We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday so I paid for a balloon bouquet to be placed in the room upon our arrival. Unfortunately, it was not ready and we waited 40 minutes for it to be done. Management was very helpful and apologetic. Once the room was ready, there was an amazing balloon arrangement and extras. We were given a $50 food coupon to use at the resort to make up for the wait. The overall stay was great. Everything very clean and the bed was comfortable.

When booking the room I requested a room on the lowest level possible. Staff were able to get us a room on the first floor. The room was a very nice sized, updated, comfortable King bed, comfy pillows, with a spacious bathroom and shower. There were a lot of outlets and USB plugs. The bed came with reading lights on both sides of the headboard. Lots of options for different lighting. We ordered dinner from the bar and grill. Prices were decent. Food was great. Every staff person we interacted with was welcoming and smiling. Free valet service available with close self-parking availability. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

The hotel is very new, clean, and smells divine. I wasn't super sure about staying here with children, but it turned out to be totally great and fun given the amenities. The beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. We didn't go to the casino, so can't comment on that, but as a hotel, you'll definitely enjoy your stay!

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. This was our first time staying there.
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The rate was a bit pricey at $275, but it was nice being able to walk directly to our room following a concert that we attended at Spokane Tribe & Casino. Casino was typically smoky, but they do have a non-smoking area if you like to gamble and breathe clean air. Decent hotel parking. Valet is available -- but self-parking area was just a hop, skip, and a jump from the valet lots. All in all, a very nice facility.

I didn’t visit the casino; this was a place to rest on a drive between the Oregon coast and east Montana.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the interstate. Check-in was easy although it was a little confusing trying to locate where to check in. My room was affordable and quiet; I didn’t hear any fellow hotel guests. The property contains multiple restaurants and a gift shop and there’s a gas station very close by, so all of my needs were provided for.

If I ever need a place to stay while in the Spokane area again I would choose to stay here.

The staff is absolutely amazing best experience I have ever had I will say the beds are not comfortable at all that is one thing that really needs to be upgraded is their beds my body hurts it's killing me after staying there for 2 days. The smell when you're walking through the hotel is very strong and a little overwhelming it's like an extra clean potpourri smell it's just a bit much. I'm pretty sure it's like that because you can smoke in the casino other than that I have no complaints at all.

Upgrades are not available by policy to 3rd party reservations such as this one booked through Expedia. I’d understand if it was availability, but I shouldn’t be looked at as a lesser guest when I’m willing to pay full cost to upgrade direct.

The towel rack in our room fell off the wall when we put a towel on it. We called the front desk who spoke to engineering to fix it, yet it was never actually fixed.

The stay over service only included fresh towels, not actually cleaning the room.

Staff was friendly but didn’t seem to care too much about the experience, just that we got in the room.

Also, don’t eat at Del Sol. Went there first thing as they opened and got served cold Mexican food, you could tell it had been left there overnight. At least have the good sense to heat up the food.

If you’re a non smoker you may want to find another spot. Check into the hotel and anytime you want to go into the casino or most restaurants/bars you have to walk thru the smoking section…which is huge. Poor ventilation. Bigger restaurant is understaffed and the waitress are working their butts off trying to accommodate everyone.

Facility was beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly. Signage to hotel parking and check in too small.

Loved the whole place people very friendly and helpful. They gave us a room close to casino and restaurant which was great for my sister who has trouble getting around. Comfy room , very clean , loved the pool and hot tub . I used the workout room and had everything I needed . Everyone there very friendly and helpful.

The restaurants need to be upgraded to match the casino. Fine dining is not there at their better restaurant. In the morning for breakfast, no restaurant opens before 8 am? What’s up with that??
