way... not even close to fresh. Only instant oatmeal. They did have a waffle maker but overall I would give it a 1 star for food. Especially if that's why you pay for more expensive hotel. The middle aged lady from the front desk was giving everyone the evil eye as they ate breakfast especially the team of players that were there. I stayed here years ago and don't again.

Avoid this place if possible! Definitely time for some remodeling. Our room had marks all over the walls, no moulding, and the one chair to sit in almost fell apart when moved. Clashing patterns of carpet, comforter, and drapes. The worst part was the smell as soon as we got into the room, smelled liked old greasy fast food and B.O. If we hadn't got in so late, I would have asked for another room. Also, when traveling with a pet, it is not ideal to be put on the third floor. The smell of Marijuana odor when leaving this morning was just the last terrible thing we experienced. Go down the road to much nicer hotels.

Overall this was a pretty great hotel for the price. The room was super clean and the staff were great. The only thing that bumped it from five stars to four was the fact the sink was clogged before we got there, the instant coffee packet was pre-opened (I'm assuming by the previous guest and not the staff), and one of their wall outlets was rickety enough it wouldn't steadily provide power. But the main things were great! (When I mentioned the sink to one of the staff at check out, she was extremely apologetic and quick to reassure us she'd tell maintenance.)

The room was not pictured as it was on their site. We head dogs on both sides of our room and across the hall. They kept barking and barking. I called the concierge or front desk. And they did not have any other open rooms and could not help us out. He explained they were pet friendly. We were up all night and we left at three o'clock in the morning with no refund. No discount and with the rude desk person. The rooms wall had splattered of I don't know what was on it in the bathroom. We usually stay at super 8. I'm very surprised and disappointed the service we got at this hotel.

The staff were kind and helpful at a bare minimum. Our room was absolutely.... I don't know that there are words to describe the room. . I have stayed in plenty of dives and sketchy places. However, this one takes the cake! There were no working ice machines. When we entered our room, it was about 150°. The toilet had been used prior to us arriving. There were dirty handprints on the ceiling and the walls. There was no fridge. There were several spots on the walls that had been damaged. The TV was about a 19 inch that did not work at all. Our bedside clock didn't work. And we found a disturbing thing under one of the beds. . a used hypodermic syringe! I don't even know how to approach the situation. We took photos of everything. I am still just traumatized from this.

Pool was warm, but there was a cold draft coming into the pool area from somewhere outside. The hot tub jets did not function at all, just stagnant water but hot.

The hot/cold water in the shower was backwards and the temp would not stay regulated regardless of how you set it. Set your temperature in the shower and it would randomly move to very cold or scolding hot randomly.

The air conditioning/heater unit would not allow you to change the temperature hotter or colder, additionally, the blower fan would not stop blowing or regulate at all.

We did not talk to anyone at the facility for a different room or remedies for the issues as it was not a deal breaker, just unfortunate.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

After fifty five dollars spent on a ten minute cab ride we arrived to a room with one double bed when we requested two. Went and told the gal and she gave us the proper room. Then for three guests there was one shampoo, no Kleenex in the box, two cups and the coffee machine did not work. Then the continental breakfast had no tea bags.
